Quentin is a stand up guy that went out of his way to help us out and make sure the job got done properly. The initial crew left a pretty haphazard hole in my floor in the process of the repairs to my drainage pipe, but Quentin came out on a different day on his own time and cleaned it up all by himself to make sure it was easier for us to repair the tiles. Very genuine and knowledgeable guy and Im definitely going to work with him again. Hes the real deal.

We had a mystery noise that sounded like water running through our pipes in the basement.We selected Elite Rooter after checking their BBB status and customer reviews. The company sent out Reed, a plumber who quickly determined there was an outside faucet that had a crack in the housing. Fortunately, there was no evidence of water damage inside or outside of foundation wall. He explained clearly our 2 repair options. After Reeds supervisor was apprised of the situation, we approved the best repair option for us. Job was done efficiently & we managed to save a little money, too.Thank you, Reed, & Elite Rooter & Plumbing for quickly solving & preventing further problems & thus saving us even more $$$.

I had a window from 2 to 4 for them to come out to snake my drain. They did not show up. At 4 I called office and was told the tech would call me with an ETA.No one called. I called office again at 5 they said same the same thing. Finally the tech called about 6pm and explained his truck broke down and he would be here in the Am.I get it. S##t happens.However the office staff is horrible and inefficient! 2 stars for office workers!!And I wasted half a day waiting for no reason!When they tech Pedro showed up on time this am I was relieved.He was kind, professional and did a great Job! Was good at explaining all my options with no pressure to do anything extra!!Very happy with the techs, they even sent a camera down pipes for me to see at no extra cost!Pedro was worth waiting for and Will give him 10 stars!💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥

You arent going to find guys that are this pleasant, competent and hard working. We were obviously having a bad day with our plumbing issues but Dennis, Javier, Ruben and Chris were prompt and forthright and got our woes fixed with a smile. Even at the late hour they made an extra effort to be quiet with my sleeping sons and left the working areas clean. We are satisfied and would recommend unconditionally!

Elite rooting did a fantastic job. I scheduled a service call to arrive between 12-1, and on the same day Reed reached out to me and arrived 1 hr early which was great for us. When he arrived he greeted us with professionalism and immediately got to work. He explained our situation to us and gave us choices. His truck and equipment was extremely clean and he took great care not to damage our freshly painted walls or the new staircase with his machine. I discovered a slow leak in my ceiling on Sunday and called these guys Tuesday morning after getting blown off by another plumber; they were out to assess it within two hours of my call and the technician I worked with (Jr) was awesome. They had the leak repaired same-day, and were incredibly patient as I worked with my HOA to get an emergency shut-off arranged for the building. My only constructive feedback is around pricing and preparedness; I did feel what I was charged was a bit steep to fix a small leak and Jr had to leave the job to grab a ladder knowing the job involved a ceiling leak (this feedback is pretty small, just something that would be helpful moving forward). At any rate, I would work with them again!

The technician took his time to find the underlying issue, and found it was a door threshold that had lost its integrity and leaked during a rain storm. I booked for 10am, called to change to 3-5, then called again to change to 2. They didnt even show until 3 so kind of pointless and we had to get off work. Once Chris showed up everything was great. He was professional and nice...finished in about 15 minutes and everything works great now. Our sewer main was clogged and they responded within an hour. They offered a $79 clean out special. After running it once and getting it flowing, he wasnt confident that it was completely cleared, so he ran it a second time. He still wasnt happy with the results, so he contacted his manager who came and did a visual check. It was discovered that roots had filled a section of the drain line, and while the clean out removed about a third of the obstruction, they couldnt guarantee the work done.They left me with a bid to replace the section of drain and install cleanouts and a copy of the video. All of this work resulted in the final charge of $79. I was very pleased with the effort made to fix the problem.
