Iceberg Plumbing and their employees were awesome! Id been having problems with my plumbing in both bathrooms and a leak under my house. I initially called Iceberg about an emergency leak under the house and then again when I noticed a leak inside the wall of my mothers bathroom. When I called about the emergency, they sent Sam to fix it, and with the leak in my bathroom, they sent Robert and Chris to help with the plumbing issues with the bathrooms. All three of them were amazing. They were very skilled, knowledgeable, and patient. Since I am in no way a maintenance minded person, all of the questions that I had were answered in ways that even I could understand. I would definitely recommend Iceberg and all of them again if I need or have any plumbing work again. I really appreciate everything. ❤️🙏 Id definitely let my family and neighbors know about you all.

Iceberg Home Services as a very knowledgeable, friendly company. We had a plumbing issue on Christmas day and when I called in the service asked me several questions and we were able to make the decision to turn wayer off and wait until the following day which saved me loyd of $$$$$!.The following day Sam came out and addressed our issue. Lots of experience and very professional with his work as well as personally.IMO you get what you pay for and Iceberg is the best!

We have been searching for a few months for a professional who had the right combination of skills to work on the electrical system to our solar water heater. Do I need a plumber or an electrician? One call to Iceberg Home Services was all it took. Sam was here within an hour. He was courteous, kind, and very professional. He diagnosed my system, explained what was wrong, gave me an estimate on the repairs, had the parts he needed with him, replaced both thermostats and a valve, and even tested the system before he left.I will definitely call Iceberg again whenever I have issues with the solar water system. I am very pleased with the results and now I’m looking forward to taking a hot shower tonight. Thank you Sam for a job well done!!

We have had multiple big name companies at our home to inspect the A/C. No issues come to find out not only was our A/C installed incorrectly by the builder it had more problems than we expected. The amazing staff of Kitt, Daniel and Abraham not only figured out what was wrong, they were fast, courteous and got us back up in running in 2 days. Thank you guys so much and if you need A/C service in their area we definitely recommend using iceberg.

Chris and Robert were here today from 10:00 this morning to almost 4:00 this afternoon and didnt take a break. They are both very hard-working young men and have done a fabulous job with both the plumbing and the electric. I wish I had more money so that they could do more around this house for me but unfortunately Im live on social security, but if anyone needs any work done as far as plumbing or electric is concerned them, I recommend them both very highly. They did over and above and you dont find that with young people anymore. I would definitely have them back if I have any more work done.

I recommend Iceberg for your sic conditioner needs. Wish I had used them when we installed. I especially like that they are open 24 hours and don’t charge an emergency fee. He is the kind of people that only with introducing himself, you know youre in good hands. In seconds he make feel total and definitely confidence in his work. AC is blowing cold. Aaron was so personable and professional. Signed up for the maintenance plan and will definitely use them again for any AC issues.

This company is absolutely wonderful. We had so much issues with another company and we called Iceberg I first spoke to Hannah so very friendly and understanding she directed me to Betsy who was very kind and so extremely helpful. I was so frustrated with the other company which was ARS a horrible company but Iceberg listened and understood me completely. They got everything taken care of with Carrier and a tech came out Charles absolutely amazing and knowledgeable man. Very understanding and definitely knew we were frustrated he literally figured it out in 45 minutes and knew what needed to be done. We have been dealing with this issue for over 2 months and no one could figure it out but yay to Charles he was determined to get answers and he sure did. So very blessed to have things moving forward and also we went with the maintenance plan the top one so pleased about those options as well. So a big shout out to Charles for taking the time to get things good. We are definitely pleased and looking forward to having a great company help us. Weve used them multiple times before, this would be a first that Ive had such a bad time scheduling. Weve been without AC since Hurricane Milton, ducts flooded, they managed to come out the same day I called to confirm the problem. Advised we would have to wait for the water (which was most the way receded) to finish. I figured approximately a week. I was correct and even gave it a few more days. I called was told someone would call me back, no call back. Next day I called, was told someone will call me back and its noted the days I can work with, no calls back. The whole next week nothing. I was working and busy called Friday on my lunch since I work from home, finally get scheduled after calling 3 times for something I have already put a deposit on and Im stuck without air conditioning for my family who are home all day long. By time they are able to come on my schedule it will be 3 and a half weeks without AC.Edit: I ended up in the hospital right before they were supposed to come out, they not only were able to get me rescheduled for the next day but it was for a Saturday. They more than helped out in a time of need after being hospitalized for days. They have more than made up for the issue with scheduling!

We called after hours around 10:30pm Blake arrived on time and he come with no hesitations and without a negative or tired attitude. Samuel & the young man were great. I called on Monday needing my well pump looked at and they came same day. Unfortunately we had to replace the whole pump and they were able to get it done and fixed the very next day. They did a great job even in this horrible heat we have they had a smile the whole time. I even offered for them to just go jump in the pool!!! Lol will definitely use again for any future services we may need.

My AC went out last week during an unbearably hot spell, and from my first interaction to the last, the company was nothing but professional.Joshua arrived at my house about an hour after I made the initial phone call. IceBerg air replaced my air-conditioning system in October, 2019. I have them comeout every Spring to check the system. It has worked like a champ for the last 5 years until...Hurricane Milton.On October 9th, 2024, the air-conditioning ductwork under my trailer was flooded. So it needed to be replaced. Jose Ramos, and another technician from IceBerg Air came out and replace the entire ductwork in les than two hours. They did a great job.As I write this, the system is still having a few problems. Jose called IceBerg to have a tech check out the blower. He had to move on to another duct install.If you live in Florida... you get hurricanes.IceBerg Air has done a great job, so far.

Iceberg was the only company that could help us out when our AC went out late in the evening. I was pretty skeptical knowing the competition who has “24/7 repairs” on their website but close at 5pm. The HVAC Tech, Gilbert, was able to get us up and running temporarily while the new part was ordered from the manufacturer. I appreciate all he did and also going above and beyond providing me with a Military discount. We definitely appreciate your help and will be customers for years to come!

Customer service call back, was in timely matter and she was very professional and nice. George out technician, was amazing, and very knowledgeable. Our old system the motor burned out and coils was rusted. We decided on a new unit. George walked us through the financing, it was quick and easy. The unit will be installed the next day. Very happy with this company and there great customer service for us as a customer. Definitely will recommend to others.

Our A/C stopped cooling late yesterday, around 5:15pm. I called around to a few places to see if they offered after hours service, and I couldnt even get anyone to *answer the phone,* much less deploy a technician.Eventually, I came across Iceberg, and there are two parts of the experience I want to highlight...1) The customer service reps were off-the-charts communicative and empathetic. I spoke with Raul(?) (the connection cut out briefly when he told me his name at the start of the call) and Chris. Both of them were friendly, transparent, and extremely respectful of my time.2) Our technician, Blake, arrived promptly to inspect our air conditioner. Throughout the entire diagnostic process, he kept us updated on what might be going wrong, why it might be going wrong, and what we might do to mitigate the issue. Once he finally pinpointed the problem (a bad connector), he offered us a few options for repairs, quoted us a fair price, and got the work done ASAP.Fantastic company. I cant recommend them enough.

I have to say that this service was a 5/5. But our technician, Aaron Adorno, was just the best. He came in late at night and saved us from a hot night. Not only that, but he was straightforward with his work and got down to business. He also went above and beyond for us, which is rare and shows that he really cares for the customers. Because of that alone, he deserves 5 more stars. So my humble rating would be 10/5 stars. This was top-tier work, and I’m really grateful for this service.
