Jason and Disraeli are amazing master plumbers. With the two of them working together, the new plumbing additions and replacement of old pipes went very quickly. They were able to meet every request I had and kept me informed throughout the entire job. They added a new washer box in the garage, new plumbing for a basement remodel including a new full kitchen, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. They also installed the new tub/shower, and frost free hose faucets leading outside. I will be using Big Apple Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Finding a good contractor is like striking gold. I am so grateful to have found Big Apple Plumbing. They have saved us twice now.The first time, we had a (different) disastrous company mutilate our pipes on a project and we were left without water. Big Apple Plumbing came in after hours, soldered the valve, and got us up and running. They had the supplies they needed and were efficient. A pleasure to work with. No fuss, no mess.We remembered them when we needed our main water valve replaced. Our water main is in a bizarre location with very tight access. It was a job I was apprehensive about, so I called Big Apple Plumbing for an appointment. Our water heater then went out after we called them. So, they came in, same day as the estimate, and got the main valve and the water heater replaced. No rescheduling, no mysteriously lengthy supply runs. Painless. Jason was out to my rental property in Golden (I live out of state and he answered the phone every time to communicate with me) within 3 hours. This was looking like a two day project but with his efforts and planning we didnt need him to return. We did have a plan to fix the issue the next day had it not been resolved. Called about 6-7 companies after hours for a broken pipe. We had no running water in the house and we have 2 young kids. Not a great situation. Jason the owner was the only one who sounded like he actually wants to help. He estimated the price prior to sending the on call technician, and was accurate. Disraeli arrived at around 9pm to our house and was very nice and professional. The issue was fixed by 10:15pm. Very happy with the experience and will definitely call them again with any issues. I had a massive plumbing issue in my basement that needed some serious repairs. Gabe and Alec were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the leak and repair of the drain pipe and floor drain. Their expertise reassured me and made me feel good about the work being done. Although it was a huge job and took place over about 2 weeks of time, Big Apple did excellent work and completed the job as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues, and I will definitely use them again in the future if I have any more problems!

Jason came out on a Friday night to fix my shower. He was there in an hour after my call and it took him about another hour to completely replace the fixtures. It’s worked great ever since. I will definitely recommend Big Apple to family and friends.
