Great work and caring team and we appreciate your craftsmanship. It didnt go unnoticed how you were thinking things out and the care your guys had. Your guys are great guys entering ones home. You arrived at your original quote. You always communicated first before we had to if you were running late which a lot of contractors dont (Usually the customer has to reach out first). Were very pleased and admire your taste, attention to detail, and well thought out plan to prevent future problems like leaking and standing water. Big thumbs up!

We had a great experience working with Lloyd! He did a complete renovation on our kitchen and dining room last year and we love the end result. He met our scheduling needs and was very patient/ helpful with the decision making process. He did quality work and we would definitely recommend him!

It was an amazing experience working with Lloyd and his crew! Everyone was on time and courteous, cleaning up at the end of each day. Stayed within estimated budget and time frame quoted. We even ran into a few glitches along the way but it didnt phase Lloyd, he advised us and resolved it with his years of construction knowledge. Great communication throughout the entire project. The work was meticulous ! We will definitely hire them again!

We have had many projects done by New Millenium. Everything from small jobs such as ceiling fan install to large jobs such as total room remodels, custom bathrooms, new subfloor, siding, and large stamped concrete patios.
