    The Isley & Sons Plumbing people came to my new house and installed a water softener, whole house sediment filter and Reverse Osmosis is coming tomorrow. I bought all the equipment and they installed it. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Jake was the lead on this project and he was super proactive making suggestions and observations along with educating me on the operation of the equipment. I highly recommend Isley for plumbing! They were very organized and clean and paid attention to not make a mess in our new house.

    L.E Isely & sons out of Westfield has always been one of my go to plumbing companies. I feel like they are honest and I have never had any problems with any business done with them. Shaun was my tech today and he was awesome. He was courteous and was not pushy. He even had some good advice to help me save a little money. Scheduling was fine and they showed up when they said they would, and called before arriving. I will use Isley again.

    I called several places that have good reviews. I know they are good companies, but most of them have automated answering systems that I had to fuss through without talking to a REAL person. Nobody likes that especially when their house is shut down due to plumbing issues. Isley was the only one that had a lovey person who answered the phone and listened. We had a human conversation about my issues. She was real and actually got a response back from dispatch while I was talking to her that someone could come out right away. How nice!!!! I was concerned I had a clogged main drain.I got pretty lucky. Shuan and Charlie came out, identified the issues, answered questions about other issues outside of my main concern, and gave a great quote to fix our problem. They felt like family. I so appreciate the personal touch that Isley & Sons offered. I got quality work done, quickly and at a reasonable price. I will never go anywhere else again. Ive lived in the same house for 30 years and of course have had many different folks come out. They are 100 percent the best, Thank you L.E. Isley & Sons.

    I had a leaky shower fixed and a water line + drain added for a sink in my laundry room. Jeremy, Kendall, and Corbin were all wonderful. Very kind to my family and also did a phenomenal job.     I never leave reviews, but I have to give a shoutout to the wonderful gentlemen who came out to fix my water heater. They had been out 6 months ago for a separate issue, and it was such a good experience that I knew I needed to call them with my water heater issues. The same gentlemen came out and they were once again so pleasant and friendly and did a fantastic job solving my issue. They also allowed my 2.5 year old son to watch them work and took time to explain to him what they were doing, what tools they were using, and what parts they were replacing. When I forgot to ask them a question that I had, I called them and they came right back to answer. I will absolutely be calling Isley first with any future plumbing needs that we have!

    Jake Lembke was terrific! Came home Friday night 7 pm after long work week to see my kitchen cabinet flooded underneath. That along with a few other plumbing issues had me make the call for a Saturday appointment. He was here by 9 am! He fixed my kitchen sink without concern also my half bath toilet and an issue with my shower head in the main bathroom! Something was rigged incorrectly when I bought the home and had become progressively less pressure. He fixed that last issue quickly and free of charge, and I am so grateful!     I’ve used Isley Plumbing for over 20 years. Today, their team fixed a battery back up unit for a basement sump pump, which had displayed warning lights that I could not address. I was able to get an appointment quickly after I called, and the technicians were very courteous and professional. The charge for their service was very reasonable.

    Put in a tankless water heater. Great installers, very nice, professional and informative. Would give a 5-star, but for some reason they left the condensate line 6 inches short of the sump pit, caused some minor water issues on the floor. Definitely will call these guys again.

They have always arrived on time with professional and friendly technicians.But the real reason for this 5 star review is how they addressed a mistake that was made. They could have easily dismissed me when I contacted them about a problem that occurred due to a mistake from one of their technicians on a previous call, but they didn’t. They handled my situation professionally, took full ownership of the mistake, and remedied the situation quickly and kindly. This company has honor and integrity!! They stand behind their work.     I called Isley first thing in the morning about my broken water heater. By 11 AM Shawn was at my house to evaluate the problem. By 12:30 the water heater was replaced and up and running. He was very efficient and professional. He even cleaned up the mess previous plumbers had left behind. He also filled my water conditioner with salt for me. He really went above and beyond for his customer service. It was a great experience!

    They came out and installed 3 toilets in 3 hours. The work was quality and things turned out great. We had one little issue with the flush valve on one of the toilets and the tech came out no charge a few days after initial install and fixed the issue at no charge.     I have used Isley Plumbing for well over a decade and have always been very pleased with their work. This time, I left a message after hours, panicking a bit because my water heater was seriously leaking. A woman working late in the office picked up my message, called me back and reassured me that they could work me in the next day (today). Jeremy and his colleague called, texted and emailed with an accurate arrival time. Once here they diagnosed the issue, explained the proposed solution and my warranty situation, and went to work. They were careful to wear booties and lay drop cloth over my new carpet. Was pleased to use a coupon on Isley website. They are always transparent about quote and work to be performed, reliable about appointments, seem fair about price, and customer service is excellent!

    Recently, I discovered water in my mechanical room by my water heater. I called Isley to come help me and I’ll explain why I will be calling them again in the future. This leak was discovered on a Friday and I went through 2 or 3 plumbers and none of them could come help me that day. However, Isley was available for a same day appointment. Their technician Jake came to assess my situation. You know how you get a feeling about someone—that’s how I felt about Jake and I knew I’d be going with Isley. I watched as he thoroughly examined the water heater, my mechanical room, and explained to me in detail what was going on. We discussed the options in detail—cost, pros, cons, of different systems. It was the attention to detail that I noticed. I also did several estimates and Isley was a great deal. The install of my new system went as smoothly as one could want. I would highly recommend Isley and will be calling them again for future service.

    We had a leaking water heater, and not only were we able to have it diagnosed the same day, but also replaced! I am thrilled with the service and professionalism.     I had a natural gas line installed from my crawlspace into my garage for a space heater. Shaun came and gave me an estimate and some suggestions about the space heater. He came a little earlier than the original schedule appointment per my request and installed a natural gas line and helped install the heater, which was outside the quote. At first, I thought the estimate was high, but after seeing the equipment needed, the parts, the safety features, I believe I have good value for my service. Certainly, it would’ve been risky for me to install it myself with parts from a big box store. It could’ve been done, but I have peace of mind knowing the quality of work. I don’t want to take chances with natural gas! I would also recommend the politeness of the receptionist refreshing experience in this time of compromised service, and attention to detail.

    Excellent service! My neighbor in Carmal, IN recommended Isley, and had her own appointment with them. Despite being busy, they made time on the day they had the appointment with my neighbor to stop by my house and inspect for just $25. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they gave advance notice before their arrival, and arrived on-time. They fixed my outside spigot very quickly, and threw in a new shutoff valve inside the house leading to the spigot at no cost.     Incredible. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and this plumbing experience was top notch. I had a large leak in a downstairs ceiling. Our technician Shaun was hands down the most impressive plumber I have ever worked with. He was extremely nice, professional and knew his stuff inside and out.     My 18 year-old furnace wore out and needed replaced. While the contractor I hired to replace it was working in the utility room, two things happened. My 9 year-old water heater quit working and the new furnace they installed was larger than the old and blocked my water heater from ever being removed when it needed replacement. I called L.E. Isley & Sons, the plumbing company I have used for several years, and they sent Scott Lockwood to analyze my water heater problem. Scott found the problem and explained why the best solution required that the water heater be replaced. Seeing that a replacement could not be put in the utility room, Scott designed and quoted a plan to relocate it to the garage. He made a temporary fix to my old water heater so that we could have hot water until a new one could be installed and promised to clear a spot in his work schedule to install a new one in the garage as soon as possible. He did this all in one visit. While I considered his proposal, he evaluated his work schedule. He found that his next job was routine maintenance and could be postponed. And, I found his proposal to be reasonable, so we scheduled the job to be the next business day after the weekend. Bottom line is I was very impressed with how well L.E. Isley & Sons take care of their customers needs.

I was charged $65 for the diagnostic attempt that provided no information whatsoever. I was glad to pay the $25 (which was waived) to cover the trip, but I found the larger $65 charge distasteful.

    Incredible Service Technician arrived exactly when promised to replace a leaking and old garbage disposal. We were not disappointed with any aspect of the repair. We always try to buy local and use small businesses close to us when we can as long it makes financial sense. I would recommend that Isley & Sons do a small bit of comparison shopping with other available providers of the exact same service and see where they are in the pricing structure. But, I do feel that if we have an urgent need for them, they’d be there for us and that feeling makes them worth an extra dollar or two. If you’ve read this far, just call them.

    Had a fantastic experience with Isley plumbing. Had a plumber from another company out yesterday to look at a leak. He was vague, could cost $300 to fix, could cost $1200. Gotta really dig in and see whats going on there...Jake and his partner from Isley were out this afternoon. Diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. Fixed it in 20. They were professional, efficient, and just plain nice. And they gave us a price before they started the word, and it was less than $300.Thanks a million!

    I had a main drain pipe crack open causing a lot of damage to my lower level. Due to the long end-of-year holiday and the fact Isley doesnt do 24 hour emergency work we had to wait a few days to get them scheduled.     Received an email AND a phone call 10 minutes before the plumber arrived and he was on time! So often with service providers this is not the case and it just makes life so much easier when people do what they say they will do when they say they will do it! Also, I had to call the plumber back the same day because I had forgotten to ask him to check something. No complaints, no criticisms. He came back after his next scheduled call, worked out the problem, resolved it. Its a pleasure doing business with a person of integrity and with a well-organized firm that obviously respects its employees.

    Update: They absolutely made it right, going above and beyond. Will use them again!Isley installed our new tub without using a level to ensure it was even (its at a nearly 1/2 inch angle), and the bath faucet, water control and shower faucet were ALL misaligned. Our general contractor had to spend an entire extra day of labor attempting to correct the alignment - and the tub CANNOT be fixed without ripping out the new tile and drywall now. When we called them today, we were told the owner would call us back. He didnt. Missing BASIC things like leveling and alignment are why we hire professionals. We clearly trusted the wrong people based on the assumption that good reviews assured good work.

    Briefly, a plumber from Isley came promptly at 10. He believed he had identified the problem, replaced an inner part of a leaking hot water faucet and corrected it. I watched while he double checked and we both were satisfied. He left and 5 minutes later I turned on the hot water faucet and it began leaking. I called Isley, they sent out another plumber within 10 minutes, he checked the previous work, determined that the cold water faucet should also have the inner parts replaced and voila - problem solved. Though they didnt get it the first time, I was impressed with not having to wait longer than 10 minutes and having the 2nd plumber solve the problem. All in all, the work was done within 1 1/2 hours. Great to see a company that guarantees the work and does not charge for their error. Both plumbers were extremely courteous and pleasant.
