He’s a one stop shop for insurance claims and repairs. He holds your hand along the way let you know insurance companies lowballing their customers and he’s there to fight to get you exactly what you want/need to fix your house. I cannot recommend Caleb and his company enough. We had a basement flooding in our house (that were renting out while living abroad in Europe), and Caleb not only did excellent remediation work but helped us make sure that the insurance did their part and pay for it, as they should; all this while constantly communicating with our tenants and with us long distance.Riverside Restoration is the definition of excellent service with a human touch, that we very seldom see nowadays.

We had a vary bad flood in our house a year ago, due to a malfunctioning pump in the basements toilet, in the house we have been renting for several years now. Caleb came to the rescue --after the first emergency people we spoke to were asking for ridiculously high amounts of money.-- and immediatley took matters into his hands.Not only did he do remedial work immediately and professionally, but when our insurance denied our claim he went above and beyond, fighting for us until they accepted and eventually paid for the work. All this when we are living abroad and have no way to be there on the ground checking things, calling adjusters and other insurance people, dealing with our tenants and logistics. Caleb recognized our situation was dire and took matters into his hands in a most generous and kind way, always communicating and making sure we knew what was happening.In the end he took care of all the repairs and the insurance, and the result is outstanding. Our house is now on the market and were sure we wouldnt be here if it wasnt for Caleb and Riverside Restoration.

I was connected with Caleb Wright when I found about 8 inches of water in my basement. He arrived immediately, pumped out the water and helped with every phase of remediation and repair. He spoke to my insurance adjuster and helped arrange the mold remediation. The restoration was done timely and and looked perfect when it was complete. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Riverside Restoration.

Riverside Restoration did an amazing job. Water leaked into our home from the roof all the way down into the crawl space under the house. The water leak created a serious mold issue in the crawlspace and damaged the wood flooring in our Dining Room. After they dried and cleaned up the mold, they put back the walls, repaired and refinished the wood floors and now we have our house back in order. In fact, the area that got damaged looks better than before.When water is pouring through your ceiling it is very stressful! We feel fortunate to have found Caleb and the Riverside Restoration team. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and qualified, and took the time to thoroughly explain the course of action to remediate the problem. Caleb and each and every contractor that he brought to our home were very professional, polite and considerate of our family’s needs. They minimized/contained the disruption to our lives as much as possible with a project of this scope and gave us peace of mind that we were living in a safe, mold-free home. They also did all the repairs and rebuilt my entire Basement back together. My basement now looks better than before the flood and I only had to call one company this time. We had tremendous damage due to ice damning on our roof that resulted in an insurance claim just over $260,000. Water leaked in from the walls and the ceilings in the upstairs and downstairs of our home. I called Riverside Restoration out to assess the damage. They were able to very quickly locate and document for our insurance all the areas that were impacted by the water using a special thermal imaging camera. When I called them they responded immediately and were able to remove all the water. And then worked with my insurance company to built s brand new kitchen as well as refinished all the wood floors.
