Doug from Zetlaw stopped last week to speak with my husband and I regarding a shower head replacement in our new park model. He was over yesterday and installed a new, beautiful, big shower head with a hand held. It matches all of the plumbing that was installed and was done neatly, timely ( less than a week) and professionally! We are very pleased! We highly recommend this company!

About a year ago I called Doug to fix my dad’s broken pipe. So when I found a pipe leaking in my own house I instantly texted Doug and Kate. He got back to me quickly and asked for some video and pictures. I live in Erie, Pa so thank goodness I did, because my pipe was broken in a few places and he brought enough to fix it all. I will call him first every time. This is a picture of the finished work.

Zetlaw Pipe & Line did a great job putting a shower in our basement bathroom. We also wanted to make a small kitchen space in our basement and they put in a kitchen sink for us. We love it! We told them we needed it done by a certain date and they worked with us to get it finished on time!

After a week of calling the franchise plumbers in the area and either not getting a call back or ridiculous estimates, I found Zetlaw Pipe and Line using a Google search of plumbers near me. Realizing they were only miles away I called and left a message. Doug returned my call immediately. He then came right over for an estimate, which I believed to be very reasonable. The pipe line was installed professionally and timely two days later. He even suggested a propane company that solved my other need. Quality work in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!

Doug is an absolute stud! We lost hot water in January and were not prepared to invest in a new water heater. After a brief phone call and troubleshooting they sprang into action and arrived to conduct the repairs which was luckily only bad heater elements. Doug was highly recommended to convert our wood burning fireplace (rarely used ) to gas. He came over, gave an estimate and then took care of everything! He showed me several selections to choose from and then ordered all materials ect. He guided me throughout the process and we now have a beautiful functional gas fireplace which is used almost daily! I called Zetlaw Pipe & Line on Sunday to ask about finding and installing a new water heater. Ours had failed Saturday night and so we were really hoping to find one soon. Doug listened carefully to what I told him about what we wanted and swayed me from going with a much more expensive choice even though he could have charged me more. He helped us find a heater that will serve us for many years at a great cost and he taught me some maintenance tasks that will maximize the water heaters life. He answered my questions and was very responsive through text or phone calls as we coordinated the delivery and installation. His installation and old unit removal cost was fair and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to teach me about the equipment we just bought. I highly recommend you call him for your plumbing needs and he will be my first call, the next time Im looking to do any plumbing work that I cant figure out. Excellent experience!
