Our experience with Creechs was excellent! We needed our septic tank pumped, and most companies we called wouldnt even give us a price over the phone. Creechs not only gave us the price over the phone, but they came out and pumped our tank the SAME DAY and got it taken care of super quickly. They had excellent communication and everyone on the phone and the technicians were friendly, helpful and respectful, and there were no surprise fees or uncertainty about when they would arrive... they even gave us a link to track when they would be arriving AND a picture of the technicians who were coming, which made me feel confident and safe. Plumbing problems are a headache, but they made it much more bearable. Creechs will be our official go-to company for Plumbing and Septic from now on!

Called Creechs to pump out our septic tank, going to have them fix our older system. After telling them about my issue they got to work figuring out what was going on and what it was going to take to fix it. They showed and explained what my issue was then told my what needed to be done. Less than a week later they were back, they worked quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up when the job was done and actually came in below the initial estimate. My septic system seems to be back to functioning properly, couldnt be more pleased. Creechs are true professionals.

I recently had a very complicated surface drip system installed by Creech Plumbing. I cant even tell you how happy I am to have hired these guys. The amount of work and expertise that goes into a system like this is unbelievable and I trust Creech Plumbing implicitly with the job. Creech plumbing worked seamlessly with the design engineers to make this system come to life and and made sure the system was built to the exact specifications required. They explained my system to me in depth at each stage of the installation and kept me in the loop with the process throughout. After working with these guys I can confidently say that Creech Plumbing is the only septic company I would ever use again. Family run business that is the best out there.

I was given a time range for their arrival and a text to tell me they were on their way. I appreciated the notifications. They repaired the floats for the pump, despite being unable to locate the breaker for the electrical supply. Neither the breaker box in the house or barn were labeled for the sewer pump! They even checked in the crawl space! They completed the repair in a timely manner, but I have to say I thought it was high priced, but I’m not familiar with pricing practices in North Carolina as I relocated here about 2 years ago from a small town in Iowa. The workers were polite and kept me informed of their progress.

Creech’s did an absolutely terrific job at my property. This was a huge job and every day their staff was here they started early and worked solid all day. The process actually finished early. They worked hard. They were all very kind and friendly. Sent a text with the picture of the serviceman coming, and a link to a map to track his arrival and at the end they even sent us pictures to show us what they did which makes it easier that they did everything like cleaning the filter. Amazing customer service and very fair prices. Septic tank filled to the point it was backing up out of the drains. I initially called and the lady was very professional, and told me up front they were booked from the aftermath of a snow storm (totally understandable). Tracy called me himself 30 minutes later and was able to fit me in his schedule, and came out within a couple hours. He was very professional, knowledgable, did an excellent job, and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. Highly recommend Creechs and wont call anyone else for my plumbing or septic needs.

We also discovered that we could set up an online appt, which we did for that Monday and left a brief description of our situation. Mrs. Creech called me back the same day (Sat.). I told her if they could get here sooner than the appointed time Monday, that would be great; the sooner the better.They arrived 2 hrs earlier than the appointed time (which was absolutely GREAT). Long story short: we ended up having to replace our whole septic system, something which we were not prepared for. Not only did they help us get financed, but let us know that if we were denied by the finance company, they would help us refinance in-house. We were able to get financed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, respectful, courteous and very sensitive to our needs. I couldnt imagine calling anyone else for my septic or plumbing needs! They are a true blessing to me!

Thankful for Creechs work. I called seeking help with a waste water drainage issue at an old country house. After describing the problem, Creechs recommended pumping the septic tank. I did not know where the tank was located but with their experienced workers, they were able to locate it and to not only pump it out but to clean out the roots in it too. They stuck around afterwards and waited to see if all inside drain areas were functioning now and when they were not, they recommended that we give them permission to use their hydro jetter. We did, and what a difference the two combined services have made. The tank has been cleaned out and the main drain line too and the house is now functioning very well. They showed up when they said they would and left everything functioning well and looking good too. From the phone receptionist to the on-site workers, all of Creechs employees were cordial and very helpful.

After they located all the lids and inspected the system I was given several options I could choose from. My only minus was the cost of the Drain Field Treatment. It only took about 20 mins if that and I really didnt understand why it cost so much to run a pressure washer nozzle down a pipe.

Their technicians appeared to know exactly what to do: when it turned out my information from the former owner on the septic access was completely wrong, they located it in just minutes and were done pumping fast. They even took photos to verify their work. This was the only firm out of five that responded to my Angies List inquiry, so I was quite pleased the bill was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. Only critique I have for them: Covid 19 is at its highest level right now, and they arrived without any masks. My husband is recouping from a heart attack; I am immuno compromised and diabetic. I almost sent them away because of not having masks. Deleted 1 star since they were not prepared. After 8 months of Covid, they should have been prepared with masks.
