    They were great and completed the work less than 30 minutes. Price is high for a simple work. You shouldn’t ask for a tip when signing the credit card. We should give tip in our own way without marking no tip or tips.

    Kris & Jesse were both freaking amazing! They were very professional and communicated with me through the whole process because I have no clue about plumbing.     I switched to Drain Terrier from a well known larger company. It’s relieving to work with DT because they diagnose the problem and provide the solution for that problem - rather than trying to upsell you things that are not needed like the former larger company did.They’ve also been helpful in letting me know things I should keep an eye on moving forward that will likely need fixing. I’ve found their Blue Ribbon club to be very beneficial for this so I can get my annual check ups/services.I’ve worked with Savannah, Tracy, Lisa, and Craig so far and they all have been extremely helpful, caring, and have always gotten the job done.Very happy I made the switch and found a company I can trust with any plumbing issues

    I was really impressed. I called in the morning and they were there by 1 pm. They kept me informed about their arrival time. They explained everything they found and offered advice on some additional small fixes that I could do myself. Friendly, polite, clean and affordable

    Drain Terrier was efficient and professional and solved my issue with the bathroom sink.I will say it seemed expensive to me. $325 and he was there for 15 minutes at most. Also their payment app asked for a tip. I hope plumbing companies pay their plumbers enough without having tips. Tipping is totally out of hand.

    Drain Terrier helped with a new hot water heater install. It was pretty difficult and most contractors passed or told me we had to install a new tankless system for 6-8K. Tracey was able to come by and figure out a way to get it done. We have used them to many times in the past and they always come through! I would recommend them to anyone.

    John called ahead and was here within the timeframe that he said he would be he was prompt. He was pleasant. He was professionally dressed and explained to me what was wrong with the garbage disposal and fixed it.I have been told by the neighbor who did plumbing on the side that it would require a new garbage disposal and that is not what it needed to doll. John was able to unjam it in about five minutes. What I appreciate it about John is that he explained things to me and he gave me some directions and tips of simple things I could buy at Home Depot to act as a strainer So things did go down the drain and jammed the garbage disposal.I appreciate And kindness that John showed me, and the fact that he did not treat me as a uneducated, older woman, and I felt he gave me the same advice in the same level of professionalism and knowledge and skill that he would for his own mother. All plumbers are service. People approach their job like John and worked with people with the same skill and knowledge and respect life would be much easier.I thank John very much and I appreciate his kindness.

It was a complicated clog in the pipe that took a-lot of strategic work to finally relieve the sludge in the pipe. Very much appreciate the work these folks did at a reasonable cost and time.

    Drain Terrier plumbing was very responsive to our needs. My mother-in-law had a baked up sewer drain. The company was very responsive and sent a plumber out.     Had another big name company come out. Quoted $1100 just to pull the toilet clean and scope. That would not have fixed the issue. They would have charged even more to fix the problem. They also missed the second clean out in the yard. John was amazing found the issues and fixed them right away.
