Beyond happy with the work Lance and his team has done in my new home. They are quick but good workers and gave me a beautiful new bathtub/shower. If you are in need of a plumbing service, look no further than Dickens Plumbing. I have used them for years. They are reasonably priced and professional. I had a loose toilet which needed a new bolt down plate and a new tank valve. Work was done in a timely manner and area was left cleaned up after finished. My toilet is solid as a rock now. I highly recommend them.

I used Dickens Plumbing for a whole house renovation and the results far exceeded my expectations. I received a phone call daily with updates and making sure I was happy with the work that had been done so far. I went in to this project with a picture in my mind of what I wanted, it was his expert advice on things that I would have never thought of along the way that gave me a home that is just simply more amazing than I could have imagined. I needed to have two Toto toilets installed and Dickens was recommended by the plumbing supply store. I was very impressed with the initial communication setting up my appointment and the actual installation was outstanding. They were very professional, friendly and conscientious about the detail of the installation. The installation was perfect and they made certain to remove and clean up after they completed the work. After my water heater broke , I asked a neighbor to refer me to a good plumbing company and my neighbor referred me to Dickens Plumbing located in Winter Haven Florida . When Lance of Dickens Plumbing arrived at my house he inspected the situation , gave me a great price and gave me an immediate appointment and understood my urgency . When the 2 Dickens plumbers arrived to replace my water heater they were very fast , knowledgeable, and professional. They even provided great customer service and were very friendly , answered all of our questions and finished the job perfectly. I will be recommending this plumbing company to all of my friends and relatives in the area when ever they come across a plumbing issue .

I reached to Dickens Plumbing Inc today about issues with my kitchen sink not draining. They arrived in a quick and timely manner. They were able to clear it out within a few minutes. Ive also had them remove and install and water heater but this was a couple years ago. I highly recommed this company. They are very responsive, polite and knowledgeable about their line of work. Great Company! I found them on my google search for a plumber I went with them because the other companys in my area had the worse reviews. Im so glad I choose them they were on time, Respectful of my home laid down drop cloths to walk through my home. Was Affordable & I dont feel like I was ripped off keep in mind you get what you pay for :) They replaced my toilet Flange and installed the toilet back correctly they cleaned up the floor in bathroom and area when finished. They were clean and Professionals you could tell they been doing it for years. Call them you want regret it. This is the type of company you want doing your work trust me!

I can not say enough positive feedback about these guys and my experience with this company. I have done 3 renovations and will be doing many more, and I have used them for all of them. Lance the owner always answers right away and gets me scheduled quickly. Shawn and his helper are very professional, thorough, and respectful. I am a single mom of two children and I feel 100% comfortable having this company in my home with or without me there. They have great prices, do amazing work, and are extremely professional. I had Dickens install a shower valve. Left a small hole in the tiled shower wall for me to fix. I was not happy at the time. But later he contacted me and managed to give me a discount on the payment made so that I can get a bathroom tile installer to fix the small hole for me. He indicated that he wanted to always provide satisfactory work and keep customers happy. I am gratefully satisfied.

Saving this company’s number for any future plumbing needs!!!Update - 3/9/2021 - I was in a messy situation with the Disposal not working, water not draining and no way to wash dishes and my kitchen was looking like a scene from hoarders (ok not that bad but to me a disaster) Got a hold of Lance and he came out within 24 hours and like a magician he had it sorted and all back to work!! NOW for the task of washing all the dishes and getting them put away!! Dickens rocked it once again!! If you are calling a different company for plumbing work you might want to have the pipes in your brain checked!!

This Company did an excellent job replacing Hose Bib in our pool cage. Pool owners know how much you use that one hose bib for everything in that cage.. Imagine when it just breaks off one day. Not easy to do, the old had been there over 20 years. It was rusted thru & thru. They didnt even bust us the stucco around it and when they were done it looked better then the original.Very Pleased

Dickens Plumbing of Winter Haven fixed a toilet leak; they replaced the flange and seal and they did all the clean up. They were professional, friendly and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. The next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call them!
