I was grateful that they arranged for someone to address our leak on the first day, despite the actual repair being scheduled for the following day. This allowed us to have our water turned back on, albeit temporarily. The initial representative, Santiago, even went out of his way to procure some additional supplies to try and halt the leak, at no extra cost to us. He put in a commendable amount of effort, even in the scorching heat, which I truly appreciated. The cost of the repair turned out to be lower than anticipated. Both Easton and Curtis introduced themselves professionally and left the area clean after their work. They were both courteous and respectful. I could tell Curtis was being mentored by Easton through their exchanges of respectful affirmatives. My experience with the Cuevas Brothers Plumbers Company was overwhelmingly positive. The only unexpected part was the cut in the wall which was not patched. It wasnt too noticeable as it fit back into place. Upon further research, I discovered that it is not unusual for plumbers not to patch cuts since its not technically part of their job. It would have been better to be informed about this beforehand, but regardless, their service was top-notch. Hence, I believe they truly deserve a 5-star rating.

A diligent worker who took the time to explain every little detail of the plumbing work to me. He was even ready to possibly skip his night class just to complete the job. I advised him to attend his class and if he could return in the morning, that would be fine. It turns out he was passing by my place in Westminster in the AM anyway.
