I thought when I needed to get a new roof that it would be a long drawn out process and would be a lot of work on my end to get it arranged. This was not the case because the process with Courtland and his team from start to finish was top notch. Courtland is very knowledgeable about roofs and the products they use and the time from when I called for an estimate to the completion of the roof was only 2 weeks! His prices are very fair for the market and they do excellent work! I would highly recommend Courtland and his team to anyone looking for a new roof and I will be a future customer for sure.

After contacting a few companies, I found CRF Foundation Solutions/Tree City Renovations on google and they responded within half an hour of contacting and promptly scheduled someone to come and look at our basement/crawl that required some mold remediation. The whole process start to finish was made very easy on my end, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any of their offered services. Hard to beat their prices and availability!

Courtland was knowledgeable about the project we needed completed in our crawl space. He was considerably cheaper than a nationally known company. Additionally, he was honest and up front with us about what we should and should not do based on the quote from the other company and his own assessment. His team worked to get the job done within a week. We have another project that we plan to have him complete for us next year. Would definitely recommend him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While out of town a neighbor contacted me stating that one side of my house’s overhang had some pretty severe wind damage. After calling Tree City I received a reasonable quote the following day and repairs were made three days later. Their quality of work is very professional and I would definitely recommend them for your needs.

Courtland and his crew were great to work with on our siding and painting project. They took great notes about what we wanted, gave us a really reasonable quote, remained flexible throughout the project to changes that needed to happen and changes we wanted to make. They were transparent about how the project changes would affect our final cost and end date and charged us exactly what they promised for a job well done, and on time, too. We love the final result and will hope to call them again for future renovations and upgrades. And they were friendly and nice to have around, too!
