These guys were amazing! I reached out one morning and the gentleman, Duane, who picked up the call was incredibly friendly to converse with. When the team arrived to drain the tank, they thoughtfully called ahead with an estimated time of arrival- which was less than 30 minutes. They managed to drain the tank effortlessly. Despite this, the issue persisted. The team, including Cole and Jaime, did everything within their capacity to clear the blockage, but without success. Undeterred, they returned the same day and used the jet to completely clear the pipe. I am so grateful to Walter & Sons Plumbing. Appreciated! ::Initial Review:: I called one Monday morning hoping to set up a time for a plumber to look at an issue I was having with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom. Duane from the plumbing service was at my Severance home within an hour. As Im writing this, the issue has been fully resolved and my water pressure is back to normal. Marc didnt try to suggest complex or pricey repairs - he simply rectified a valve issue left by a previous company and charged me the minimum evaluation fee. Nathan was a champ, he was truly remarkable, professional, thorough, straightforward; he kept us informed and let us understand what was coming. Our plants were shielded, (who could have predicted?) On the day, Gage gave me a call when they were about 20-30 minutes out. We had a comprehensive discussion about our hot water heater problem and he presented us with our options. It wasnt economically viable to repair our 6-year-old heater, as it could lead to higher costs in the future, so we opted for a replacement. They had a new heater on the truck, enabling them to complete the job right away. In just over an hour, we were up and running again with hot water in Severance! Gage and his partner, Duane, were professional, excellent at communicating, polite, and for those who dread a loud, old, metal snake disrupting the tranquility of the neighborhood, this team comes equipped with silent, advanced cameras, and hydro and air systems that diagnosed and repaired ALL the issues -- not just the apparent nearby blockage, but also the tree root intrusion. They completed the job within an hour, leaving no mess behind. They are now my go-to plumbing team. I appreciate their help in rescuing my weekend.

Amazing job! A separate firm visited and suggested wed need to break apart the foundation to fix a sluggish drain, having only used a snake without a camera. However, I decided to get another perspective and Im glad I did! Gage and his team at Walter & Sons Plumbing had my bathtub draining perfectly within just 20 minutes! They checked the panel on the street to verify that the water was leaving the propertys pipes, searched for any leaks around the drain, even inspected the roof vent and fixed the issue! Very reasonably priced, non-destructive, and knowledgeable! Theyre my first choice from here on out! Turns out, it was only a blocked drum trap! I live in severance and their service was top-notch.

I reached out to Walter & Sons Plumbing around 10pm, expecting to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise, I was able to converse with a person. I mentioned to them that it wasnt urgent and requested if the task could be handled the next day if feasible. At 8:15am, their two workers, Robert and Cole, arrived wearing masks and I guided them through the problem. They identified the blockage and operated the power snake for approximately 45 minutes. The problem was effectively resolved. The quality of work was exceptional, and they maintained cleanliness while offering a reasonable rate. This is all you could desire from a plumber in Severance. We greatly valued their assistance and we will be inviting robert back to inspect some other issues in our home in the future. The installation of the new water heater was not hurried. They ensured it was fitted professionally and accurately. We also discarded our soft water system, and they substituted that with a new system that helps to prevent sediment accumulation (I cant recall the exact name). Despite the late hour, he took the time to listen to my situation. We determined it was not an urgent matter, and he assured me someone would reach out the next day. True to his word, I received a call just after 10am, notifying me that a plumber was on his way. Gage arrived shortly after and immediately got to work. He confirmed our grey water pump was no longer functioning, so he replaced it and also installed a silent check valve. He encouraged me to observe and ask any questions I might have. Overall, I was thrilled with the entire experience and would definitely use their services again if any plumbing needs arise in Severance.

I encountered a serious issue with my shower drain on a particular night, which rendered one of my bathrooms unusable. I got in touch with Walter & Sons Plumbing the following morning, and even though there were no slots available for that day, they assured me they could send someone over the next morning. Marc was the plumber assigned to me and he did a stellar job tackling a difficult drain blockage. I had previously attempted to clear the clog by pushing a snake 20 feet into the drain, but Marc had to navigate several different routes to ultimately solve the problem. This was an enormous relief as the drain blockage had caused unpleasant water to pool at the base of my shower, resulting in my house smelling like a restroom. Im incredibly grateful to Marc for his persistent and professional handling of the situation.
