Initially, it was just a standard water heater tank installation that didnt seem to go as planned. Despite that, they sent over Edward, a more seasoned plumber, but the issue persisted. Ultimately, another skilled plumber was dispatched who successfully identified and rectified the problem. It turns out the issue was related to my bathroom renovation and not their equipment or teams expertise. I will undoubtedly reach out to them for any upcoming plumbing needs. Ruben and his team at this plumbing service were incredibly accommodating and designated my situation as an emergency for my rental property. Id suggest their services over any other company that Ive worked with previously. I made attempts to pay them on three separate occasions for a dishwasher installation. However, they were reluctant to accept my payment. I finally settled the payment when a collection agency got in touch with me two years later, as long as all late fees were waived, which they were. I appreciate this plumbing service for being family-run for decades. Any negative reviews you see are usually from individuals who dont understand that home warranties arent always comprehensive. This plumbing team takes on jobs when others wont. Consider this: a home warranty might cost $500, but that doesnt cover the cost of a new dishwasher. So, having reasonable expectations is key. This team goes the extra mile to give back to their community.

If I could give more than five stars to earl & sons sewer and rooter, I certainly would. Ive leaned on them for plumbing repairs and major replacements, and theyve always delivered top-notch service. I was dealing with a kitchen faucet that had low waterflow. A different company claimed that my water pipes needed to be changed. But edward, their sent plumber, had a look at the faucet, figured out it was just blocked and cleaned it out easily... problem solved. He also did some maintenance on an old toilet, saving me the cost of a new one. A major project I had involved my HVAC system. It was a huge task as my furnace is located in the crawlspace under the house, accessible only by crawling through a small opening. A few companies even turned down the job because of the challenging conditions. But earl & sons sewer and rooter took it on. They managed to remove the old system and install a new one despite the tight space. I know the new system only just made it through the narrow opening. josiah, ruben, and edward spent two full days crawling in and out of the low, 36-inch high crawlspace, assembling my furnace bit by bit. They never complained, stayed professional and courteous throughout, and were the best team I could imagine working with. Finally, edward, who provided the estimate and guided the project, has been fantastic to work with. Hes always available to answer questions, even silly ones, is knowledgeable about the products, and provides helpful advice to suit my needs. I know this review is lengthy, but they truly deserve it. Ruben from Earl & Sons Sewer and Rooter did an amazing job clearing two severe blockages in our sewer line. He diligently worked his way into the clean out, efficiently clearing the blockage from the clean out right down to the street. He didnt stop there, he also cleared it from the clean out all the way to our house in Winter Haven. Ruben didnt just stop at removing the blockages. He took the extra step to insert a camera down into the pipe to determine the main source of the blockage. Unlike some, who would just puncture a hole through the obstruction, Ruben patiently and thoroughly blasted through it multiple times, until he completely eliminated it. When it comes to plumbing needs, I cant recommend Ruben enough. His dedication and thoroughness truly set him apart.

I cant praise earl & sons sewer and rooter enough. i discovered a leak and was immediately able to schedule a service call for the same day. ruben arrived at our place in winter haven and he was exceptional! he promptly fixed a leakage from the toilet, maintaining a high level of professionalism and friendliness throughout. the following day, there was some additional work required on the main hot water line which involved cutting through the drywall to mend the leak. ruben did a splendid job of explaining everything that needed to be done. he handled the repairs superbly and managed the clean up from the drywall removal efficiently. i would undoubtedly recommend ruben from earl & sons sewer and rooter for his stellar work.
