    This was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company ever. I’ve had the same issue in my home for two years, 4 different companies have come to “correct the issue” and they failed to do so correctly all 4 times. My aunt recommended this company and after two years, my drainage if finally fixed and not seeping into my walls! Tim was prompt, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my million questions and he didn’t leave this huge mess behind for me to sweep or mop up! Highly highly recommend him and this company!

    If you’re looking for someone dependable and skilled at their trade, look no further than right here. Timothy was a nice enough guy to interact with, but the work was even better. He installed a water heater for us that older than heck. Not only did he get the water heater up the steps no problemo, but the work was neat, clean and speedy. All the cuts and installs were accurate and things I won’t have tweak myself later, thankfully. Timothy was an affable guy and I’d strongly recommend him for any plumbing needs you might have. And many others as well, he’s definitely multi talented as a handyman.

    We had a complicated set up where they had to take out one broken water heater and put two new ones in, with a gas line and connection to the furnace that needed to be moved and redone. They did excellent professional work in a limited space and the new set up is tidy and efficient, everything was done in one day even with specialty parts needed.

    Lakewood Plumbing sent out a tech Tim Mena to handle a leak and see if there was mold growing in our apartment, he was amazing and fixed our issues while showing the maintenance guy at our apartment what they did wrong! After months of frustration our leak was fixed and the moldy smell gone! Tim was timely courteous and cleaned up before he left will definitely use them again and Tim is definitely an asset to this company! Great job!!

    I had a low water pressure issue and leaking hot water heater. Called Lakewood Plumbing and they had someone out in 24 hours. Tim was very friendly and informative letting me know what he found and did to fix both situations. He did have part needed in his truck so left to get one and returned shortly to complete work.     I had a leak originating from our main water line on the basement foundation wall. Lakewood sent Tim out immediately (within an hour) and he assessed the cause as likely a leak in the main water line outside my home. The project to fix was extensive but Torrey (owner) was able to schedule within a day. Unfortunately since this is likely my HOAs responsibility I had no choice in their selection to go with another plumbing company. Torrey was unbelievably responsive, even following up with me on a weekend. Without a doubt I would recommend Lakewood for all your plumbing needs. I plan to use them in the future for any jobs I need within my townhouse.

    I live in a retirement building in Lakewood and had a leaking tub spout. Ethan was able to turn water off to building and replace my shower valve in a timely manner. My tub spout no longer leaks.     Old work condo repairs: Alex the tech was absolutely amazing with a draining issue in our kitchen sink. So professional, knowledgeable, took his time and went above and beyond! He even gave us some pro-tips to keep things flowing (preventative measures). Weve used Lakewood plumbing in the past and will continue to utilize their services for our plumbing needs.Our only feedback would be to send the tech first prior to sending another plumber to fix a drip issue (also related to the kitchen sink). Either way both our issues were resolved.New work house repairs: 6/14/24 - we just moved into a house and had to have a valve replaced same day service. Still 100% happy with the service we have received. Dan was great and we value his hard work! Very knowledgeable too. We will continue to use Lakewood for our plumbing needs!New work house repairs: 7/19/24 - we still love Lakewood 5/5! Joe conquered a major project today and replaced all our valves (13 to be exact! 😬) which was one of our top items we wanted to do being in a new house and not wanting to deal with an emergency leakage, and the unknown history of the pipes/valves. Not an easy task but we are so grateful for Joes hard work and patience. He also helped us come up with ideas to troubleshoot a smelly basement bathroom when it gets hot, we might have to have you back out if we cant find the gremlin, we will try caulking the toilet in the meantime!     I wanted to commend Dan and Kevin for the great work they did replacing drain pipe at our home. This is an 83 year old house with cast iron drain pipes having at least 1/4” wall thickness (where not rusted through) which had to be repeatedly sledge-hammered, cut with a saws all and impact hammered to be removed, all in an inconvenient location under a second floor tub and up against a floor joist. Hats off to Dan and Kevin for sticking with it. Great people from Lakewood Plumbing.7/19/24, Sammy Kircher was here this morning to fix a number of small plumbing headaches in our 85 year old house. Sammy has worked here before and we will continue to ask for Sammy when we need HVAC/plumbing assistance. He is thoroughly competent and very pleasant to deal with. 5 stars!

    Christmas Eve!!! They came out on Christmas Eve. One of the very few 24-hour plumbing services that answered on the holiday and to boot they showed up in about an hour and a half after first calling them at 8:30pm and had the drain cleaned out in about an hour. They also were extremely reasonable for the time of night let alone it being a holiday. Cleaned up, super professional, and very knowledgeable. Tried many other plumbers and best we could get was maybe tomorrow?? Or we start at $350 and need a deposit before we can even schedule coming out. Im putting this in my phone for any plumbing/drain issues I have again. Our main line had a back up because of possibly a root or something but the 3 chopper snake cleaned it right out.     Lakeood Plumbing is a very fine Business. I called after hours and DeeDee, I think that was her name, answered and was both very kind, caring and proficient. She made certain we were going to be ok to wait until the next morning.The Plumber Bruce called first thing in the morning and showed up at the time requested. Needed a new furnace and AC combo, contacted 6 local bidders and received 5 bids (one other installer wasnt on the Xcel approved contractor list..check yours carefully, no rebates unless they are on the list...Lakewood is)...Had Ray Chavez out to the house and he gave me a very thorough list of options explaining what each would do for me. I am that guy that asks a 1000 questions, Ray didnt mind at all and I got the feeling I was dealing with a waiter at Mortons...things were going to be done right, no fast talk, plain answers and the of course attitude...very pleasant experience. Followed up with Ray on a few questions I had derived from the other bidders and his answers seemed to me to be straight forward and rational, not everyone was that way! I appreciated Ray being patient and never felt like I was bothering him, he returned my emails and phone calls promptly.Installation day went as smooth as could be, Chad & Brad showed up on time and worked hard through the day. Install was done as expected and the new sweet machines were hummin. Not extra charges, no install day gotchas. Brad did the excel paperwork and testing (its extensive) to ensure I would get the rebates. The guys were friendly and didnt ever seem put-out with my questions along the way. Passed inspection with flying colors. Ray has been great answering followup questions, certainly not one of those companies that once the contract is signed, theyre moving on. Obviously a good experience, highly recommend them.

Not only did he initially quote us a much, much lower price to replace the boiler ... once he checked it out he said he couldnt do that because the boiler worked just fine and simply needed a routine cleaning to address the problem. Its that kind of honesty and integrity you dont see enough of these days. I could not recommend this place more highly.

    We had 2 faucets that were ten years old and leaking, couldnt take them apart ourselves due to rust, these guys were in and out in approximately 2 hours! And the job was done right! and the prices were nearly identical as if we did the work ourselves (After we bought tools and the faucets, etc).
