Ive used Rizzo 3 times now in the past 6 months, and every time has been great. First, when I converted from oil to gas heating using the Mass Save loan, and the system they installed is a work of art. Second and third times were for my bathroom sink and shower and those were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the owner(John I think) to the 2 Mikes who work for him have been nothing but professional.

I LOVE working with Rizzo. We have used Rizzo for a beautiful and clean oil to gas conversion. They also installed a new bathroom sink and while the plumber was there he noticed that we should probably update and repair the shower/bath fixtures as well. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently. Kathy and Judy, who have helped us with quotes and schedules, are friendly and professional. Both Mikes have done a great job with their installations. And an extra shout out to John for being very patient with my stupid questions. Professional, affordable, honest, and punctual service. Overall great experiences.

I have never written a review before but felt the need after seeing the other reviews. I have hired Rizzo two or three times now and the same two young guys have done the work and they are really polite and always on time. They are really efficient compared to other plumbers I have hired. The owners are always really quick to call me back when I leave a message. Best plumbing company I have found in the area.

Was wowed this morning !!! Went to bed last night with no hot water. Called Rizzo early in the am and left message. Owner John called back promptly, was out within 20 minutes and we had hot water shortly after thats what I call great service!!

Great experience with Rizzo Plumbing. We called and they came out the next day and completed everything we asked of them. The owner was nice and great to deal with. The person who answers the phone was responsive and helpful. We will use them again in the future!
