    We use Delta for HVAC and plumbing work, and they are always honest and transparent in their dealings with us as customers. Russell did a fantastic job fixing a plumbing leak in our crawlspace and also discovered and repaired a drain issue that we weren’t aware of. Our thermostat also stopped working recently, and Sean came out on a Sunday to replace it and helped us navigate our warranty coverage. We’re grateful for their expertise and exceptional customer service.

    UPDATE: Russell is the kind of guy I would trust with my house. He is very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. My new water heater has been installed and its working great. Today they are replacing/repairing the well pump, pipes, and the holding tank. Im very confident in Delta heating, cooling & plumbing and Russell.     Lifesavers! Our washer hookups were leaking and we found it on a Saturday. They were able to get someone sent over that same day within an hour without costing an arm and a leg.     Delta provided me a more complete detailed quote, at a lower price than any of the other contractors I contacted. So I was very confident there would not be any surprises. They arrived on time and were complete professionals during the entire process, from sales, to installation, to follow up. We are very happy with our new heat pumps and hot water heater. UPDATE: I have had 0 problems with these units for 3 years. And our Tech Sean checks them out every 6 months to ensure he keeps them in good working order. Update: we encountered a factory defect probably from COVID complications in the supply chain. But Delta covered everything under warranty and fixed it professionally and promptly.

They’ve been reliable, timely, and customer-focused in every interaction we’ve had with them including a full HVAC replacement, dual zoning upgrade, and water heater replacement.We recently needed our main water shutoff valve replaced and had the pleasure of working with Russell.     Russell was scheduled from 3-5pm to check out a leak in my bathroom ceiling. He contacted me around 10:30 am and said he had time to come by around 11am. I accepted his offer and he was here promptly at 11. He gave me several options to figure out the cause of the leak and was able to determine a faulty t joint was the issue. He replaced the polybutylene joint with Pex and the leak was repaired. I am very pleased with the work Russell performed today.

    Ive been using Delta for a few years now. I recommend them when clients are buying a home and they have any concerns about the HVAC or if an issue shows up on an inspection report. I also used them for the installation of the HVAC on my current home and have used them for a few years for seasonal maintenance. I typically see Sean and he does a great job of diagnosing and giving me and my clients options and Ive never felt like he was trying to up-sell something that wasnt needed. I think they provide 5 star service.

    I have a maintenance warranty contract with these guys, and theyve always been great on the biannual inspections, but also until now my system never had any problems so it was hard to judgeWell, this time my AC quit. I noticed it around 11AM on a friday, and less than 6 hours later Daniel was at my house diagnosing the problem. I was shocked! Especially with the cool weather and lack of urgency, I figured even the best service would mean theyd come out on Monday, but instead they prioritized my comfort over normal business hours without even being asked to!Daniels great, putting up with all my questions. Once it was clear I wanted to really understand, he was quite willing to put on his instructor hat and teach (sorry Daniel, i kept forgetting it was quite late!). Id always liked him on the inspections, but now that Ive seen him actually diagnose and fix a problem its clear, hes about the best a customer can hope for. Even with my confused and inaccurate timeline of the problem, he zoomed in on the real issue immediately.And then all the work was dirt cheap because of the warranty. Just $70 for the whole visit. I highly, highly recommend getting a Delta warranty for your own HVAC system. Very few extended warranties are worth it, and honestly I suspect very few HVAC extended warranties are worth it, but Deltas contract absolutely is. You dont want to find yourself forced to choose between fifteen grand and a working HVAC system.

    Kade, Gage and Andrew did an excellent job of installing the new HVAC system in my condo! They arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and at every step along the way they were professional, communicative and considerate. It was not an easy install, due to some quirks of the old system (and the hot, humid weather that day did not help!), but they hung in there and got the job done right. The system is working well. They returned a few days later to put up a new cover that they had ordered for the hallway air outlet, and it looks great! I was very pleased overall with the service that they provided.

    I would definitely recommend Delta to any first time homebuyers in the Raleigh area!We just bought our first home and used them for the HVAC inspection. They were thorough during the process, honest about what repairs needed to be made and what could wait, and fair when it came to pricing.After the inspection, I ended up hiring them to come out and do maintenance/the repairs they suggested. Our technician, Sean C, came out and explained that he was the technician that had done the inspection of our HVAC unit and was able to explain exactly what he saw during his inspection and provide other recommendations based on our older unit. He was super friendly, honest about repairs and suggestions, and communicated throughout the process. Overall, I was really pleased with Delta and would definitely hire them and Sean again for future maintenance/repairs!

    The installation of our new HVAC unit was completed today. Thus far, working with Delta has been a great experience. We got several estimates for a new system from a couple of companies and Delta offered us a better unit for a slightly lower price. It wasnt a huge price difference, but we felt comforted by the positive reviews we saw online and the professionalism Michael displayed while at our home, so we decided to go with this company. Price obviously matters, but I also want to feel like the technicians are going to do a good job.In this case, they did. The system is now up and running and it feels great in my house. Michael was actively involved in overseeing the install to be sure it went smoothly from start to finish. He was very friendly and answered all questions comprehensively. The installation folks were also polite, seemed knowledgeable, and left our house and property clean and neat.Buying a new HVAC system is a big deal and I feel good about how it went.     Our heater was not coming on, so we searched online and came across Delta and with good reviews, we decided to give them a try. Within 2 hrs of calling the repair man was at our house reviewing our system. He quickly found the issue and had the part to make the repair. He gave us the price upfront, which we really liked. We also chose to purchase their yearly maintenance program which also gave us a discount on the repair he was doing. We spent about $270 for the repair and the maintenance program for 1 year.     Michael and his crew installed two ductless units in an addition we had built on to our home a few years ago. We had consulted with him back then, but went another direction with our decision and regretted it ever since.     Truly excellent service. Michael spent well over an hour talking us through all of the options when our HVAC died last week. He is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing. They brought us personal space heaters in the meantime until our appointment to get the heat fixed, which kept our house at a comfortable temperature. They spent around 12hrs on the day of the installation and at the end of the day Michael stayed to make sure our thermostats were set up and that we knew how to use them.     We called 6 companies when we discovered a ductwork issue under our home and needed an HVAC replacement. I contacted Delta on recommendation from a family friend who said they repaired an HVAC issue that two other companies could not figure out.Delta was the fastest response time in both returning our initial call and setting an appointment with us. Then they completed the HVAC in a single day on 4th day after we decided to purchase through them. Notable because it was the middle of summer and we did expect some delay.Michael did the estimate and was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and why he was recommending what he was.He made no attempts to upsell us or give us a salesman pitch, and explained how he was taking our house size into consideration with what he was recommending. An independent energy audit has since been performed on our house and that man confirmed that everything he told us was accurate and also commented that the ductwork install looked like it was performed very well. I had no idea that could make a difference until Michael explained how they can optimize energy use even with the ductwork layout.Deltas quote came in the lowest, with a comparable or superior parts and labor warranty to the other companies we contacted. The two men, Kade and Darryl, who replaced the unit were professional, quick, and left absolutely no trace that they had been here once the job was done. They called when they were on the way in the morning and arrived within that window.I dont think anyone particularly enjoys large unexpected expenses, but we were very comfortable with the process and experience through Delta at every contact point- office, sales, and install. We never felt pressured or condescended to during the entire process. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company to any family or friend.

    This company is the BEST hands down!!! My a/c had been messing up for about a month. We replaced the condenser two years ago, the motor fan early this year and now its out AGAIN!! We were very worried and upset because we have already dished out over $5,000 in repairs over the last 2 years and it goes out on the 96 degree day! Well, Delta Heating and cooling to the rescue. I called around to several places and no one could come same day like all the reviews were saying but Delta quoted me a time and they even beat that time. Wendy was great setting up my appointment and Fred was very fast, efficient and professional. He had our a/c up and running within 20 mins of coming to our house and its very affordable! Fred is now our new best friend! Thank you Wendy and Fred for saving us from the heat, Delta definetly gained customers for life!!

    The Delta service man attended to our semi-annual service at the time requested. Due to the precautions that we took and asked Delta to adhere to, the service was performed exactly as we asked. Service was performed with a mask and gloves and our recovery after he left was easily done and was limited to wiping down our attic access ladder hand rail. Delta has always been very reliable and professional in their interactions with us.

    Our machine was over 20 years old and requiring Freon every year or 2. Michael politely explained that this type of Freon would no longer be manufactured after this year and the price of refills would only go higher. He helped guide us to a decision we knew had to be made. We decided to get a new Trane and couldnt be happier with our decision. Jhon and Kade did a fantastic job of the installation and the system works perfectly. No one wants to get a new system and its always at a bad time but the people at Delta made it painless and were very helpful and friendly.

    If youre looking for HVAC service in the Raleigh area, your search can stop here. I purchased a home that needed a new system installed and I had a number of companies come out to give me quote. I turned down company after company due to pushy salesmen before I finally gave Delta a call. Mike came to my house, took a look at my existing system, and gave me a few different options for replacement -- never once trying to push overpriced bells and whistles that wouldnt benefit me. A couple days later the Delta team installed my brand new Trane system and Mike was there to personally inspect it and go over it with me. Throughout the entire process I didnt have to lift a finger.. Delta handled all of the financing, pulled the necessary permits, submitted all of the rebates, etc. Call Delta for your HVAC needs.. you wont be disappointed!

    We received outstanding service by Delta Heating and Cooling, when they replaced our heating and air conditioning system. They were efficient, did the job in 2 days,, and cleaned up completely when they finished. A few months later, the circuit breaker tripped off, but they came within a few hours to fix it. They replaced it soon as well. The only problem is that our house is often Hot upstairs and Cold downstairs - often 10 degrees difference! It was never like that with our previous system, and I do not think it is normal for there to be so much difference.I HAVE been keeping our air conditioner on circulate, which was Deltas only recommendation to me.  However there is still an average of 9 degrees difference in temperatures upstairs and downstairs.  The ductwork we have now is the same one we had with our previous air conditioner, and there was only a 4 degrees difference with it - which is more reasonable than 9 lr 10 degrees.  It is frustrating to have spent money on a new system that is not as efficient as our older one.Their first visit after they installed our system was in early spring 2018, so we had not gone through a summer.   Temperatures arent as contrasting in winter.  But this large difference in temp. has continued throughout this summer.
