I called about 3 o’clock on Friday 10/01/2021 and they were out that same day at 4 o’clock. Very fast response time even though it wasn’t an emergency. The two guys that came were very professional. I think the tech was training the other guy and I could hear him giving a lot of good information to him on what was going on, I could tel the training was a very high quality, so I know future certified techs will be just as great. They had everything don in about an hour and tested to make sure the drain was draining properly. The price was less than I expected but also haven’t had this service before. So I thought the price was very fair. Overall definitely a 10/10. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who may need any of their services. The bonus was, he was right on time. He and the other young man worked efficiently and completed the job in a such a timely manner. We were so impressed, we inquired about a new kitchen faucet.
