I can’t recommend Joe and Integrity Electrical Services enough! We had an electrical emergency that required replacing our meter box. Joe responded quickly and got the repair completed faster than expected.After the initial repair was complete an error by the electric company caused significant damage to our breaker panel and devices in the house. Joe worked all day and late into the night to resolve these issues and made sure everything was safe and functional before he left.If you need an electrician you can trust, call Joe at Integrity.

Called them for an issue in my house. Received a call to let me know they were running 20 minutes late which was appreciated rather than being left hanging. The guy troubleshot and fixed the issue pretty quickly and also came back again afterwards within a couple of hours when a secondary minor issue was detected.

I could not have had a more positive experience with Joe, and this company! After I smelt burning in one room, and saw corrosion on my circuit breakers, Joe came in for a consult. He quickly identified the problems and gave helpful suggestions on how to prevent future ones with no upsell whatsoever. Joe was on time, communicative, efficient, exactly on estimate, and even matched the color of new outlets to a 30 year old panel! Also, he is just a pleasure to talk to. I honestly cannot think of a better experience I have had with a service provider.

We had our main power cable short out on a Saturday night. We called Integrity on a Sunday morning and Joe called us right back. He came right out and started the work. He even provided us with a generator to keep our sump pump working. He completed the work Sunday night and met with the inspector Monday morning to get us up and running!

Joe was extremely professional and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and the costs. We had an outdoor pole light installed as well as a pair of outdoor house lights at front door. Also some broken outlet fixed and replacement of a dining room chandelier. He was friendly and professional and does everything up “to code” which is very important to us. The outdoor pole light required help from his assistant who was also had same professionalism. I would happily call Integrity Electric again for the future work.

We worked with Joe this year to install wiring for our new above ground pool, as well as upgrading our old corroding electrical panel. We couldnt be happier! Joe was able to come to do an on-site visit for a quote the next day. He talked through the options and was patient answering all of my questions. He was the most thorough out of all of the electricians I spoke with, and I felt confident that I could trust him to work on my home. The work was completed quickly and we are excited to have a new safe panel and our pool up and running! We would definitely go with integrity electrical again!

Great experience during an unfortunate situation with our oven that resulted in us needing a new line put in!Highly recommend and will definitely use Integrity again in the future - explained all of the issues we had thoroughly and the pricing structure. Really appreciated the transparency and everyone was so courteous!Edit: we had a service upgrade and new dishwasher line put in recently (2022) and had great service again! The job became a bit more complicated because of how our house is set up and requirements by the town inspector. Joe clearly communicated any delays with us (which were totally out of his control, national grid made a mistake). Would recommend integrity for all electrical work at your house!

I needed an electrician as I was having thermostat issues. I googled and found that Integrity had the best reviews. Well, I’m glad I did, and there is a reason they have glowing reviews! I called Joe when I was having the issue on a Saturday. He picked up right away and I told him the issue. He said he could get it done the next week, but if I was without heat he would have come that day to get me going. That was so nice. He came out, did the work, and the new thermostats are amazing! He is very friendly, and extremely safe when working. I will be having Integrity back for all of my electrical needs. I highly recommend them!!!!!

This company is great. Theyre very easy to talk to and dedicated to the work that they do. I had them install a new electrical panel and some outlets, and they did a great job and were very understanding in dealing with our quirky old house. They also kept us informed with the steps they were going to take, as well as the follow ups we have to do after the project (I had to repair the roof around where the new electrical pole was installed). I genuinely look forward to calling them again if and when we have another electrical project to do.

Great service and great communication! I called Joe with a non-emergency electrical issue and he actually answered my call while on the job. He called me back when he said he would and then worked with my schedule to find a time to come out to the house. The morning of he was running a little late, but again he called to let me know. I called many electricians because I had an emergency. Some of my circuit breakers were melted in my electric panel, because of that, a part of my house didn’t have electricity. Joe picked up the phone and told me that he would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. He kept his word and did call me right back. I explained to him what was happening. He came over to my house within 1 hour. He looked at the panel. He said because this is an emergency. He would come back later to replace the panel after he was done with the current job he was doing. He came back later at 5 pm. He replaced my electrical panel. He redid the wires. He stayed very late to make sure everything was done right and worked properly. Joe explained to me everything that I needed to know about the work he was doing for me. The electrical inspector came in over the next few days and was also impressed with Joe’s work. I would recommend Joe to my family, friends and anybody else looking for a great electrician. Joe is the best. His company, ELECTRICAL INTEGRITY is one of the best that I have seen.

Joe messaged me late at night after I reached out to him, and he promptly communicated with me the next morning to help with my electrical issues. The lights in our house were flickering, and we had lost power to half of the house in the middle of the night. He was up front and honest, and did not try to up-sell us on any work. Rather than immediately replace the panel and meter as two other companies said we needed to do, Joe was confident that changing the main breaker only was the right move. A savings of close to $4,000. Maybe best of all, my wife felt very comfortable with him and that he wasn’t taking advantage of the situation with her working from home and not having a complete grasp of the work that needed to be done. I’ll 1,000% use him again going forward.

I hired Joe and his crew originally to remove and replace our knob and tube wiring. However, after the work began, we decided to perform a complete renovation and rewiring our home. Joe worked with us and demonstrated a flexibility in the changing job requirements that was refreshing and made the renovation a pleasant experience. His work was top notch and he worked closely with us regarding ever detail. Even when we asked for a change because of our changing ideas about where to put certain electrical items, Joe demonstrated his willingness to make us happy with the job and never complained up changes we made. I was anxious about having someone in for repairs while we were in lockdown, burr I had no choice as we had lost a phase of our electricity. Joe was great: He was respectful of our safety, gave us a prompt evaluation of the problem, and got it fixed in a reasonable timeframe. For the most part he showed up when he said he would. When that wasnt possible he called to let us know. He even called when he was coming over to say he was on his way. The job came in right on the estimate. I originally used OConnell to put a new 200A service in my house and recently to replace my main feed coming into my house after storm damage. He promptly responded to our smoke alarm issues, and when we had another alarm go off that we had very little knowledge of, he came right in at 10pm, diagnosed the problem and told us it was a septic, not an electrical issue. Joe is a lifesaver. We had a tree fall on our property, rip down our power lines, and throw the electric meter a good 25 feet from the house. He is extremely responsive and calls you to provide updates. He keeps his promises and shows up when he says he will. Theres no chasing down these guys which is quite rare! He wrote up a detailed invoice that my insurance was able to accept without any questions. We were back up with power and were reimbursed quickly thanks to the great work Integrity provides. I cant recommend these guys enough!

I lost power during a recent noreaster. When the service returned it only came back for half the house. One phase was lost. I called Joe at 8pm and even though he had spent the whole day out doing storm restoration he went back out and was at my house in a half hour. He was able temporarily switch breakers and get power back to the heat and fridge and returned and did a great job repairing the damage and restoring the rest of the service. I found this Electrician JOE over 10 years ago through Websites and/or HomeAdvisor ? for electrical box upgrade to 200W and outside wirings. He gave me fair, competitive price. When there was a power surge at my house, I called him, he came over right away. He called Eversource for emergency service, he explained the situation with the Eversource service Electrician when they arrived. He communicated with my heating and plumbing service company (the boiler was down during the power surge). Joe is an above and beyond Electrician around. He stayed about 2 hours at my house and charged me only for emergency response ! I strongly recommended him.

My lights were flickering, so I called and talked to Joe at 9am; he was here to check it out by 12:30- super quick service, very straightforward with pricing and process. Anyway he checked for problems and didn’t find any, then he walked me through the potential problems on the utility’s end and advised me to call them. I was able to explain the problem to the utility guy, and it was fixed. No trying to sell me things I didn’t need, no bullsh*t, and no talking down to me cause I’m a lady (you’d be surprised). Would definitely call again.

Top of a tree got sheared off by wind and brought down some power lines. Although the local power company made a temporary fix, we needed the service mast and head to be completely replaced quickly. Joe responded same day to look at the job, and then coordinated permitting and inspection with local authorities. I originally scheduled Joe to perform diagnostic services on my Air Condition system, the problem was quickly located and replaced (the culprit being a corroded switch on the Air Handler. At the time I also had an open electrical permit for a kitchen renovation that a previous electrical contractor had left unfinished. Unhappy with the work done on the kitchen I asked Joe what it would take for him to pull a new permit under his name/licence and fix the unsatisfactory work done in my kitchen as well as work with the Inspector to close the permit. This turned out to be a much larger ask than I originally expected due to much of the previous work not being installed to code; the job turned into a complete kitchen re-wire. Joe worked tirelessly to fix the botched install while not disturbing any of the new finishes done in the renovated kitchen as well as with the City Inspector to get the permit closed out. I cant adequately put into words how impressed I was with Joe and his crews workmanship, professionalism and willingness to work around scheduling conflicts. Overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend OConnell Electrical Services to anyone looking for an Electrical Contractor

I lost power to half my house at 7pm on a Sunday night in the pouring rain. After having the electric company come out and determine it wasnt an issue with my power lines or meter it left me with no choice but to call an electrician. Integrity Electrical was the first that popped up and appeared to have good reviews. I quickly called, Joe answered and I explained the situation. He said they were swamped in calls and would call me right back to see if he could get someone out. He called right back and he personally showed up 20 minutes from my call time. Unfortunately after diagnosing the problem he determined it wouldnt be something he could fix until the morning due to the rain and having to remove the meter as well as needing some parts. He still tried a few things to get me operational for the night. No luck there but we expected that. He called me first thing in the morning and came out very promptly. He was able to get me up in running in a few hours and he kept the cost very reasonable. I cant say enough good things about Joe and his team at Integrity Electrical!
