Willie was amazing! I had black flakes smearing in my tub, and he knew right away what was causing it and fixed it. He gave me tips on saving money with my hot water tank. But the most surprising part…he cleaned my tub after everything was fixed! It’s cleaner than it was before I got the black rubber flakes. Thanks, Willie! Excellent customer service!

I was nothing but absolutely and wonderfully pleased with the service I received. Jason was the service tech whom came out to help with my main line stoppage which ended up having a decent amount a root growth in the line. He was very professional & friendly. He was quick, efficient and left things better than he found them all around. I will definitely be recommending this company & Jason to my family, friends and any who asks. Not only were they quick, efficient and friendly but it was affordable as well!!

Our water went out right before Christmas, so we bought one from a store and had On Time install it. They came out Christmas Eve morning and had it installed in a couple hours. The receptionist Allison was very nice and helpful. Anthony and Josh did a wonderful job installing it. They were quick, professional, answered my dozen questions, and cleaned up completely. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They are very excellent. Jeremy will explain things which the customer can understand. They came out and gave us an estimate. Once you approve and pay They will set an appointment. They had a hard time finding our clean out due to buried underground. Everyone who works for this company is nice and very efficient with what they do. I am telling all my friends if you need a plumber call them.

Team texted me about 15 min before they arrived. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and very polite. They were informative about the two different repairs that could take place since depending on what they find there maybe more work/cost. Luckily there was not more damage. They quickly fixed both of our issues. Showed us what was repaired and tested the fix. Most definitely will be my first call for plumbing repairs for now on.

Our second time using On Time, and it was just as good as the first. They not only installed a thermostat for us that was complicated due to poor HVAC installation during previous ownership... They also dealt with some improper wiring that was causing the issue for us to begin with. Highly recommend.

Greg Gates and Connor were very courteous and professional, and they did a fantastic job repairing my busted pipe. I was out of town and the communication was excellent. They bent over backwards to get things done so I would have water when I returned home. As far as the work goes Jason did a great job clearing our drain. He was courteous, informative, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. He cleaned up and left the area in good shape. We did have some issues with the first appointed time, but it was due to unforeseen circumstances. Very pleased with Jason and On Time Plumbing for the clear drain and the fairly reasonable price.

He walked me through the estimate and when he came back out today, they did a fantastic job with the install and helped me unclog a few other drains while they were here. My 15+ year old HVAC unit died, of course this happened when it was 100 degrees outside. Dovente and Frank arrived on time and replaced both the inside and outside units the same day. The install was done professionally and without any issues whatsoever. Enjoying my cooI and comfortable house again. I learned about On Time Plumbing from my neighbor who was very satisfied with the services he received from the company. I decided to use the same company and got a visit today from Mr. Jeremy Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter was very professional and knowledgeable as we discussed the issue of water not draining from our kitchen sink in more detail. After making his assessment both inside and outside the house, he began working and in no time, he had restored the normal flow of water from our kitchen sink and into the main pipe outside the house going into the city sewer system. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work Mr. Carpenter has done for us. On Time Plumbing will be our primary plumbing service provider from here on out!! Thank you so much!!!

These guys are above all else, HONEST! I’ve called them on three separate occasions. Once for HVAC, the guy was able to talk me through a very simple temporary fix until someone could get to me when my furnace went out in the dead of winter. The second and third were plumbing calls and I met with Kevin. There are so many companies today who are solely business minded, which is understandable, but it is so nice knowing these guys are not out just for the money and are willing to truly help whether they profit from it or not. 10/10 recommend, and am forever a loyal customer.

After discovering we had a burnt wire on the unit outside, I called On Time Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electric. Alice answered my call, and was very pleasant to speak with. She got the information we needed and put us on the schedule for today. Dustin was our technician to make the repair. He was extremely kind and had us back up and running quickly! He explained why the issue happened, what he did to fix it, as well as what he did to confirm that all other components/wiring were operating correctly. I cant say enough good things about the On Time Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric company. The situation; electric meter and box ripped from side of house due to storm and tree limbs. No power to house. The On Time company was able to react to my phone call with in a couple of hours. This is where I should say Thank You to the lady that took my phone call and handled the scheduling and then rescheduling to get their electricians to my location that day. Within a couple of hours they were at my house and evaluating the situation. The two gentlemen, Blayne and Lathan, I interacted with were more than professional. They were friendly professional. They went beyond what I expected and had the repairs completed in just a few hours and ready for the city inspection of work preformed. Which passed with flying colors. City inspection happened the next morning with the electric company to follow that afternoon. From first call to power back on was just over 24 hours at a price I feel was more than fair. I have placed this company as my go to for any Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical needs.Thanks to all involved in resolving this situation.

Can I give on time plumbing 100 stars?From the first time I called in the voice on phone was super friendly. I let her know I needed a quote for a repair and she had someone come out within the week. When Kevin came out for my quote, he was Beyond professional. Told me exactly what needed to be done, gave a healthcare discount, and his customer service was incredible.Fast forward a few days to today. Repair day- yay. Bittersweet. Everything went well, Cody was my repairman and he was absolutely the best. They repaired everything professionally, fast, and efficiently. Greg also came by to fix other things I needed fixed. The toilet and some other pipes that weren’t apart of the initial repair. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I called several hvac companies, but On Time was the only one who could get there today. Last night, I was stressed by my furnace not producing any heat. Had to baby the system all night long in hopes it would not have any major issues come morning. Gave On Time Plumbing and call first thing. I was relieved to know Josh McHenry was coming to assist. Hed been out once before at the hight of summer when my ac unit was freaking out. Once onsite, I novicely explained my experience but Josh never once made me feel out of place. He stayed in communication with me from start to finish, even allowed me to shoulder surf while he troubleshoot. This one gave him a run for his money but he never gave up. He discovered the root cause, being a faulty molex connection within the internal gas feed valve on the unit. He showed me live and explained the likely scenario causing this issue. This man needs a raise. Was to kill it, Josh!

UPDATE: This review was left 1 yr ago… right after the repairman left after being without A/C for two weeks IN 90 degree weather and I finally had relief. This was towards the end of summer and we didn’t have long to run the AC, but little did I know all they did was a quick fix. They came out initially and repaired what the technician told me was wiring issue, he said everything else was good. He worked on it for maybe 20 minutes and him, and his son were gone. Not even a week later, the unit went out again. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and they sent them back out for the technician to tell me exactly a week later that the unit was not working because it was out of Freon. I know that I am a woman, but I know that this is supposed to be a closed system and Freon doesn’t just disappear if there’s not a leak initially, and if that was the case, why didn’t he catch it a week prior. the technician did not take kindly to me, questioning his ability or diagnosis, and told me that my warranty company did not cover Freon and that he was gonna give me a deal on it, which was also part of the reason for my original review. We paid to have the Freon added to the unit and like I said, it was towards the end of summer. Now, fast forward one winter to 2024 where it is the beginning of spring and we had an unseasonably hot day and I want to turn on my AC unit and behold it’s blowing warm air!! Here I am waiting on American Home Shield again to send someone else to fix my AC because I believe that on time heating and cooling only does fixes and work around to ensure job security since they have a contract with American Home Shield. This is what I believe and this is what I’m standing on, this is why I am changing my rating to one star only because no stars are not an option. Avoid this company at all cost. Thank you.
