Tech Berati replaced my old boiler and did a fantastic job. A few nice touches included how clean they left my basement at the end of each day, the temporary hot water heater so I had hot water each night and the follow up service. The boiler had a bad sensor from the manufacturer and they spent a day tracking down a replacement sensor to get me back up and running ASAP. That after the sale service is what really stands out to me.

Clyde and his co worker were fantastic. They did a great job replacing our ancient gas line, installing a garbage disposal, faucet and replacing old valves. They also took the time to discuss future work with us and answer all our questions. Plus, they were super clean and tidy and wore shoe covers in the house which was much appreciated!

These guys are fantastic - installed a completely new A/C system at a competitive price that works really well. They provided an estimate promptly and began work when they said they would, which was very welcome given the temperatures, and finished in the time they said it would take.Professional, respectful (always wore those rubber covers for their shoes when they came in the house), clear explanations (including how to change the filter and address any minor issues that may come up), available for servicing if needed, corrected some mistakes an earlier repair guy had made.I am very glad I hired them and will use them going forward for servicing and for installing a new heat system in the next year or two. Really happy with their work, price, explanations, and all-round professionalism. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend Tech Berati for any plumbing or HVAC work. If you have an emergency, they will respond immediately and be at your house right away, or tell you over Facetime how to take steps to stop the issue from getting much worse (example: a pipe spraying water!) until they get there. Used them for everything from new boiler install (old removal), pipe work, plumbing, and as simple as a garden hose valve repair. These guys are GREAT!!

Klajdi and Visi diagnosed and resolved a clogged pipe and clearly explained what the issue was. Later that day, my dishwasher stopped functioning (separate issue), so they returned the next day to help me with this even though it was unrelated. They found that the problem was a faulty installation two years ago and resolved the issue again. Without them I would have been stuck with no disposal and no dishwasher. Thank you for being very responsive and communicative!

Klajdi and team are super awesome ! Our water heater went wonky in heavy rain. Instead of splurging on a new one, Klajdi suggested a simple fix. We reset it multiple times, and now its all good! Theyre trustworthy and do great work. If your stuff breaks, call them first! 5 stars from me!
