    A couple months back, James prioritized coming to help when we had just moved in to our house and had a major leak. It was a clogged pipe so he recommended another service and didn’t charge for his time. The other company arrived almost immediately and fixed the issue. Really helpful and we will definitely be calling James for all future plumbing needs!

    This is my plumbing company from now on. I had a job that was just big enough that I needed an expert. Even though they do much bigger jobs also, James came out within 48 hours of my initial call. Put together a quote that was more competitive than other companies. He was there the very next week doing the work. Meanwhile, some of the other plumbers, I couldnt even get to call me back. But most importantly, he was professional and great to work with the whole time. Sometimes it can be intimidating finding the right person to do work on your house, but James was all good vibes and professionalism. If you are in the Weymouth area and you need plumbing work, you need to give South Weymouth Plumbing & Heating a call.

    I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!Wow! James just let my house where he replaced my beast of hot water tank that decided to die this afternoon!I sent a text to James at 12:22pm today and he responded in less than an hour and before I knew it, he was at my door. After a quick assessment, he called out to his other team member to pick up a 75 gallon gas hot water tank with pump on top and before you know it, its now 3:30pm and they are done! Wow! we are back up and running, thank goodness!I highly recommend James and his company, South Weymouth Plumbing & Heating to everyone! He will not disappoint you and his prices are super reasonable!Thank you again James and team! 👍

    My tenant had a broken kitchen faucet. I called South Weymouth Plumbing & Heating for the first time. They came down the next day and replaced it with a new faucet. Cant expect service any better than that. Within 24 hours issue resolved/ tenant happy / Im happy. Bada bing bada boom !! Paying bill on-line is simple and quick. Thank You, James !

    Our shower head stopped working after we had some cleaning done. The tub worked fine but the shower - not so much. We googled and found out its likely the part that transfers the water from the tub to shower head (duh) but didnt feel comfortable/confident to do it ourselves. We knew itd be an easy repair. So we called up South Weymouth Plumbing & Heating (who we have used previously) and they had it fixed in about five minutes. Of course getting the job done correctly & quickly is important, but heres three things that made them special. 1 - their technology pre/post job is fantastic. I was texted after I made my appointment with the secretary and had constant text updates when they left to get to me, when the job was done, etc. 2 - they noticed my shower pressure wasnt fantastic so they demonstrated how one they had hanging around in their van did a better job and offered to throw it in for free and 3 - because you pay by the hour, I asked if the remaining time could go to having them snake my downstairs bathrooms drain. They obliged and fixed that problem for us. 2 problems, one hour, and done at a more than reasonable price than I expected. I would absolutely use these guys again.

    South Weymouth Plumbing and Heating did phenomenal work at our home! The plumbing near our boiler was not up to code and was corroding and about to fall apart. We had several companies (at least 8) come to do an estimate. They were all horrified by the appearance of the plumbing, told us it was unsafe and that we could have a flooded basement at any time, and most never contacted us again. Only one other company gave us a quote, and it was outrageous. James was equally horrified by the state of the plumbing, but his response, instead of running screaming for the hills like the others, was to make sure it was fixed so that we had a safe, functional system in our home. He and his apprentice were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly (one day) and neatly, and it looks amazing. And it was all done for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

    Honestly, best plumber in the area and for a great price. I highly recommend this company. He hooked up a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal the same day that I called. I have had so many terrible experiences in the past with other plumbers. He is SUPER friendly, trustworthy, and professional. He was on time and stuck to his word. He completed all the work to satisfaction and was very efficient.     I highly recommend James for your heating and plumbing needs. He is very informative, respectful and attentitive. My gas boiler started to leak and it was due to worn relief valve. I called James and he came the same day. He was able to replace the valve and purged my system. He made sure he bled the system to ensure theres no air, correct psi and temperature of boiler set within recommended range. Before he walked out the door, he took a listen to the boiler and flushed it one more time b/c of some air. Hes very thorough and know his stuff with boilers. I am confident my boiler is operating efficiently after his checks and adjustment. I will be using him going forward for my plumbing and heating needs.

    Highly recommend!! They were SO easy to work with. We had a leaking pipe on a Saturday night. They were so honest and told us exactly what to do and ensured us that it would be fine until Monday morning. (Where it would obviously be much less expensive) Brendan showed up right at 8am as promised on Monday morning! He was fantastic and extremely polite! I will be recommending these guys to EVERYONE!

    James is a very professional and detailed individual. We hired him to help hook up a water line and look at some more plumbing needs around our new home in Weymouth.     Fantastic experience with South Shore Plumbing. Recently had a gas fired boiler installed with four Zones. The price was on point and their work was meticulous. All the zones and Pipes were labeled so now it is easy to distinguish between all of them. Would definitely hire again for the next project.
