Salt air to the rescue, I’m sure all the techs are good but if Kyle comes you are in Luck! Another company told us some stuff that wasn’t true and said it would be over 7k to fix and it was in my best interest to replace the whole unit, Kyle came out and told me the truth and was able to fix the one thing that was broken for 700 bucks. Don’t get taken advantage of call this company!!

This is the second time Ive called Salt Air to look at different A/C issues and they have been great both times. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problems and promptly fixed the issues. Their prices are very competitive, and they are also up front about prices and are willing to discuss whats absolutely necessary versus only recommended and work with you to make sure you are happy. Lastly, their technician Kyle was amazing. He was very professional, did a great job, and patiently answered all of the questions I had. I highly recommend if you have any HVAC questions or issues.

Highly recommend Salt Air. They were able to come out the same day that I called to have a dryer vent cleaned out in a home we recently purchased. Jeff the technician was great with communication before, during and after. He was able to show us before and after pictures so we understood what was done. I am so glad I called and will definitely be calling Salt Air in the future. Salt Air has really gone above and beyond to help get our AC fixed. We initially thought we had caused the problem with a clogged air filter, but turned into a more complicated issue after the fact! Scheduling was super efficient and so was their communication about what parts and pricing estimates. When our problem became more complex they worked us into their schedule to be seen sooner!! Our tech Hugo was great!! He was out to our house twice and both times was courteous, professional and friendly. He was very hard working on probably one of the hottest days of the year (heat index 110) with no AC in the house! He gave updates as he went and helped us get our problem resolved quickly. 10/10 customer service and support. Very well run organization from start to finish! If youre not with Salt Air youre doing it wrong.

Ricky at Salt Air is just the best! All the lights on our house started flickering and I gave him a call. Even though it was the beginning of a holiday weekend, he came out to take a look and immediately diagnosed the problem. He and his team spent nearly six hours, working until it was nearly dark, to fix the problem because he didnt want us to be without power for the weekend. Ricky was professional, courteous, and did a quality job. We will most definitely use Salt Air the next time we need an electrician!Before picture (the crooked one) is of a burnt main wire. An after hours emergency call connected me with Kaylee. She was not only polite but had a handle on what was conveyed to her (A/C malfunction of water leakage) and assessed the situation quickly. Kaylee also provided costs that would be associated with the work performed and did not overstate any promises in her estimation of lead time before a technician could be onsite. Boy she not only delivered (about an hour later) but Cody arrived and with a professional, knowledgeable pleasant approach explained what was needed and immediately put me at ease. With visual documentation and detailing in plain-speak he explained the issue and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I have had prior local companies perform annual maintenance (not always satisfactory) so going forward Salt Air will be the company of choice for HVAC needs. Thank you… pass it on!

Woke up on Sunday morning to no a/c. Called Salt Air. First time customer but they still had Mike out early that afternoon. He stayed on it till my problem was fixed and I had cool air blowing. It was a Sunday afternoon and 94° outside, no telling what attic temp was but, although drenched, he found and fixed my problem. If you have HVAC problems call Salt Air ( but dont ask for Mike, I want him to be able to come back to me when needed). Seriously, he was great.

David Hodge came for my regular sevice today. He changed my filter out with one I had ordered. Found my compressor was again failing. I just had one put in last time but he explained it wasn’t as good a one as he would now be able to install at this time. Also he recommended UV light for prevention of mold. He had everything in his truck for these things to be installed without another appointment. This new compressor has a warranty and is of superior quality than the one they installed last year so should not be a problem in the future. I only wish last year a better compressor had been installed. So am only giving four stars. Must say however the service was excellent. David wore booties to protect the carpet and explained everything he found. Did not pressure me make any purchases of new equipment. Just left it to my decision. It was a pleasure to have him service my home. I found him consistent with the high quality of staff of Salt Air. He gave honest answers to my questions and as usual I found Salt Air is a company which can be trusted.

He was thorough, hard-working, and dedicated to the job. He also spent a great deal of time explaining to us the issues involved. Although the parts are on back order, we did appreciate the time and work that was done. We have been extremely pleased with all the work Salt Air has done for us throughout the years. Jeff was amazing! We requested our dryer vent cleaning based on a recommendation of another tech that did work on our dryer. Turns out we dont need a cleaning for another 2 yrs. Summer of 2023:This was an after hours service for our air conditioning that stopped functioning. Cody was on call and came during a thunderstorm after working all day. We had a malfunctioning zone board. Cody worked diligently for more than 2 hours troubleshooting but the zone board was not cooperating. So we will have to order a new zone board and be without air for several more days. The upside was Cody’s diligence, attitude, and professional manner. Casey was the dispatcher who responded quickly. So thank you both for the good service late at night. I highly recommend Salt Air.

We called Salt Airs electrical division because we had a circuit breaker that was tripping randomly. They installed a new HVAC sytem last fall and we were very pleased with that experience.Alex arrived at the scheduled time and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and had a very professippearance and demeanor.I explained the issue and showed him the breaker box. He performed a number of tests to measure the fluctuation , took out the breaker, stripped the connection wire and reconnected it.No breaker trips since the service visit (yay!). I hope Alex wont mind me mentioning that he is an Eagle Scout. It takes years of dedication, focus and hard work to become an Eagle Scout. Alex brings those qualties with him when he makes a service call. And that is the quality of people that Salt Air employs. I could not give them a stronger recommendation.

To top that off he completely removed my old unit and replaced it with a new heat pump in less than a day ! It works great and I am very pleased with the installer and the service provided by Salt Air Heating and Cooling !I had a very old system which consisted of AC and Natural Gas heat so it was necessary to do some rewiring to supply the 220 volts to the new unit. That was where Jaden came into the picture. Best experience with an HVAC company I’ve ever had! Extremely kind, quick responses and fast service. My A/C progressively stopped working. I noticed my house was not cooling properly so I contacted Salt Air. Someone was out the next morning to take a look at my unit. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix. Josh, the first technician, was extremely nice and explained multiple items that could have been the issue that he addressed. It worked well for about a week then started having issues again. I contacted them back and received an appointment within 24 hours again. Cody came out for this service. He went above and beyond to figure out the problem! He was there for over 3 hours to make sure he found the problem and also did a temporary fix to leave me with working A/C while the part was on order. Doug came out to put the new part on and had it repaired very quickly. Everything went very smooth and my A/C is fixed and working perfectly!

My dryer stopped working out of no where and after countless hours on the phone with Samsung trouble shooting, we discovered I had a 90% clog in the exhaust vent leading out of my house. Since Samsung doesn’t do any work on anything except their products it was recommended I call a vent cleaner. After calling around different businesses for hours trying to find someone who does this service finally I came to Vent Ninjas! And boy and I so happy I did. There were able to meet my scheduling needs no problem, and the woman I spoke to in the phone was so much more than professional, she was empathetic and kind. Found the company through a recommendation neighbor made. Scheduled my appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned out on SUNDAY through their website with appointment 2 days later. Easiest, fastest service appointment I ever had. Then on top of that, Dayne & co were awesome! Nice, polite, funny, and their cameras showed me before & after! Glad I had it done & my husband didn’t have to figure out how to clean the vent that goes to my roof!Update 2 years later - used Vent Ninjas again- still impressed, still fast, still easy, still cool - will be scheduling my HVAC ducts next & soon! Recommend them highly!

The technician was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our AC unit which had gone down during the hottest day of summer. Our only issue is with pricing - we feel that what we were charged was much higher than the normal rate for comparable work.

First technician is unable to replace thermostat for single stage propane heat system and left elderly woman with no AC. After writing my first review that flamed the company on a Friday evening, I called them on Saturday morning and they responded within 10 minutes. The service coordinator was extremely apologetic and arranged to have their on-call tech visit my mother promptly. The second tech showed up within an hour and incredibly was able to get the AC working with some outstanding skill within the hour. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of both the service coordinator and the second tech. This company obviously takes pride in their ability to take care of their customers, especially once they realize there has been a gap in their normally superior service.

Our AC went out on Sunday afternoon. Soonest appt was Tuesday pm but they were able to move us up to Monday early afternoon. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair, answering all of our questions and working in a timely manner. We joined the membership program as well. It’s great to have a reliable and responsive HVAC company.

Caring for an A/C is very new to me and Salt Air has made it easy to do so. Whether the best, worst, or the cheapest, or most expensive, I couldnt tell you, as I have nothing to compare them to. However, all of my experiences have been very positive. Their rates seem reasonable. They return phone calls almost immediately. They tell you when technicians are on their way, even send text messages with pictures and mini-bios of the techs. Any phone calls I have had with them have included friendly conversations as well as business. I would gladly recommend them.

Our ac unit is a 1998 combo model, so weve been cautiously waiting for the moment we would have to replace it. Salt Air technician, Thomas, was very professional, polite, and knew what the problem was in no time, a bad capacitor. He also checked other components just to make sure that was it. They came out for regular maintenance since we bought the unit from them last fall. The gentleman explain the different maintenance packages very well and talked about their black light. They install to keep bacteria from forming around the unit in the crawlspace. We signed up for the gold package and the UV light. Very happy with the service and very happy with the gentleman they sent, I think his name was Steve, very courteous and polite and clean.

Our home was struck by lightning, and both HVAC units had to be replaced. To say that Salt Air Heating & Cooling has gone above and beyond to restore us back to normalcy after a terrible freak incident is an understatement. Because this was an insurance claim, they had to send Eli out for a repair estimate, and he made the proper recommendations and gave us the documentation we needed. Then, they sent Petey out to walk us through our options for replacement units; again, excellent communication and documentation. They had to fill out extra paperwork verifying the cause of damage due to lightning, and did it without a beat of hesitation. All this was before we could even green-light the job! Once we booked them, they got us on their schedule more quickly than I ever imagined possible, and loaned us a window unit to help with our familys comfort until they could get there for the install. I had it the next day. The installation took 2 full days, plus a visit on the third day to help us through an issue with the thermostat, and for final inspections. With every bump along the way, our installers Herbie and Kyle were there to hold my hand, offer the resources I needed, answer questions, and see it through, and we are finally up and running with our new units. The county inspector even commented that I had made a good choice in the company I was working with and called them one of the top 5 in town. Great communication, attention to detail, and respect for the home and homeowner. I am delighted by their service, and highly recommend!

Salt Air...youre very lucky to have Hugo working for you.Hes very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed our condensor issues and told me this unit is still under warrantee for parts for 2 more years too. :-)Then Hugo needed to see our internal A/C unit to see how it was. Im so glad he did!He showed us ( by taking a picture with his phone) our dirty blower fan by taking a panel off I didnt know could be done. 8 years of dirt/mold buildup wasnt pretty.Parts are on the way. GREAT.Hugo would make a GREAT teacher on how to interact with people and his knowledge of HVAC seemed outstanding.He had a happy attitude from the start and that was amazing since we JUST had a Hurricane come through the day/night before. We had 6 of rain that stopped hours before he showed up to get our A/C fixed.Salt Air Co. communication from the start was outstanding also.If you want a 1st rate A/C company to handle your issues,Salt Air is the one I suggest you call. My wife asked her Facebook friends and a lot of them suggested Salt Air and favorite by far.Im so glad we called them first.Im also very pleased Hugo was our Tech. that showed up.Sorry for the long post. Im a thorough explainer. :-)

Kevin was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, detailed and helpful. He was also very cautious in our home, wearing full protective gear (we have newborns, so this made us extra grateful).
