Tyler came out. Very courteous and polite. Excellent demeanor. He did not hesitate to seek guidance if he was unsure of an issue. He was aware of our issues and understood the air conditioner needed to be fixed so it would work. He located the problem, told us what it was and what it would cost to repair it. We are on the schedule for repairs Monday August 8th. I consider your company to be extremely blessed to have such a valuable asset working for them.

I called Integrity because they did some work during my recent house renovation. I was impressed with their work and service. Our outside compressor for the AC kept tripping the main breaker. I called Integrity to check on it. Tyler was prompt, explained what he was doing and provided details on next steps. Customer service was excellent!! I would recommend them!!

From start to finish it was an excellent experience! When we woke up and realized the heater was out, I called integrity, I was a little nervous I was going to wake someone up in the early morning but unlike other places they were very prompt about returning my call getting out to the property to see what needed done and executing the plan that we put in place I can’t speak highly enough about integrity trade services I would recommend them to everyone and they will be all we use when needed.Thank you!Side note: they put in all new heating, cooling units and all new duct work in crawl space. Don’t have pictures but they did outstanding👍🏽

Our Heater and AC went out in May 2021. We were paying over $500 per month on electric as our home is all electric. Once we replaced the units our electric bill dropped almost $300. They have amazing customer service and will be honest with you instead of trying to constantly up sell you. Just a wonderful experience for a terrible situation. Would highly recommend them!!
