    Ken and his crew came through for me BIG time. Ken came within an hour of my call after hours and started the next day I signed the contract. His crew were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves on a 2 day job of re-piping my 45 year old home. Economical, too! Highly recommend.

    We’ve had great experiences with Pro-Tech. We had a clogged sewage drain field that after cypress plumbing failed to fix (did they best they could I guess); Pro-Tech fixed it without any issues. The same exact thing happened to my MIL, and Pro-Tech fixed it as well. Ken knows his value, and he’s worth it.

    Ken came out for a stoppage and found major problems. Being retired from plumbing, electric and HVAC, I must say he is professional, knowledgeable and polite. He did a fantastic job and I commend him and the company for their ethics and professionalism. Will definitely call them back for more.

    Ken showed up on a Saturday afternoon to fix a leak in the bathroom. Very professional and honest about the situation we had. Tried his best to fix the problem but the copper piping was too eroded, for him to patch. Gave us a great price on running an all new line and will have it all done in a day. Highly recommend him.

    Pro-Tech did a whole house re-pipe for us. We got a good price and they did a great job. It was done real quickly, but we really loved was that they took good care of the house. Any access panels that needed to be created were kept small and you could hardly tell they were here if it werent for the new tubing and the improved water pressure.Very happy with the service provided.

    I called Ken at Protech when the AC unit quit working. We were advised we needed a new one. We got service on the day requested. The young man Matt who did the installation was prompt and obviously very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and was so courteous and kind. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this company.

    We were very happy with Pro Tech Pluming. We had a leak under the foundation. We decided to repipe the house. Ken and his helper were very professional, very respectful and on time, Came when they said they would. And got the job done in one day.     I used Pro-Tech Plumbing to re-pipe my manufactured house since it had polybutylene plumbing that was failing. A five man crew did a great job in only 4 hours. The price was competitive, the work was high quality, and the people very professional.

    Best plumber Ive ever dealt with! They were honest and up front. I feel like they were looking out for my interests and not just in it to make a quick buck. The tech showed up fast, quickly found the leak and fixed it. Gave me all the pricing before he did anything and took the time to explain everything. My plumbers from now on!

    We had new granite placed in our kitchen and needed the new faucet, garbage disposal, & plumbing hooked up to sink. We had just had the whole house replumbed by a different company 2 years ago! The people we originally had working on it, I stopped because they didnt seem to know what they were doing working with water & electricity & asking me advise. I called Ken, he came over the same night to stop the leaking water lines that were left for me to deal with & he plugged them. Ken squeezed us in the next day at the end of a long day & did a wonderful job! Thank you for being here on such short notice and cleaning up the mess left under my new sink!!!!

    Pipe broke in the wall. Pro-Tech came out and not only fixed the pipe so we could have water that we had to turn off but resolved any future plumbing issues by replacing our pipes. The work was more entailed than we thought it would be but the efficiency and professionalism of the crew as exceptional.

    PRO-TECH PLUMBING did a whole house repipe for us. Ken and his crew were professional, courteous. Each person on the crew had their own responsibility as part of the job. They were fairly priced based on the materials they used and detailed that on their estimate. Done in less than a day. They even re-did my water service and installed a whole house water filtration and conditioner system at the sametime.

    Larry Lisowski· 4 seconds agoFlew into town & discovered our solar hot water system was not heating water. Contacted Pro-Tech since they were the folks who installed the system, spoke to Ken who had me pull power on circulation pump and to use the electric backup until they came out to check out the system. Ken from Pro-Tech arrived this afternoon replaced the circulation pump. That solved the problem. He also instructed us to flush the system once a year which should prevent the pump from seizing again. Highly recommend this company if you ever need a plumber.

    He came out to look at why nothing was draining in the house and told me that there was no blockage in the pipe. The problem was the lift pump tank. When the lift pump tank was drained, he came back to look at the pump and it all worked just clogged with a wipe.
