We contacted CHQ plumbing after a bad encounter with another local plumbing group to install plumbing renovations to our updated kitchen. We were not just impressed by Toms proficiency and demeanor, but the quality of the work was a genuine relief. Attention to detail and not just slamming things together also uncovered another issue that would have been a serious stinky mess. The work quality and timing was well worth the cost. We also used CHQ plumbing & heating to perform a heating assessment and found our tech knowledgeable & practical. You can guess who are go to provider will now be!!

We had terrific treatment from the service fellow who came to look at our split unit compressor which we thought was making a racket and might need to be replaced. The service fellow took a close look and immediately recognized that the noise was coming from the electric power box attached next to the compressor and was loose and making the racket. Problem solved and we were taken with the service and appreciative about saving a bundle of money. We now know exactly who to call when needed.

Service Tech was not only on time, but early. Nice text reminder system. They got my appointment scheduled quickly. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He took great care not to get our house dirty and there was no pressure to buy services/products. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.
