Justin was incredibly knowledgeable. Able to handle our complicated boiler system to make it run more efficiently and heat a zone that had not been working. He repaired a broken shower valve and arrived with the correct part from the phone description of the problem. He completed an incredible amount of additional work much faster than we expected. We were very happy with Greater Western Plumbing.

Mike responded same day with a fair and accurate quote and was able to get us scheduled the following day. Christian arrived on time and was very conscientious and professional. The space was enclosed after original heater installed so he had to work thru the clearance challenge removing the old and installing the new water heater. He did a great job! The team at Greater Western Plumbing are trustworthy, honest, reliable and do quality work. It was pleasure to do business. Our puppy liked them too!

I called in first thing on a Monday morning after a few days of a severe cold weather front. I was having a drain issue for a floor drain on the second floor. They answered right away and said they could send someone the same day. I had already called a few companies and no one else could get me in same day. They actually came to fix a frozen pipe before a few companies even called me back to schedule an appointment. Justin was on time, was respectful about wearing booties over his shoes inside, and fixed a frozen pipe on the outside of my home. It was a fairly easy fix, and didn’t charge me for his work! I was very impressed with my experience with Greater Western Plumbing, and will use them again in the future.

Mike, the owner, was great. I called him on Easter morning and he answered the company phone. He helped me realize it probably wasnt a septic problem but rather a clog or something. Justin came and made the repair the next morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very professional yet personal.

Excellent service from David who answered the phone, to Mike who gave us an estimate & took care of scheduling, which by the way was in a timely manner! And James who did the installation, great work! All n all professional, efficient and a great value. Highly recommend!!
