    We were approached by Bradley, who knocked on our door to offer a free roof and siding inspection. He wasnā€™t pushy, and since we were already considering a new roof, we decided to schedule an appointment.Two days later, Greg came by for the inspection, and we couldnā€™t have been more impressed. He took the time to explain the current condition of our roof in a clear, straightforward way. There was no pressure or exaggerationā€”he was honest about what could wait and what needed immediate attention. Gregā€™s deep knowledge of roofing was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure we fully understood all our options. He examined every corner of the roof at our request, so there would be no surprises later on.As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated Gregā€™s generosity in sharing his construction and roofing expertise, and his patience with our questions and side conversations. He was professional and knew the product really well, however the presentation in and of itself took a little longer than I anticipated. Also, I didnt like same day decision option he was leaning towards, but I couldnt fault him for that as its a general sales tactic many companies promote to ensure business. On the brighter side - when breaking down the estimate, Jose ensured he would get me the best price available and he stood by that when we wrapped up conversations. Although Im still debating whether or not to move forward with DaBella, Jose was very attentive and professional throughout the process.

    Alexe and Chad arrived right on time and gave a great presentation on the product, and were polite and understanding when I cut them off from some of the more obvious sales-pitchy parts! They also came up with some great financing options. Their manager clearly wanted to get a signature from me on the spot but I explained that I wanted time to look up the company and they respected that, with the result that I was able to reassure myself that this is a reliable company and had them back the next day to sign.     I found DeBella Westborough online and after doing some research I had them come out and do an estimate for my older roof and windows.     We met with Lauren Holbrook at 7pm on 9/23 about getting an estimate on re-siding our house. She was on time and very friendly. Even in the dark (and armed with multiple flashlights) she took us around the house to identify all of the problem areas that needed to be addressed. She even came back that Saturday to take pictures (since it was obviously very dark during the first visit). She then spent 6 hours with us going through all of the information about the company, the products that they use and the work they have done in the past. She was VERY knowledgable and patient with us during the visit and worked tirelessly to try and find a price point that would work for us. Unfortunately given that we had just moved in and had yet to make a mortgage payment we were not able to move forward with the project due to the unkowns of what our actual budget would be and taking on a monthly payment. We will definitely keep DaBella in mind as we save towards being able to pay for the job in full, but it just was not the right time for us given the situation. Aside from that, I have to say that Lauren was amazing and anyone that has a chance to work with her on their project is in great hands.
