Little Chris and Manny came to install a dishwasher for us and they were amazing! They kept us informed got us quotes for what we were doing. I mentioned some toilet issues and he even looked at that and said he would send us a quote for that as well so when we are ready we will know what we are looking at. I dont enjoy having people over because our house needs a lot of work but Chris made us feel so comfortable. I would definitely request them again in the future for any type of plumbing issues I have.

The guys did a great job of installing a new water heater. It was a bit of a challenge being its an older house. But they were persistent with the install and making sure it was up to code. A simple replacement of a toilet in my house led to some work, needing to be done and me and my wife being without water for several hours. With two broken gate valves in our waterline, leaving us, unable to get water back into the house, I called Affordable’s 24 hour service number and within 10 minutes Chris had gotten back to me. I work at Erie Supply so I knew that Affordable had services you could call on weekends. Within 10 minutes of seeing make a call from him, Chris was at my house and had come to the bottom of the issue and also figured out a solution. He took no time getting it done in a proper and professional way.If you need a plumber in an emergency situation, you should definitely call Affordable and ask for Chris.He will get it done for you!

They have done all of our plumbing needs since we moved here in 2017. From small to big they have taken care of it all. We have never had a repeat problem after theyve fixed things. They always consider youre needs and have gone above and beyond the called for job for us. The prices are reasonable and fair for the each job theyve done for us.Heres a list (in the best order I can remember):- Cleaned out our drainage the day after we moved in.- Reworked the poorly done plumbing of whoever did the water heater to not mix in the cold water with they hot water (made our hot water lukewarm)- Annual servicing of our water heater- Replaced the entire drainage under the house that had rusted and old pipes- Replaced all the toilets in the house- Replaced the tub drain- Fixed the motor or fan on the air conditioner- Multiple cleaning/blowing out of the drainage between the house and city, advised each time (cant remember if it was two or three) to replace the drainage but we had to postpone the replacement for a year for personal reasons- Replaced the drain pipes (old tar paper pipes) from the house to the city/town sewer- After a mistake during the above (the incoming and drainage we complicatedly and deceptively done whenever the house was built or remodelled) in which the incoming waterline was damaged, Replaced the incoming water line from the city to the house for free- Replaced a capacitor (a part that goes bad often) in the air conditioner- Repaired and cleaned out the tub drain (a hair clip had gotten lodged and gathered a pretty collection of hair, the drain stopper was broken by me (the homeowner) before the serviced)

Tech gave us 2 options replace the sensor on a really old unit, or get a whole new one for @ 1/3 more.We have a beautiful new unit -and heat- the very next day!Eveyone was extremly helpful even with getting us financing.

We recently had cause to replace our water supply pipes into the house including all new shut off valves from the water meter at the street to new shut offs at every appliance. The last time I needed plumbing work. Affordable didnt keep a plumber on staff. Affordable is now called HVAC and Plumbing, Justin and Chris were fantastic. They arrived on time and had all of the supplies they would need. Both men were professional, friendly, and polite. They are a welcome addition to the Affordable team.On Sunday evening, after a very hot day, our a/c unit stopped working. I called Affordable and within 45 minutes Mark arrived with a van full of supplies and 2 high power portable lights to work in the dark. He was able to fix my unit in under an hour with parts off of his van. He thoroughly checked every aspect of my a/c unit, replaced the burned out part, and gave us advice on keeping the unit running optimally. Affordable installed my unit, did maintenance, and has taken care of an emergency. I couldnt ask for more.

Mr. Hernandez was on time. The office contacted at 7:57 and I do believe he is as here by 8 am. He was very Professional toward me and my husband as well.My husband was already in the back waiting for him. He did clean the unit. There were leaves on there etc. he cleaned the unit with great care and explained each step of what he was doing to my husband so he would understand.He was extremely nice and did comment that we should have our units cleaned at-least every year. Which is a good idea considering we haven’t done that. It even reminded me of setting up a Rid A Pest every 6 months. So he was actually a extra help since I keep forgetting to call them.Interestingly he did notice that we were putting our downstairs filter in backward. He was so nice.My husband spoke to me highly of him and how knowledgeable he was about the system themselves.Thank you guys for all of your help!!! Lost heat in the middle of the night Sunday night called them first thing Monday morning when I woke up scheduled the technician to come out Tuesday morning the technician Bubba, did a thorough inspection of our 20-year-old gas furnace explained everything in detail was able to give us a repair quote along with a replacement quote. Moving forward I believe that this will be the onlyheating and AC company that we use. The customer service and professionalism is second to none.

GREAT! Hot water heater went bad and Daniel the tech with affordable was very helpful. He pointed out that we may be able to get a new hot water heater under warranty because ours had a lifetime warranty on the tank. He helped us call warranty center to confirm. He then told us to get a RA# from them and he would exchange the old one out and install the new one. Called Lyndon Heating & Air first to check my unit because it stopped cooling. The technician checked for a leak outside and found nothing defective. Put 2lbs of freon and wrote see how long it lasts. They charged $160, $80 for the freon and the remainder Diagnostic Fee. Technician said if it stopped working again he would have to take the unit apart ($$$$) although my unit is 5 years old. A month and a half later my unit stopped cooling again but I wanted a second opinion so I called Affordable Heating & Cooling instead. They came and found the leak due to a broken piece immediately. My unit being pretty new had warranty and they were able to order the piece. They came to fix the piece, added more freon and my unit has been working since. They charged less for each pound of freon, the diagnostic fee was used towards the cost of labor and they found the problem right away. I would recommend Affordable Heating & Cooling.
