Experienced an issue with our AC over the weekend. We reached out to Prostar first thing Monday morning and had a tech by that afternoon. Evan came to diagnose the problem and was able to fix our unit. He was very professional and took time to explain and provided other helpful maintenance tips.

Heat Pump failed during a week of 90+ temperatures (of course). Called Prostar early in the morning. April was a pleasure to talk to and scheduled us for a service call that day. Evan showed up on time. Possibly the most thorough technician I’ve ever met. He checked everything. He explained the diagnosis as he went. Not to be too detailed, a part had simply died of old age. He had one in the truck. He replaced the part and voila! we had a working heat pump again. We can now continue to live here. This company actually does stress customer service.

Scott was phenomenal his work ethics exceed that of todays workforce kudos they gave me a couple of options and a couple of days later they returned and did a temporary splice to get us up and running until they can get back in to run a new line

I recently connected with ProStar Services to install a ductless split unit in a finished room above our garage. For over 25 years, weve been looking for an optimal and cost effective way to heat and cool the area with no luck. However, Brian and his team visited with us to discuss all the possible options and gave us the confidence we needed to make the upgrade. We couldnt be happier. The ProStar team showed up as communicated and worked in a diligent, professional, safe and considerate manner. I barely knew they were here as I was able to continue my remote work. At the end of the day, the team had installed the unit, cleaned their supplies and left us with an awesome addition to our home. To top it off, Brian personally came to visit a few days later to check on the system and to make sure it was operating properly. This team is awesome. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Had a problem with my unit it was leaking through ceiling. Called mid morning and technicians was her by 1:15. Fixed my problem. They both were very nice and explained what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Great service from the time I called to the time it was fixed. Will definitely use Prostar for all my hvac needs!

Edit: I wish I was given a written estimate, with the part I needed listed. And perhaps some kind of information on my unit, like, the name of it, etc. I was pleased with the service I received, for the most part. After several calls to get this information, I was just left hanging. Im a disabled person, living alone with no one in this state, and at the mercy of my landlord. They give me instructions, I follow them, and ALL I WANT IS TO NOT MELT THIS SUMMER. This company was paid $125 to tell me what was wrong, which I already knew. I just need to get a written estimate, and the name of my unit. PLEASE.BEFORE EDIT: Called for an estimate on my fan issue for my central AC unit.Office staff professional, with just the right amount of down to earthness. Techniciann was knowledgeable, courteous, arrived early, the whole experience was seamless. I would definitely use this company in the future, you should too!

I called Prostar on a holiday weekend when I was having problems with my unit.Prostar came out to my house early on a Saturday morning, took apart my unit, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the parts in a very quick manner. Brian was very knowledgeable and nice. Rates were also very reasonable. I will be calling Prostar from now on. Everyone I have recommended them to has been just as pleased as I was.

The technician was great to have at our house. He was familiar with the set-up so that helped to his advantage. He checked everything out and made sure it was working properly before he left. He also looked at another part of our heating system that we will need help with in about a month. Prostar were recommended to me by my neighbor who had an AC issue last month. I usually have my boyfriend take care of those stuff, but he was on a business trip last Thursday when our AC stopped blowing cold air. So I called them the same day and they came on the next. At first they thought it was a small problem and gave me a decent estimate but when they opened it up turned out to be something worse and I paid twice the price I was prepared for. Anyway, one week later my AC is still working, so I guess they did a nice job.

Amazing HVAC service! This heating & cooling repair service was recommended to me by one of my closest friends. She hired these guys not so long ago and was very satisfied with their work. Owns a small office, but till now got problems with previous contractors. Finally she told me that found the right commercial heating & cooling.
