    Im a first time customer of Apple and I must say Im super impressed with their customer service all the way around. From the first call - all the way through our service they were professional, helpful and really nice! Thats hard to find these days and when a company shows this, I take time to write a review because I needed to come and let them know, keep up the good work guys and gals! Rick was also wonderful in servicing our heating system! Absolutely professional, cleaned the area very well when he was done and explained everything thoroughly. Great company, glad I found them!

    Called Apple Plumbing when the inside pipe from our hose bib burst and they were here within 15 minutes! We have called them multiple times for other non-emergency issues as well and they have always been great in communication, service, knowledge and just kind people overall! They are our go-to now and I am very comfortable recommending them to my real estate clients too!

    Ive used Apple Plumbing 3 times since purchasing my home in 2020 and every time, they have been absolutely amazing! Last night, I had Sterling and Dan come to fix a leak in my ceiling due to my tub. They arrived quickly and were professional and very kind. They were thorough and stayed until the job was done and made sure I understood the work they did. I will always use Apple Plumbing and recommend them to anyone!

    Somewhat new to this area and when our heat pump stopped working, we found Apple to be highly rated and great reviews. They scheduled a someone to come out immediately and assess our system. Garrett was polite, professional, quickly diagnosed our problem, and provided us with a competitive estimate. After informing him that we wanted to go forward with the repair, he ordered the necessary parts and scheduled a repair date for when the parts came in. When he returned to perform the repair, he got it done quickly and our heat pump works better than it did before. We are very happy with the work done and will continue to use their services in the future. Now we know why they have such great reviews!

    Sterling replaced the well pressure tank switch that had sprung a leak. He did a great job. He explained everything to me, was extremely knowledgeable about county plumbing codes and gave me info on how to back wash my tanks for better pressure. He was super quick. Very polite, empathetic and professional. He cleaned up everything he was working on. He should teach classes on how to conduct a service call and communicate with customers.If you unfortunately find yourself in a plumbing emergency like this you definitely want to call Apple Plumbing and ask for Sterling. 🤩

    Great experience, Colin went right to work and provided my estimate. He was challenged by obstacles and was a master with a oscillating saw. He verified his work with me and kept me informed. When done he checked his work with me and cleaned all debris. I now have my go to plumbing company with Apple.

    Mark just left our house from a same day call after we woke up to a toilet valve leaking water into the room below. He was so great to work with. Very smart, talked to us about each step he was going to take, and very thorough in making sure things were exactly right. I will definitely be calling again if any future plumbing needs pop up!

    I didnt have a plumbing emergency, but I did have 3 issues that eventually needed attending to, and two plumbers arrived. First was an outdoor faucet that needed replacement, and they quickly determined the cause of that problem and the solution. Second was the disposal sounding funny - upon inspection they determined it was working correctly and didnt need fixing or replacing. Third were the double sink fixtures. It turned out there wasnt much of a price difference between fixing the current ones and installing new ones, so I opted for getting new ones and having them return to install them. After going through the list and providing an estimate, they then fixed the pipe issue involving the outdoor faucet and replaced the old one with the new one. The two coordinated their tasks very well with each other and the work was performed speedily. Water now pours out of that faucet when I turn it on. Im very pleased with the work that was done, and with Apple Plumbing in general.

    The whole project from start to finish was excellent. Getting a quote was very strait forward with no pressure to buy or up sell. The day they cam to install was exactly done as promised. The crew was professional and kind. When they finished they showed me what was done and how to take care of simple maintenance.When they got in there vans to leave other than having a brand new HVAC unit you wouldn’t have known they were here. They cleaned up everything and put everything back the way they found it.Great job guys! Thank you!

    Kenny, Dan, and Andy got the job done in a timely and professional manner. They handled the extra little extra stuff you run into on any plumbing job without missing a stride and cleaned up well before they left.Apple plumbing worked with my budget and schedule while providing excellent service setting a new tub, shower pan and new mixing valves for both.Will update after inspection but I expect that the job will pass with flying colors.

    Ive had Apple out for a few different services over the years, and Ive always been very satisfied with their work. Weve never had to wait long for any of our service calls.Today, we had Jeff Thomas out to address a leaking supply line in our upstairs bathroom wall. Jeff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and he did a great job replacing our leaking line. He showed me exactly where the failure was occurring. He was also very willing to educate me on piping options and answer other plumbing related questions I had. You really couldnt ask for a better technician!Id definitely recommend Apple Plumbing, Heating, and Air for your water and sewer needs!

    I called Apple on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. I spoke with Amanda over the phone and Garrett was the technician that came to my house. They were both very nice and professional. Garrett arrived on time, replaced the filter in my AC unit, and was able to quickly figure out why my AC wasn’t working. He fixed the problem right away, explained everything to me along the way, and gave me insight into future cleaning/maintenance that may be needed on my AC unit. I would absolutely call them again for anything in the future!

    Second time I used this company. They’re very good and thus popular, I was looking at a week out to the next appointment for a non-emergency. They called back that night and said they had a cancellation and could be there the next day. Assessed the problem with minimal invasiveness. Even fixed another problem while they were here.     Fantastic people who know what they are doing. They removed my boiler that was the original boiler from 1967. They installed a new hot water heater.They also installed a new Trane heat pump and air conditioner and April Aire humidifier. All new ductwork was also installed. A huge project, but no more worrying about my old equipment. The equipment they installed this week is top notch and will last for years. Plus, they service the equipment they install. So they are a phone call away regarding annual maintenance.Sean, Luke, Tyler, and Brendan, thank you for your professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended.

    Answered the phone promptly, very polite, and patient with me while I worked with my tenant on a timeframe. Technician was very professional. Long story short I did not provide the unit number by accident and when they called I had no service. They waited on site until I called back almost 30 minutes later which I greatly appreciate.The only negative: Cost - but this company seems to be very professional and the person who referred them to me stands by their quality. The technician did not try to pressure or persuade me and was understanding.I would suggest for major work this company is likely your go to and I may call should I need a major repair, but for something like a garbage disposal they can extremely pricey.

    I had an outdoor wall faucet that no longer shut off. As always, I was able to schedule an appointment quickly(the next day in this case). Jeff came out and was awesome! He helped me get my faucet replaced, diagnosed the unusual problem with it, and gave me a tip to keep it from happening again. He did great work.We’ve used Apple for toilets running and our heat pump that died. It’s always been a great experience.

    Saw their advertisement on a billboard, and decided to give them a call for a new boiler estimate. Best decision I’ve made all year.Luke did an excellent job walking us through the estimate and possible boiler solutions, as well as the financing.We had actually just told him we were going to wait until next year to go forward with the project when our oil boiler (our only hear source) failed.Apple Plumbing immediately began the project and it was finished-with inspections completed-within one calendar week!Jack and his team did an ultra professional job, all the more deserving of praise because of the pressure on him to get us heat as quickly as possible. The team also took extra care to make sure our home stayed clean and undamaged throughout the project, and it shows.     We had water leaking into the carpet of our finished basement, with no obvious signs of where it was coming from. I called Apple Plumbing, Hearing, & Air. Within 2 hours of calling, they had Rick at our house diagnosing the problem. It turned out that our air handler drain was clogged, and back flowing under the baseboard into our carpet. Rick quickly figured it out, and had the issue fixed at a very reasonable cost. Would give plenty more stars to Rick if it would allow it!Thank you!!

    Apple Plumbing & HVAC has been servicing our house since 2011. They went to Baltimore to re-pipe after all the copper pipes were stolen there. Theyve serviced the plumbing neutralizer system (well-water) in Westminster for us. Theyve serviced the HVAC system twice here in Westminster. They are prompt, professional, and polite. They charge per service, not per hour. Weve been very happy with their service.

    We’ve been using Apple for about a year for plumbing and HVAC. We’ve been extremely happy so far - their maintenance plan is reasonably priced and they do a thorough job (not just a cursory check) whenever they come for preventative maintenance. We had an issue with our upstairs heat pump recently where an old unit was starting to fail to keep up with the hot days and they gave us a great price to replace our aging carrier heat pump with a Trane. That process was seamless and done quickly, and the on site tech did a great job going through the new system and giving tips on what to watch out for. Highly recommend!

    Even though I needed Apple on a Sunday, they responded quickly. A pipe was clogged and water had backed up an was on the floors and in the bottom of the shower, and it was dirty water. It took him about an hour to clear the clog, but he was successful, and all is back to normal now. Excellent job. It couldnt have waited another day.

The pricing was fair and I love that the part comes with a 2 year warranty. Amanda in the office is super friendly and stayed in touch prior to the appointment. We also appreciated that the on-call technician went above and beyond to ensure our safety in waiting until Monday to have someone come out when our heat went out over the weekend.     Had to call Apple Plumbing for help at my home, for a rental property and for my in-laws! one was for a hot water heater replacement, a severely leaking faucet/hardware replacement and an aged piping replacement service. The hot water heater was the most emergent and I called the afterhours service line. Sterling came out within 30 minutes or so, drained and secured the tank and was back first thing in the morning to replace it. Great customer support and responsiveness! In all cases, service was a breeze to schedule with an attentive and professional customer service rep. She was outstanding. I was notified via text and phone call on the arrival status of the technician. I would absolutely recommend Apple Plumbing, Heating and Air to anyone. While I hope I wont need them for a while, I will certainly be using them again!

    Referred from a friend. Very happy with the service. Had to have the water main from our well pump into the basement replaced. Pretty big job. Apple sub’d to Heads Up Underground who dug out several small holes to allow the pump to be routed under our driveway. After everything was all done you couldnt even tell any holes were even there! Great job.Update Dec2024: Had Apple come out to clean out a floor drain. Was able to come out the next day and get it cleared out quickly and professionally!

Smoothly done to plan and as managed effectively by Sean.On what has been the hottest week in my memory these guys worked steadily with care and skill. They worked out in the sun and up in my hot attic without complaint to complete a very professional installation of a Mitsubishi Split system in my first floor and a Trane insulated flex ducted system into all of my second floor rooms of an 1880s house.     Technicians were awesome! They were polite, skilled, and kept us informed the entire way. We had no water. Another company came out and wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to tell us what was wrong. If wed had that company replace the pressure switch ($35 at Home Depot) for well, the diagnostic and then repair would have cost about $775. After we replaced the switch ourselves and still didnt have water (so we would have been out the $775), we called Apple Plumbing. They came out quickly, replaced our well pump, and we had water. Techs were great, cost of repair was fair (especially considering what it might have cost with the other company). There was no separate diagnostic charge on top of the cost of the pump replacement. And no trip charge. In my opinion, in residential plumbing, a trip is not an unusual occurrence or an added service. If one chooses the field of residential plumbing, they do so knowing they must travel to each customers residence. There shouldnt be a trip charge, then a diagnostic charge, then a repair charge. With Apple Plumbing, there was a repair charge. If I hadnt gotten Apple to replace the pump, I would expect a diagnostic charge. But I believe it would have been a fair charge. Unlike the other company. I highly recommend Apple Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

    My master tub was leaking into my kitchen, so I called Apple Plumbing and they were friendly and attentive over the phone, even when I had to reschedule due to a power outage.     Im currently in the process of selling my older home, and my water main was flagged during a home inspection for being galvanized water pipe. The inspectors notes stated that a licensed plumber was needed to assess the water main and repair as needed.I contacted Apple Plumbing and they had a technician out the next day. Once on site the technician installed an in-line pressure gauge and shut both the main shut offs down, both inside the house and at the street. Once both valves were shut the pressure gauge quickly dropped to 0 psi indicating that there was a leak somewhere underground.The technician was able to provide me with a price for replacement in a timely manner.The work was scheduled for the following week. The technicians on site worked quickly and in a professional manner, with the work being completed in the same day.With honest employees and fair pricing I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing Heating and Air to anyone looking for these types of services.

    I had a leak in my water main, which is pretty standard, but my water line is over a hundred feet, with a steep grade. The Apple team quickly gave me a pretty decent quote with multiple options to choose from, and then scheduled the installation for within a week.     Tyler and Brendan were rock stars. In and out in 2 days all new heating and air. My biggest critique about contractors being that I have small children, is that they usually do not clean up behind themselves. These guys did a great job of leaving the house as they found it. I highly recommend!

    This company has been to my home twice now over the years and both times, the service was exceptional. The pricing was good, the products used were good and the customer service was somehow better than that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any job that they do. She used Apple Plumbing, Heating and Air, about a year ago, to install a new heat pump and furnace and was very pleased with their work at that time. Once again, she decided to call on Apple.     September 2023: Just had another great experience with Apple Plumbing. Joe and Dan did a bunch of work in preparation for selling our home. They were professional, neat and got right to work setting a shower base, running new pipes for a double vanity, replaced a toilet flange, replaced shutoff valves and replaced hose bibs. Looking forward to having them back to install vanities, a dishwasher and hookup the new kitchen sink. Always quality work by Apple!Spring 2023: Just had a great experience with Apple Plumbing. We called due to a sudden drop in water pressure. We have a well with a pressure tank and treatment system. There was no indication of a leak inside the house and the equipment appeared to be working. We called at 09:00 on a Friday morning and were told someone would be out that afternoon. They called a few minutes later to say a team had just finished another job and they would come as soon as they picked up equipment for our job.The two men who arrived at 11:15 were courteous, took the time to listen to our description of the problem and then kept us informed on what they were doing throughout the job. They were mindful of our plants near the well and made no mess inside or outside of our home. They checked/inspected/pressurized our entire system looking for leaks and even pulled the pump to verify there were no leaks in the line within the well casing. Once it was determined that the leak was between the house and well, they explained what they needed to do and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. They were able to leave us with enough pressure to shower and flush toilets until the repair day.When they returned the following week, they were on time and had everything they needed to dig and find the leak. By noon, they had repaired the leak, filled the hole, and did everything possible to keep the lawn from being damaged. They kept us informed as they worked.We have always found everyone at Apple to be responsive and professional—this time was no exception. We highly recommend Apple Plumbing to anyone needing residential plumbing services.

    I was very pleased with their service. They were quickly available and then on time. They showed me what was wrong and why and fixed the problem. As it turned out I had another unexpected problem developed later that day and they immediately came out the next morning to fix that at no additional charge. They also took time to explain how this happened and offered reasonable options on how to better protect my water system but made clear this was not critical, but something to help and worth considering. No pressure but very good information. Will use them again for sure.

    We had a main water pipe burst in our home about 2 weeks ago. It started out as what we thought was just a washing machine leak and ended with a main water line problem from faulty construction. We called the city, multiple plumbing companies, the city again, our insurance company… no one could help (or at least no one could get to us without us waiting an additional 24 hours, while my husband and i took shifts bailing water out of the basement for a full night). Apple Plumbing was our only promising call. They had someone out to us urgently and helped explain to us what was going on (since this was our first turmoil as homeowners)… actually, they were the ONLY company to figure out what was wrong. This was NOT an easy project by any means, and it involved digging 9 feet into our front yard and through our basement wall, but Apple Plumbing completed the job before I could even finish my workday. 2 weeks later and we have running water again, and some projects that we are already planning on using them for in the future.We had the pleasure of working with Joe and Cody. They were matter of fact, friendly, and very accommodating (even when my husband and I weren’t the most collected). They got the job done, cleaned up, and educated us along the way. Super cool dudes- we are appreciative!!One more time- we always had someone call us directly. I felt like we didn’t have to go through any of the typical customer service desks to reach anyone.

    Very pleased with our service. I had four different items that needed service. Chris and Dan arrived early, accessed the items, and were able to handle all items because they had the appropriate parts on hand. They had to drill into the basement ceiling to access an outside hose bib. No mess after the fact and offered a solution to ensure we would have access to the pipes in the future.In addition, were able to advise how to obtain a Delta replacement handle that should be covered under warranty. They were spot on, called Delta and will have the replacement part in 6-8 days.I wish I would have contacted them sooner vs trying to fix on my own.Thank you Chris and Dan!!

    Our 21-year-old sump pump was making very loud and strange noises this morning. I called and got a same-day appointment and replacement. The technicians were great and efficient and did a test before leaving so I can know what the new sump pump would sound. I called to schedule an appointment (person who answered the call was very nice and helpful) and I was able to get same day service, and actually, they were able to come out earlier than originally scheduled. Cody was the tech who came out, and i explained what the problem was. He was able to find the issue (faulty water pressure valve) and replaced it.
