The folks over at Make It Now installed an 88”Maverick Super Max fan from Generation Lighting with a 72” down rod on a 19’ tall ceiling. Their estimate was $30 more than the lowest bid and $20 less than the highest. They were done in about two hours including area prep (covered sofa/carpet/TVs in plastic) and I think they did an excellent job. (Please forgive the numerous couch pillows not being set up as my wife normally has them)

I originally reached out for some electrical work but added on drywall installation and screen repair on my patio. I received bids from multiple companies and Make It Now provided the best proposal and gave me the most confidence that they would get the work done properly. Make It Now communicated throughout the process, was timely, and the end work was great. Make It Now will be the general contractor I go to for home repairs. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I am very happy with the work that was done now.

Marvin arrived on time at my home yesterday and was fully equipped with all the tools and supplies to fix three areas of my home in need of repair. Marvin did an outstanding job repairing all three areas to brand new condition. Marvin was extremely polite, professional, and communicated well. Jamie, Marvin, and the team did an AMAZING job with the work to my condo.I had originally asked to get a quote for adding recessed lighting, which I did not ultimately move forward with due to the need of adding a drop ceiling with my current ceilings being concrete (the original quote was very fair for pricing, and it was a personal choice to not move forward as I didnt want to lose ceiling height). I did move forward with having the team remove the popcorn ceiling texture from multiple rooms (Kitchen, Living Room, Guest Room, Guest Closet, and Master Bedroom), replace two light fixtures, replace the blinds and adding a door in the guest closet.Jaime was very communicative leading up the work being done, even as I switched my mind from recessed lighting to removing the popcorn ceiling texture, which was greatly appreciated. Marvin and the team showed up by 8:30-9:00am every morning, they were very polite, professional, and the quality of work was everything I could have asked for. They cleaned up their workspace every day, and left the space spotless upon the work concluding at the end of the week.If youre looking for a contractor, you do not need to look any further. I will not hesitate to reach out to Jamie, Marvin and the team for any future work I need done!

I highly recommend Jaime Cruz and his team of professionals. Jaime always emailed who was coming and at what time, plus he sent photos of work done during each day. And he went above and beyond when required. A pipe burst in my laundry room - no fault of his team - and fortunately the team member heard water running when he arrived, shut off the water and called Jaime, who immediately sent over a plumber. The repair was completed the same afternoon. A most reputable company indeed.

The team came out to install a brand new ceiling fan to which included installing a new box in the ceiling to house the fan.The team arrived on time, was very professional, and protected everything within the workspace.The drywall had to be cut into to run the new lines and the holes were minimal. To which I am having them patched (as this was not part of the original quote).The team cleaned everything up and all was done extremely well.

Dawson and Kevin did an exceptional job repairing a number of electrical jobs at our home. Most notably was the work Dawson did on restructuring all the GFI outlets in my house and installing a surge protector on the master panel. Kevin was very creative in fixing all of the deck lights with new wiring and lights. Both technicians were very professional and polite in completing all of the tasks.

I recently had an excellent experience with Make It Now Home Services. I booked an appointment on Yelp, and they were able to come the very next day. Caesar, the technician, arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me several options that fit my budget for the job.Caesar was very tidy and respectful, always using booties to keep my home clean. He completed the installation of my EV car charger in about 2.5 hours, which was impressive. 4.5 stars. Gotta knock off 1/2 because the communication/expectation-setting was off at times.Got 200amp panel, grounding system, and new meter box installed/permits pulled all for about $5k. Oh, and 2 new dedicated outlets run into my upstairs too!Install was done in one LONG day and everything worked. They even went and labeled all the breakers in the new panel!

Very good service. Very professional and the work was done quickly. I was kept informed as the project progressed. No issues with the work. However, I am knocking a star off (and anyone hiring them should know this) if they have to cut open your walls, they do put the removed drywall back but then tape it with masking tape. No drywall repair is performed. Whatever the quote is, add in money for drywall repair. I now have a ceiling and a wall with a large swath of masking tape covering both holes. Again, solid work just not a fan of how things were put back together.

He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done (laundry room venting, dry wall in a bathroom, laying tile, etc.) and I found his prices to be fair and competitive. We were recommended to Make It Now by our realtor as we just moved in and didnt know anyone in the area. We called them out for a free quote and while they were higher priced than another company we were given a number for, we went with Make It Now because they seemed more knowledgeable about the work we needed and how to get it done. Also, their quote was far more detailed than their competitor which gave us a sense of security. Im glad we used them. Jaime and his team were incredibly quick with the work and even recommended a granite person that we unexpectedly needed as we got into the electrical work in the kitchen. Make It Now needed to cut several holes in our drywall to run wiring from the electrical panel in the basement and their repair was impeccable. You cant even tell where they cut into the drywall. They cleaned up their work area and even offered to help us move a piece of furniture. I would absolute call them again for additional home work needs.
