Josh came out same day, figured out the issue, the price was very reasonable and it was taken care of quickly! He cleaned up and all was good before my guest comes to town tomorrow. Zoom drain did an incredible job fixing a cracked sump pump PVC pipe in my yard. Frank, who completed the job, was very professional and skilled. He talked me through what he was seeing and what he anticipated. He showed me videos he took inside the pipe that was causing the issue. He was thorough and efficient while also doing very good work. Great communication, easy scheduling, very thorough and top notch work. I could not be happier with, and strongly recommend zoom drain.Pictures are before and after. Cracked pipe and repaired pipe.

We wanted a review of our basement drainage situation and Paul Henderson Plumbing referred us to Zoom. Our technician was James. A different plumber suggested we should get a sump pump for our drainage hole. He thought it would be a good insurance policy if we had problems. He also wondered about our old floor drain and if needed to be cleaned out. I expected Zoom to suggest work they could do to “keep us ahead of troubles “. James felt we would not benefit from a sump pump, knowing our basement had been dry for 34 years. He thought our floor drain was doing its job. He suggested tasks for us to do with a shop vac as preventive maintenance. So, if we ever have slow drains or an acute plumbing drain event, we will call Zoom. James spent time with us to help us better understand our drain system. There was no service call and no attempt to sell us a service or product we didn’t need. James had an excellent professional manner and was happy to take the time to educate us. I cannot comment on their work because they didn’t do anything. But I can comment on their phone team and their technician, and I was very impressed.

Josh and Kiegan can to our home promptly, when scheduled, and performed the Zoom jet service. It quickly solved our clogged drain issue after other plumbing company had used their snake and couldn’t clear the clog. The previous company suggested Zoom Drain and I scheduled our service time online. They arrived and we discussed earlier attempts to clear the drain, we discussed options and I chose the jet cleaning. It worked really well and I could hear the water draining. They also put a drain treatment in to help keep it clear. Great service all the way around. Thank you Zoom Drain, Josh and Kiegan!!!

Our water heater went out suddenly, and we called Zoom Drain on a Saturday and they were out that day. The assessment was free and James was very helpful in explaining the best water heater solution moving forward. We ended up upgrading to a Novien tankless water heater that was installed promptly on Tuesday. They even had to run a gas line to the new unit and everything is working great. Would highly recommend due to the prompt, friendly, and high quality service.

We had a clogged pipe leading to our septic tank. Zoom was able to come out the same day we called. The tech was very professional and very pleasant. He attempted to snake the pipe but the clog kept reclosing. So we ended up having the drain jetted. Cleared the drain from the clean out all the way to the septic tank. Unfortunately our cast iron pipe is starting to deteriorate so we will probably have to line it. Would hire again.

They came out yesterday ran a reamer though bathroom tub charged 475 dollars didn’t do any good try to tell the tech it was the main line to septic tank he left black marks on my bathroom floor tub a mess he kept on insisting that the tank was full wouldn’t let it drain on insisted I have company cane out this and pump it out 1000 gal tank they pump out 750 gallons pump guy said it didn’t need to be pumped but since he heari have him pump it where wasn’t a wasted trip his company so I wasted another 400.00 dollars that wasn’t needed thank to your tech saying it needed done he came to day when to the bathroom again didn’t do any good this time he when to vent on the roof which goin our main line after about 10 minutes problem was fix a lot of wasted money and time no bathroom is hard when do chemo treatment when you need a bathroom. After talking to Rachel my problem was resolved with my sacrifiction thank you Rachel

Frank was our technician who was recommended by Paul Henderson Plumbing. We have no complaints! He got our kitchen sink unclogged in less than a hour and was able to push whatever was stuck out into the drain. If you know if you have a clogged definitely contact them first before you use a plumber. Glad we used Zoom Drains, we have a kitchen that is somewhat functional again. Thanks Frank!

Kitchen sink plugged up. Was referred to Zoom by a plumber I like. The scheduler was nice, especially when I needed to push the job back later in the day. I had Josh & Justin out. Josh told me about the options, like a menu of what they can do. I chose the basic cleaning and could upgrade if that didnt solve it. But it did so it was the lowest priced option. I had this drain cleaned a couple years ago and believe Zoom did a more thorough job than the company before. I would recommend them.

Upon arrival, Joe was professional, upfront, kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he saw, what it meant, offer preventative measures and stayed until he was certain my issue was resolved. The added bonus was they do not charge a separate fee just to come out and no added charge for the Saturday service. I highly recommend Zoom Drains.

My mother was experiencing a leak in her home at approximately 9pm this past Sunday evening. She didnt have alot of money on hand to pay someone to come out to do an estimate, plus pay to have the leak fixed. I began calling around to plumbers who were supposedly available 24/7. But almost everyone I called couldnt get to my mom until the next day. Well by then who knows how bad her house couldve flooded. Especially since she had to work all day the next day. I panicked because I couldnt find anyone to assist her right away. Then I called Zoom Drain and they provided us with the BEST and most OUTSTANDING service hands down!! I initially spoke with Jason who then sent technician Joe out to my mothers home. Joe assessed the leak, provided repair and was able to put me and my mother at ease! I called a few places that all said “Same day service” yet none of them were and couldn’t even get us scheduled until the following week. Anyway, came across Zoom Drain and called them and the support staff was super nice and friendly and they were able to get us an appointment the next morning. & thank goodness because we couldn’t do dishes and our garage was starting to smell rancid from the water backing up.Josh and Hunter showed up around 9 and were gone by 10 and my drain was cleared. Woop woop! They knew what they were doing and confident they could get the drain cleared out in no time and they did. Josh did a great job at looking into all of the issues and explaining to me that I didnt have any drain issues but several other small issues that were within my control (i.e. old toilet from 1978 that is a slow, weak flusher - true!!!! I called Zoom Drain in the morning and they were able to come that same day. Josh, the service technician showed up on time was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and explained how the process would work. Once the clog was identified using cameras, he gave me two options on how to solve the problem with upfront pricing. I chose the jet track service and we identified a small piece of plastic in the drain that was causing the clog. Just not only verified using the cameras the car was clear. He also used the cameras and verified that the sewer line to the road was also free from the debris. Hopefully I don’t need their services again but if I do, I would call zoom and I would ask for Josh.

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain over memorial weekend. I got home Saturday night to a full sewage back up. This was the only company to answer the call at 10 p.m. on a holiday weekend. The plumber showed up promptly at 8:30 Sunday morning and had our clog cleaned out very quickly. No surge charges or holiday increases either. I would 100% recommend this company!
