I had an excellent experience with Apple Aire Heating & Cooling technicians. I had my annual furnace maintenance and Whole House Air Duct cleaning done by Dakota Burke who was very detailed and thorough.Theron Wanoskia installed a new Hot Water Heater for me and explained the new settings. I also had a lot of questions about my April Aire and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I also told Theron i thought I could smell gas at a joint in gas pipe in my attic. He went out of his way and climbed up the ladder and did the soap suds test which was positive. He tightened the pipe and cured the problem. Apple Aire has very caring technicians working for them.

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot Sunday. We called a few companies but no one was able to come the same day except Apple Aire. We had to purchase a new air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. Dylan provided us with excellent service and hes extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the installation and explaining everything to us. I highly recommend Apple Aire, you wont be disappointed.

Recently, I had an AC and furnace installed by Apple Aire, and they did a fantastic job. Eric patiently and clearly answered all my questions, which convinced me that Apple Aire was the right choice. The technician Theron did an excellent job with the installation and thoroughly explained everything to me. Devon provided great after-sales service: the equipment was promptly registered with the manufacturer, and the city inspection was scheduled quickly as well.I have worked with several HVAC companies, and Apple Aire is the best. I had an awesome experience with Apple Aire. In February I met with Eric and he was very knowledgeable and provided a same day quote for a new split system. He knew we were starting a construction project and was very flexible with the timing as we had to push back the installation several times. When installation day came Devon and team were timely, considerate (they put down floor coverings and cleaned up very nicely), and flexible with my request to have the unit on a stand versus bracketed to the wall (they had to remove the brackets and someone from their office had to deliver a stand). They completed the job in one day and I was very pleased with the process. I highly recommend this company because they do what they say they will do and their employees are great to work with. Oh and I didn’t mention that they were the lowest of the three bids I received!

We wanted an AC unit installed and needed a furnace replaced. I called and got several estimates and we went with Apple Aire. We were not disappointed! Another boiler company came the day before and did nothing for $140. Gave me a quote of $3200 to fix the one zone, which I knew was ridiculous to repair a Honeywell thermostat.

Dennis at Apple Aire listened carefully to what I needed, quoted a good price, and ordered the units. Normando, Tony, and Trevor were the crew that did the installation. Get this: Two furnaces, two water heaters, all in one day. They were amazing. They laid down the protective carpeting and plastic, then went to work. It was obvious that they do these kinds of installations all the time. Today they are replacing my moms furnace and A/C. Great work!

We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we’d have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing. I honestly thought they’d be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven’t been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive. I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can’t say enough good things about this company. However, Apple Aire needs to work on their communication. The technician was due to arrive between 8 and 9 AM, but the technician did not arrive until 10:30 am. I had to call twice just to get a response on who would be at our home and when they would arrive. Not a good experience.

Dylan and his Brother Shane are some of the nicest people i have met . Dylan helped my wife and I get the system we needed to compliment our solar panels we just had installed . Everyone at Apple Aire has been amazing always going the extra mile to make me happy i am looking forward to having them work and up keep my equipment for a lot of years to come . I would say in a world full of people who make huge promises and dont ever come around with them Apple Aire has seemed to come through with everything they have said clean fast on time . So i think without knowing it our knew air scrubber kept the rest of the family from contracting it i mean we were all in the same house breathing the same air now dont get me wrong im no scientist but i think it did its job considering my immune system was compromised by cancer . Highly recommend! Very professional service. Eric gave us a competitive quote, even came for the first day of install to make sure what we agreed upon and the plan was communicated to the team. Unfortunately we had a heat pump hot water heater that was not working at the 8000 feet in elevation that we live. Todd Terry at Apple Aire was able to explain why and showed where the HVAC was not up to code. The proposal was presented in full detail of what they would do for a fair price. The team of guys who came to do the work were professional, timely and did good work. They stay in communication with you so you know their arrival. The office talks through the work and billing to and answers any questions you have. Class act all around and happy to get our problem fixed.

Got a few quotes to replace an older furnace with a new high efficency unit. When Apple Aire came out they inspected the unit, and we talked about the fact that the basement is cold. He walked the whole house looking at vents and recommended adding a return to the basement all cold air returns were upstairs. The new furnace works great and with the new return in the basement it is the same temperature as the rest of the house. The quote was givin at the same time as his visit and the installation was very professional.

Apple Aire recently replaced our 12 year old system. We specifically wanted a system that we could integrate into our future solar system. We wanted to be 100% renewable. Dennis recommended that we go with a Daikin heat pump. So they removed our old furnace that used propane and exchange it for a heat pump that works amazing. Not only that but they also installed a new electric water heater, UV light in our ducts, Ozone emitter, and a whole house humidifier. With all these upgrades we have never been happier. Our house is always at a perfect temperature, and it has never been so comfortable. Apple Aire really know what they are doing. They were able to install all of the system in one day, which included a lot of duct work and wiring. They were professional and showed up on time. Not only that but they cleaned up after they left. I could not be more pleased with such a great team.

I called Apple Aire on Monday and they were able to get me in two days later to check out the situation and provide an estimate. Shane was professional and respectful. Best HVAC company in the Denver area! I know because I called and/or got estimates from 7 other places before I found Nate at Apple Aire. He was professional and fair, and the owner Todd came out to finalize the estimate as it was an unusual install (had to find a water-sourced heat pump that would fit in a tight area above my bathroom ceiling, and mind all the condo HOA rules). The price was fair, the work was EXCELLENT (Edgar and his son worked their butts off from 9am-6:30pm to get it done in one day, I’m sure they were exhausted) and omg what a difference in my home! Quieter system, more efficient, lower Xcel bills! Their drywall subcontractor Eddie also did a fantastic job putting my ceiling back together afterwards. And Nate constantly checked in throughout the whole process, and he was easy to reach via text or call. Really an A+ experience all around, highly recommend them.

We had that nightmare house no plumber or furnace tech or hvac person wanted to touch. When our 20+ yr old ac unit went out we decided to use Apple Aire to replace the ac, furnace, and hot water heater. We love the pieces and then decided to have a floor drain drilled and main stack replaced. Communication got a little fuzzy between ourselves and the plumber they had at the time. The project was not completed to our expectations but I was proud to find that this company made it right and came back and completed the job to a higher standard. It was a big job and I know this is a small business but still they went above and beyond to take the time and the expense to make it right. Shane answered all of our questions and was very thorough on the bid. We asked for him to meet us a second time to go over a few details and questions we had after meeting other contractors, and he was very happy to do that.We have now had the AC in for six months. There was a noise that we thought may be electrical. Shane and their electrician came and checked it. It was not electrical. It has something to do with a lot of air going through the vents when the system kicks on. I was a little disappointed that they charged us for this visit, however, they were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Apple Aire Heating & Cooling recently replaced our very old gas furnace and air conditioner with high efficiency units.Shane Terry and his excellent crew did an exceptional and meticulous job. They were all very experienced and efficient, tidy, neat, courteous and friendly. Shane removed the falling duct work which was anchored with nails and rehung it with screws. This was a major job at a good cost.Shane even went above and beyond to reconfigure the badly installed two water heaters by another inadequate contractor and he reconfigured the piping and installed an expansion tank to bring them up to code at no charge too me. Thanks.After the installation was completed and tested, I was pleased with the quietness and efficiency of the system. Shane will take the time to work with me and to answer all my questions an concerns.The County inspector passed all the installation and electrical upgrades.Finally, their price was good and reasonable and better than competitors. I am happy and would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. You will not regret using them.

I did my homework and received 3 quotes from 3 reputable companies, Apple Aire amongst them. Installation pricing was fairly competitive, what stood out was their knowledge and time spent by Nate and looking at things others did not consider as well as the quality of the product they carry. This is not a quick 15-20 min lets look and let me get back to you, this was a detailed conversation and inspection of everything and discussing options that made most sense for where I am today and what I am trying to achieve. Daikin unit was installed (and a few other extras that I wanted), and Nate even convinced me that I did not need a new thermostat as the functionality that I wanted actually existed and they could program it to my needs. Unit works great, it is much quieter, more effective and efficient and with the heat pump I will continue to see the benefit in the winter months where my furnace will be needed less than before. Not that I think I will need to draw on the warranties that Apple Aire offers, but theirs are top notch and better than their competition.

The installers were on time, did a nice job, and were friendly and professional.When they were all done, the system ran great, the work area was clean, and we understood how to operate and maintain it. The Daikin equipment is amazing. State of the art technology at a very competitive price. The Halo 5 water filtration system is everything that it claims to be. When our AC went out we knew it was time to also replace our 20 year old furnace as well. We had 4 companies come give us quotes then compared options. Apple Aire was able to give us a system that met all our needs with a quick installation date and a price point we were comfortable with. When the day came the crew worked a long day but were not able to get all the loose ends tied up related to some part changes. They quickly came back to finish and even had to get another crew member to bring a new part from across town but they didnt give up, leave, or try and reschedule.The finished product is not only efficient and quiet but the crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed and took the extra time to route the ducting in a way that not only functioned but didnt impact aesthetics. The tech crew was hardworking and professional, and they even drained our water heater after noticing sounds from sediment build up. The marketing and sales manager was incredibly easy to work with and offered multiple options to help us get what we wanted.Very satisfied with Apple Aire from start to finish. Apple Aire has been servicing my furnaces, a/c, etc. since 2013. A recent power outage fried our thermostat. I made an after hours call and their specialist was at my house in about 45 minutes. Total repair time was about 20 minutes and the after hours service fee was only $139 - completely reasonable (compared to what others were going to charge). And it was a day after thanksgiving.The crew is great - in fact Ive been working with the same specialists for 10 years. Ive relied on them over a dozen time s and alway felt I got a great value.I just wish they would fix other things like appliances, cars, and bad decisions.

Bruce went above and beyond. He tried to fix a half#### job our previous HVAC technician did on our humidifier vent cover that was fastened improperly. He didn’t give up easily even though the cover was bad from the on-start. It is so important to trust and Bruce earned that by his actions not just with that but also with the expertise he shared about the condition of our unit. He could have easily convinced us that a new unit was necessary but he didn’t go there. He did warn that we are on borrowed time though which we appreciate knowing. I sure hope that when April Aire installs our HVAC system Bruce will be available to assist. Thank you, April Aire!

Havent made a final decision yet, but I can say this - for as much money one has to spend to replace a furnace and/or an AC unit, it was nice to have someone spend as much time as was needed to explain everything: the company history, products, services, our current system and how new installation might go. To say they are thorough is an understatement. They answered all my questions and are coming back to do some additional testing at no charge; so they can provide the most accurate picture and price. I never felt rushed and had no issues understanding how they get to the initial pricing. The company that came just an hour before, had two guys who ran in and out in 20 minutes and then sent me a quote for FIFTEEN THOUSAND dollars. There wasnt even a discussion and they never asked me if I had questions. Nate with Apple Aire made it seem like the two guys before him had never even been to my house. Thank you for taking the time to explain things and walk me through the process. It doesn’t always come down to price, but we weighed other factors. We purchased and had two new Daikin furnaces and AC units installed by Apple Aire at our residence. Nate came out and provided an estimate and came back with the owner to answer all of my questions and go over the installation in detail. The home did not previously have AC so the installation was considerably more complicated than just replacing an existing unit. The installers, Edgar and Bennie did a great job. The new systems have resulted in consistent temperatures and air flow throughout the house. Nate has been very responsive to questions when contacted and followed-up to see how everything was working with the new system. Very professional, showed up when they said they would be there. The staff that arrived was very friendly and respectful. We had a mess of a heating system in our crawl space. Apple Aire removed the system and cleaned everything up for the new system to be installed. Even though the space was difficult, they did a great job putting it in neatly. They also installed a new AC unit and moved it to a better location from the house. When the job was finished, they left the work area clean, and explained how to use the new thermostat. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Working with Nate was great. We spoke with consultants from three different companies, but Nate was the only one that brought along a notepad and tape measure to take detailed notes to ensure that the system he would later suggest was actually compatible with our house layout. One of them didnt even bother to go outside and look at the space the air conditioner would ultimately go!He gave his own suggestion for the system he thought wed like, but also helped us understand all of our options through their company. We ultimately agreed with his opinion, but never felt forced into going that route.I was particularly impressed when he decided to take an extra day or two to consult with his boss and do a second walkthrough to nail down the fine details. Our home wasnt structured with air conditioning in mind, so he wanted to make sure the ducts and vents were planned to get the best result.Nate also stayed in close contact throughout the entire process and even after the install to make sure we were completely satisfied. Which we definitely are.
