Our AC went out during one of the hottest weeks in June (typical) and due to high demand our home warranty company couldn’t get anyone to come out. We called around ourselves and Action came out and did the repair quickly and well. They were very responsive on the phone and were able to do the repairs while we were away, which was much more convenient for us. We will definitely use them in the future for HVAC needs.

Action came out, assessed the situation, called and confirmed what needed to happen to fix it, and fixed it completely in one day. Ac has run great since then. I found Action HVAC straightforward, trustworthy, and committed to getting problems fixed as soon as possible. Cost was reasonable, very reasonable considering how busy they were and how much in a bind we were. I will definitely do business again with them, and refer them to friends and family as well. All in all, I’m impressed at their service, cost, and professionalism.

Jack with Action Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose my A/C issue immediately after calling, and then made multiple trips after normal business hours to make sure our A/C got back up and running correctly and as quick as possible, while educating us on how to better take care of our AC and need less service in the future. He made us feel like a top priority with his response time and dedication. Warm and sincere customer service is hard to find anymore and Jack helped make us feel like more than just a payday. Only been in town for 1 year. Had my AC go out after paying $500 3 months ago to refill the freon. These guys were great the 1st time they came out and I knew that when my ac died I wanted them to work on the replacement. Good choice too, better units, better price all around. Came home from work to my wife and newborn in 86 degree house. I could tell it was the capacitor, but there were none in stock in Wichita.Action went above and beyond to track one down and sell one to me on the hurry, even when they were already busy with other customers they found to make it happen between service calls.Because of their help, I was able to get my AC fixed quick and my wife and I were able to make it to my sisters art show on time. I was very impressed with the service/repair that I received from Action Heating and Cooling. When I called their phone after hours I did not expect them to answer but they did. They were out at my house within 24 hours. Not knowing whether my AC needed repaired or completely replaced, they diagnosed everything on the unit and got my central air running that day as a temporary fix and they came out the next day to replace the part. I have AC that works like it should. Their pricing for repairs was Very reasonable. They were cordial, respectful, honest and thorough in their explanations. I would highly recommend this company for AC/Furnace repairs.

Our AC was out during the hottest week of the year and after others not being able do anything besides hope that works and Ill try to get to you later this week, we were told Jack was who we needed to call. He made it out to us the next day, even after what Im pretty sure was a 12+ hour work day and well after dinner time for him. He immediately got to work and was here for an hour tops and had our AC blowing cold air! I cannot thank him enough for helping my family out and getting us back to normal life! Our coils and outside continuing unit had to be replaced and for the few days it took for parts to get here, they limped out old unit along and kept it going to make sure we were not without A/C. So we bought our house 2 years ago in May. Did everything the way we were suppose too. Our biggest issue was the AC because someone sprayed foam on it. The inspector said it was fine. We soon found out that this wasnt true. Even our warranty people said they couldnt help bc of the foam that was placed on it.We also knew it was pretty old just not as old as it really was. We fixed the part that went out on it.Well have had issues with the AC not working very well nor being able to help with the upstairs bedrooms.We went to turn the A/C on the day it was in the upper 80s and found out it wouldnt kick on. Well, we have not had very good luck with any contractors in the past. We had a company come out and tell us it would be around 20,000 to fix the AC but they would have to do all this extra work and replace our heating unit. We have one of the best ones out there and works amazing. So we didnt understand this.I happened to Call Action Heating and Cooling just by chance. And Im so glad I did because these brothers stand by thier name ACTION.They made time that night to come out because they knew we had kids and if the could fix it they would of.They were very honest and gave us options.For me ACTIONS always speak louder then words.They sent us the quote the next day we made the agreement for them to fix it. They said it would probably be a week before they could do it.They actually was able to do it that Friday. Which was just a few days after I called them. We have now had our AC for a week. They make you feel more then just a customer. They are very friendly and professional.They make thier job look easy and the brothers a pretty funny too. (Thats definitely a positive and a plus).They have called twice just to check in......We will never use a different company.We need more local companies like this one right here.Thanks guys,From the Wilson family
