What a great experience! dealing with petar could not have gone better or smoother. found two 5-star installation companies on the other big review site and petar was one of them. petar came in at less than half the cost. we had a spring well whole home filter and saltiness system installed as well as a water drop reverse osmosis system with connection to the refrigerator.what sold me was the following:1. prompt responses - usual response time is a few minutes max. only once did he take 20 minutes.2. direct answers to my questions - when asking for recommendations on products, he was very direct about the products he uses and why. i was reassured that i made the right choice for the home filter system.3. saved me money! - the filtration system i wanted he happened to have a discount code that saved me several hundred dollars!!4. flexible - my filter system was processed late and wouldn’t make it in time for the original install date, he rescheduled me and worked with my schedule.5. overall easy to deal with and nice person - petar is very easy to work with and interactions are always pleasant.6 after support - we noticed a small leak and he came out the same day to fix it. the same day!!!petar is as legit as they come. he’s a throw back to the days when you get value for your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Petar was exceptional. He quoted me for a new aquasana filtration system over the phone and it was the most competitive. He was very quick to reply and made an appointment with me to come when the unit was set to arrive. Aquasana made a huge mistake but giving me one tracking number when there was more than one and even tho it wasn’t Petar’s fault he still came back and helped me install the tank that was delivered late. He is very professional and helps you understand the unit. I am very happy I found such a trustworthy plumber that doesn’t price gouge the unsuspecting public. I highly recommend!

We have a little bit difficult main pipe configuration to install the water filter system, but Petar immediately found a workaround to loop back the in/out pipes outside the house and completed the installation in a very clean way. His pricing was also reasonable (less than a half of some other installer!). I strongly recommend him for this kind of plumbing installation.

This is the second time I’ve had called on Petar. The first time was when he did maintenance on my tankless and showed me how to do it myself. Well, that 15 years old tankless finally started dying (more hard water issues and it finally started to leak from the bottom). He was able to come out the same day after we communicated what I needed and wanted. The service was fast and great. I would recommend Petar and his company for any of your plumbing needs.

I needed a new tankless water heater. I called Petar and he quoted me a very nice price that was better other companies. Dont let the low quote fool you. The new unit that Petar installed performed many folds better than my original heater. The performance definitely exceeded my expectations after I tested out the hot water. The ease of use of the Rinnai unit was also a plus.Petar actually arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. Of course, he contacted me ahead of time prior to his early arrival. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and went straight to work. When I had conversed with him a few days prior, he gave me an estimated completion time of 5 hours or less. However, much to pleasant surprise, he completed installation in less than an hour. And that was by himself too!Overall, Im very satisfied with the work that Petar and his company, Plumbing Installs, have done. Petar was very honest, professional, and direct. We couldnt be more pleased with his professionalism, speedy service, and fair pricing. On one occasion, he came out on a Sunday to replace a part for our water filter. Because he had recently replaced our pressure regulator to fix a previous leak, he went out of his way to come on a non-working day and replaced the part for free, even though I insisted on paying him! I picked them from Springwells list of installers based on their good reviews and they did not disappoint. They were very responsive to my email request and we were able to handle the entire estimate and scheduling process via email. Our installer, Mario, kept us well informed regarding his time of arrival, completed the job efficiently and professionally. We did have an odd problem .... a leak that developed after about an hour (apparently a defective part) that we discovered after Mario left. We texted him and he came right back (from across the city!) and fixed it right away. We really appreciated his dedication to customer satisfaction! I purchased a water softening system from Springwell and asked them if they could refer anybody to me for the install. The first number I got was Petar from Plumbing Installs. He answered the phone on the first call which was a lot more then I can say about the other places. He didn’t need to see the job before being able to quote me a price which everybody else said they did. It’s a water softening install so aside from finding the right drain what would one need to see? He got me on the schedule right away and sent Mario to do the install. What a lovely guy he is. True professional. Enjoys what he does. Keeps you informed every step and will answer any questions and does very very clean work. I highly recommend these guys and will refer them on my community social media page. Finding any good contractor these days is very difficult but here’s one that won’t be so call them for your plumbing needs!
