Move to the top of the list! 5 stars plus! Mr. Drain are the people to go to for clogged drain problems. Contacted couple of plumbers and drain removal people in the area who were unsuccessful. Finally, contacted Mr. Drain via messaging on their website and in a few minutes received a call from Christine, very pleasant, friendly and professional. Explained what our problem was and she dispatched one of their technicians to arrive in a couple of hours within a 2 hour block between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Received a call from their technician at 10:00 AM who informs that he will be arriving in 15 minutes. The technician, Aaron who was also very polite, professional, pleasant and friendly. Showed him the problem clogged drain, diagnosed and “voila” clogged water/sludge be gone! Fast, neat, easy and clean within 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Having built some Arnie biceps over the years holding the flash light over my dads shoulder while he fixed drains at the homestead and taught me how to do it, I learned quickly, I clearly dont listen and may be a little under water when tasked to do it on my own, quite literally. That is until Mr. Drains plumbing guru Shane showed up with an ear to ear smile to help out. Not only did he clear the drain, but he gave me tips on how to avoid similar clogs in the future and informed me of some other services we may want to look into based on my myriad of questions that he was kind enough to answer. Will definitely be using Mr. Drain for future needs and request Shane any time we can.

We cannot rate Mr. Drain more highly. They are extremely efficient, kind, and quick. We received a call from the technician, John almost immediately after calling customer service. John and Mike explained the situation at hand and helped us understand the issue(s), and did a thorough job. I have been using Mr. Drain for 7 years now, the service is excellent from the moment you place the call right on through to the service tech coming out and taking care of the issue. Any Drain company can clear a clogged drain, but not all companies take pride in the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. Mr. Drains entire crew are friendly, knowledgeable and always leave the site cleaner than they found it. When you call the owner Christine will most likely answer and she takes care of her customers by communicating clearly and often. If by off chance they are running just a few mins behind (which is rare) she will call and let you know.

We were able to get same day service when our main drain was completely blocked with feces floating up the drain of our basement shower.Aaron and Shane gave me a call when they were en route to find out exactly what was happening and let me know when they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked the clog until it was fixed which took about 45 minutes of working the drain snake, checking our sewerage pump and numerous flushes of the basement toilet.Not only were Aaron and Shane really nice guys, very professional but they were also incredibly neat. They came in with a large drop cloth for their equipment and a spray cleaner with paper towels to clean as they worked.The price they quoted up front is exactly what they billed. No nonsense.I cannot recommend this service enough.

The technician came so quick, and he was so nice and very knowledgeable! We had an issue with the sink, and thought it was the garbage disposal, but he came out and was able to diagnose and fix the issue, and in no time at all! All while we were looking over his shoulder in the kitchen, which didnt seem to bother him. He was able to explain what he was doing and how it might have happened. He answered any questions we had and was very respectful. Reasonably priced, especially for a Saturday. I would definitely use them again (hoping we dont have too for a while though 😁)

My kitchen sink was backing up the other day - and Im a mom so I always have my hands full. Liquid Plumber was not going to fix this situation so I called Mr Drain (my mom told me they were awesome) and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They were kind and patient with me on the phone as I described my issue - and then I added to them that my garbage disposal hasnt worked since I moved into my house. They said that I might need a new one, but that the service rep will take a look at it. Get ready for your mind to be blown. Not only did they come that day, but the entire issue was solved within TWO HOURS of me making that call. Are you kidding me? No one could figure out how to fix the disposal. I had a handyman look at it - my electrician looked at it - all of the men in my family looked at it. Mr Drain walks in and boom - fixes the sink and unclogs the disposal and restarts it within about 30 minutes. Only $195 and now Im your biggest fan. I will never shut up about how much youve improved my quality of life. I HAVE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL AGAIN!!!!! OMG! :) THANK YOU!

Im a property manager, and I have been using Mr. Drain for the past 8 years now for home as well as my commercial buildings. They responded to my request quickly, and bailed me out on several emergency work, which happened during late nights and weekends. Also, they stand by high their work. That is, if the same issue happens again within the 48 hours after their serviced it, they would come back and service it again without charge. Lastly, they took the time to explain to me their findings and how to prevent it from happening again in the future, which is very helpful. Id highly recommend them to anyone who has drain issues.

Just wanted to post about our great experience with Mr. Drain. We called them late on a Friday afternoon and were told we could expect a technician the following morning. Within minutes the technician Mikecalled to confirm the address and time for the next day.Mike called @ 9:00 the next day to say hed arrive in about an hour, which was within the timeframe we had previously agreed upon. When he arrived he went right to work, and was unfased when my terminally ill husband had to use the bathroom. He fixed the drain and proceeded to wipe the floor with wipes so my husband wouldnt step in any germs. We feel he went above & beyond to take care of us and we greatly appreciated itwhen my terminally illIlihusband had to use the bathroom after he started his work. We apologized profus6for, but he was both patient and kind.He fixed our problem & and even wiped the bathroom floor so my husband wouldnt step in any germs!

They had a technician out to my house within 2 hours and after about 30 minutes they were able to remove the clog. I would definitely recommend them if you have any drain issues. I can give a strong approval of Mr. Drain for unclogging a drain. Five great guys, Sean, Arron, Paul and Ryan and another helper whose name I cannot remember came here over the past two days to unclog my main drain. I had attempted to unclog the drain removing the toilet and renting an auger to take care of it myself. Let me say that after three hours this is very physical work to be doing in the heat. Three people were here last evening for nearly three hours and again today. Well done!

I run the maintenance dept at my building, mr drain has great guys in every truck, sometimes the owner shows up and does the work himself. Drain shooting and clearing isnt very difficult from a plumbing stand point so their service really puts them out there. Im going on 5 years using these guys and I wouldnt use anyone else
