Over the weekend our AC stopped working so we made an emergency call to E.M Logan because it was a 95 degrees. The technician, Daniel, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent time explaining to us what the issues could be and how he was going to fix it, which we really appreciated. This is the second time we have used E.M Logan, and we are very satisfied with the service. We will continue to use this company for our HVAC maintenance.

Logan has been my AC company for over 14 years and have always been there for me. My current tech of 5 years, Nick, is especially great. Always on time and is great with explaining whats up with the unit. He doesnt recommend replacing anything unless it is really time for that. When there have been issues, Logan has always come out quickly to help. I would definitely recommend this company.

We used EM Logan to install two dedicated 20 amp GFCI circuits in our panel box to accommodate a sump pump and dehumidifier in our crawl space and run the lines for the outlets into our crawl space. EM Logan was on time and professional for the estimate meeting and the job and the work was completed on time, at the estimated price, and professionally. I would use them again for this type of work.

I would recommend EM Logan. Nick was great. He arrived on time. I received an email with his picture saying he was on the way. I loved that. He answered all my questions. I also like the poker chip I got with the company name and the tech name with his email address. It is a lot better than the usual business card. Ive been using EM Logan for my HVAC needs for over 20 years. Nick Bennett recently installed a new furnace and AC system for us this winter. He did a fabulous job -- informed us of our options, explained functionality and came back today to ensure the AC had enough coolant and was working properly. Oscar also helped out with rewiring for our new thermostat. I cant recommend EM Logan highly enough. They care about their work, they are focused on customer service and going the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfied.

These guys did an excellent job of installing new Heater, AC and coils. They covered everything including rugs from door to installation site. They worked quietly and efficiently and left the area very clean. They communicated everything they would be doing and were finished with removal of old units and installation of new units in about 5 hours. They have done worked for us before and we give them five stars or a perfect 10.

I have been using EM Logan for years and have always been very happy with their work. My one concern after todays visit (5/11/20) is that the technician came in today and was not wearing a mask. He took his shoes off, but given the current pandemic I strongly recommend you have your staff wear masks when working in peoples homes.

I had an ac compressor capacitor go out at 3 am. I sent in a request for an as soon as possoble inspection and repair. They promptly called around 730 am, and someone was there before 9. Fixed my problem in 15 mins. Staff and technician were very helpful, caring, and made me feel they really wanted to get this fixed for me. Price was reasonable. I will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
