I called Mighty Pine to have my furnace checked out to make sure it is operating properly as the cold weather finally arrives. Taylor, the technician they sent was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He checked all aspects of the unit and determined that there was a small part that needed to be replaced. The furnace is 21 years old. All other aspects of the unit were in good shape. The charge for the service was very reasonable. I will definitely use Mighty Pine Heating & Air again.

Request TAYLOR for your service!!Had a great experience with Taylor at Mighty Pine. I needed to find a new company to maintain a property I no longer reside at. The last experience, the unnamed HVAC company tried to take advantage of the fact I was out of town. I found Mighty Pine on my local Park Hill page and all of the comments were positive about their honesty and I had the same experience. I had one furnace cleaned and one diagnosed. They did not charge me an added crawl space fee as I have found with other companies. Taylor was very honest, thorough, and provided pictures of his work (I only posted a couple). He was able to accurately troubleshoot my old furnace and provided multiple options with no used car salesman pressure. Taylor was very professional, texted in advance including a picture of himself. I thought this was a nice touch with all the scams now days.

Great experience with Mighty Pine for an install of a Heat Pump! Ive only ever had a swamp cooler and glad I made the decision to go with a Heat Pump. Mighty Pine was my 4th estimate. Most of the other companies it felt like wanted to charge me a lot more for things that werent necessary for my house. The price was very reasonable.From meeting with Dominic to get the estimate and understand how it all works, to Tyler arriving on time for the install.Tyler did an amazing job installing the heat pump. He checked and rechecked everything and took his time to explain everything to me and show me how it all works.I will definitely refer my friends and family.Thank you for a great experience.

We recently had a service on our furnace. Our service technician was Taylor Blackburn from Mighty Pine Heating and Air. I cannot say enough positive things about Taylor. He was extremely thorough in the service he provided and he even spent the extra time, which he certainly did not have to, educating us on our the functionality of our system. We had to call him after hours and not only did he respond to our call, he reassured us everything was in order. Service like this is so rare these days and you cannot put a value on it. I cannot recommend Mighty Pine Heating and Air or more importantly Taylor Blackburn enough. Thank you for such exceptional service! We will definitely be using them again!

Second time using Mighty Pine, first for a new furnace and now for a new water heater. They had already mentioned when they saw my furnace 2 years ago that I was on borrowed time with my 24 year old water heater, so there was no question when it died that it was time. Judd, the owner, came over quickly to check things out and give me a quote. First thing the next morning (a Saturday), Jeremiah and his co-workers were fast at work. My situation was complicated with an awkward crawlspace and it was a lot of hard work, but they did it quickly and professionally. The price was probably more fair for me than for Mighty Pine if we’re honest, and I felt confident and pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mighty Pine services were top-notch. I need furnace repair. From the moment I spoke the person answering my call to the conclusion of the service, everyone was professional and friendly. Setting up a service appointment was easy. Frequent communication to ensure everyone was on the same page. I like the short two-hour window vice the usual four-hour window show time. There was communication the day before and the day of the appointment. The technician Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did not try to upsell products and services but offered alternatives and options. No pressure. Work was completed in about an our to include time to retrieve the part from the warehouse.

First, Ben was able to come out and get our old AC working again during the heat of summer then he was able to recommend an upgrade path for us. His quote was on par with other companies we talked to.After that, we were able to schedule the replacement work quickly and the guys that installed the new equipment were friendly, prompt, and efficient.Would work with Mighty Pine again!

Mighty Pine has been great for us! They have a membership service that covers typical upkeep and maintenance of systems. We purchased a furnace and A/C from them a couple of years ago and recently a water heater and water filtration system from them. Mighty Pine did a great job when my air conditioning died and the heat of the summer. They came out same day to evaluate it. Gave me the option of repair or replace, and it did not make sense to pour a ton of money into a 20-year-old system. They were out to replace it the next day. The installation was seamless and while the price is a blow, I think it is less expensive than some others would be, and they did present me with financing options.

Mighty Pine worked with our church to put in mini-split air conditioning units in some of our offices and worship rooms. They worked with us on the price and to find rebates so that we could afford it with our tight budget. They also helped us find an electrician who could assist with the somewhat complicated electrical issues we were facing with getting the units powered up. And they were kind to have their installers help us remove the old swamp cooler from the roof which was NOT an easy task. We appreciated them and found them good to work with from start to finish.

I had both a drain cleaner and a heating and AC tech out to my home. Drain cleaning was quick and efficient and successful with the tech informing me on the tools he was using and a conversation about maintenance for the other drains. The AC tech was out for a tuneup and also guided me along in what he was doing and what, if any, potential issues that may arise in the future in my 20-year-old system.I was very pleased that they arrived on time, took a clean approach in regards to my home and were polite and professional. We had an unknown leak in our water heater line, and when we found it, there was flooding and mold. Mighty Pines had their master plumber come to our house within an hour to address the issue (which was complicated by the fact that our pipes were bad). He was very knowledgeable and understanding and spent the extra time to address the problem in the most cost-effective way.

Mighty Pine is my new go to HVAC company without a doubt. Our AC wasnt putting out any cold air at the start of a hot spell. Even worse, we were leaving on vacation and didnt want to leave our dogs and dog sitters having to stay in a hot home while we were gone. I called a lesser company and their diagnosis was that I had to replace the entire unit. I called Mighty Pine and their diagnosis was a simple capacitor failure. The tech had the part in his truck and swapped it out within 15 minutes. Honest company with exceptional knowledge and customer service. You wont be disappointed!

I had given a 3-star review previously as I was disappointed with an inexperienced technician who performed a routine cleaning/inspection a couple weeks ago. The owner graciously said he would refund my money. I told Lynette, their office manager, that I preferred they keep the money but send out an experienced person to make sure we dont have any safety issues (our air quality seems to be worse since the furnace kicked on a couple months ago). Not only did they send a very knowlegeable person (Nick), but they sent him out the evening before the appointment when our furnace went out with temperatures below zero. Nick discovered the problem (reset button) and did a great job explaining the situation and our options for extending the life of our 18-year old furnace. Previous review: I had our furnace cleaned and inspected, since it had been several years. When I asked the technician about the pros/cons of my permanent, electrostatic HEPA filter versus the typical disposable ones - he said he had never seen one before. I think I will just clean the furnace myself next time. He was more knowledgeable about the process for signing me up for their annual spring/fall service, but I passed on that.

Mighty Pine came out to fix my AC shortly before Labor Day, and they did a phenomenal job! The first techs replaced the motor on the condenser, but when that motor failed, the techs escalated the situation appropriately and ultimately sent a manager out to us. When the manager determined that the entire condenser was broken, he was able to get the manufacturer to cover the parts warranty, and then Mighty Pine barely charged us for the labor! (We had already spent $1500 for the new motor, so the labor reduction cost really helped us out!)

I had a great experience with SS3 a few years ago when our hot water heater needed replacement. John went above and beyond to be sure the new one was properly vented. So, when I wanted to have my AC checked before the start of the season, I contacted SS3 Mechanical. I received a text about 15 minutes before arrival. Chris was personable, efficient and also went above and beyond my expectations- checking out my furnace humidifier. The cost of their maintenance agreement is very reasonable. Mighty Pine replaced my heating and A/C systems recently. They were patient with me while I asked questions and solicited estimates from other HVAC companies in the Denver metro area. Following a comprehensive analysis of all options, I decided to move forward with Mighty Pine on a full replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. The Mighty Pine team I worked with were professional, cost efficient and very knowledgeable. Installation and start up were flawless and timely. Ive used these guys a few times (starting back when they were SS3 Mechanical). They are fantastic and my go-to whenever an HVAC type issue comes up. Ive had several of their technicians out to the house before, including the owner, and every single one of them was on time, courteous, and took the time to explain things to me. I consider myself pretty handy, and like to ask lots of questions. I know that can be a pain in the butt for a professional tying to get their work done. These guys dont mind it at all! They love to share what they know and help me to really understand my equipment and how to take good care of it. Im very impressed with this company.

I almost never give reviews but will gladly make an exception in this case. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our AC and HVAC system basically imploded during the one of the hottest days of the year (it was 90 degrees in our bedrooms!) and recognizing the pickle we were in, Mighty Pine immediately sent a team of technicians to our home. They worked very hard, including after hours (and without us asking or expecting it), to get a new AC up and running the same day. They were extremely professional and courteous and took time to explain everything to us and to make sure all our questions were answered. I cant say enough - I give them my highest recommendation.

Had our heater go out last season and worked with Mighty Pine to get it fixed the first night of it being cold, so when the time had come to get it tuned up for this winter it was a no-brainer with who we would call! Very fast and professional service and they showed up on time. Our furnace is in the attic with tons of loose insulation and none was left in or around the area after the services were performed which even I cant do. Great company!

Mighty Pine installed a new furnace and ac right before Christmas when we lost heat in our 25 year old unit. They gave us a reasonable price on a new Rheem system and didn’t pressure us one way or another. They even offered to fix the old system if we wanted to go that route.We decided on a new system and the installed it two days later with no problems…they even reconfigured our faulty ductwork to triple our existing airflow while they were there! Fantastic service from Mighty Pine. When my heat went out and I needed a new HVAC system, they were able to install very quickly. A new one is never going to be cheap, but my legacy system was 18 years old, and Ive heard the average lifespan is 15-20 years. Plus, its inside was coated with rust, evidently preventing proper heat exchange. So a new one was fully justified. The replacement is much better -- more efficient, keeps the house warmer, and I get a spiffy new wifi-controlled thermostat. I also had Mighty Pine replace my rusted out water heater awhile back. I always feel like my mechanical systems are in good hands with MP.

The company sent me a photo of the technician and a time frame when he would be on his way. Then I got another message 30 minutes before his arrival. I love this feature as it allowed me to be free to answer the door and speak with Mike when he got here and not be on a work related call/meeting. Our furnace has been rattling. We explained the situation, Mike provided input and options for solutions. We went with a tune up and signed up for the membership which includes the AC tune up. Were getting a quote from Mighty on repair parts and labor for the furnace. The tune up went well, nothing unusual, we learned about other items we need to look for when troubleshooting. However, if anything major happens to our furnace or AC - we are calling Mighty Pine to fix it! I liked the straightforward approach, didnt try to upsell services I didnt need, timeliness and affordability.

Our old Carrier system was 15 years old. I didnt want a surprise when it failed so I elected to have and entirely new system installed. I contacted 8 companies locally here in the Denver area, got quotes from 7 of them (1 never showed up nor called to reschedule). After much thought I decided that Mighty Pine fit my needs and I chose a Rheem system. These guys are the best. Do NOT hesitate to call them for any of your HVAC needs. They are honest, attentive, show up on time, come back if something isnt right, and just good people. They scheduled our replacement for July 5th & 6th, 2022 and were here on time, worked and sweated in a tight space and recommended a 2 stage, multispeed 96% efficient furnace and a single stage 3 Ton 16 SEER A/C system. I also did a lot of research and put in a REME/Halo air purifier. Install went quickly and Im sitting in my home after only 1 day and night without air and as cool as can be. I cant thank these guys enough. Dont believe all the BS and scare tactics that youll hear from other HVAC companies. Go with the best and call Mighty Pine. I also put a new 5T A/C system in a relatives house and used them as well. Install went great (until the power went out thanks XCEL energy) and they came back the next day and completed the job. Thanks for all of your hard work Judd, Wayne, Gary, Victor and the rest of the HVAC team.
