    I had a small job repairing the overhang on a commercial building that was recently damaged by an oversized truck.I had contacted another contractor that initially looked at the job and never got back to me. I contacted JFCpros and sent them a few photos of the damage. That same day Joe went by the site and evaluated the job. I met with him and went over what he found during his evaluation later that day and the next day he provided me with a quote.He handled all the permitting and interaction with the town departments, which were particularly trying as they requested architect building plans prior to issuing the permit. Fortunately he had an architect that he frequently worked with and the plans were generated the next day and successfully submitted.Despite the added town requirement the job was started within a couple days and finished within a week.The quality of the work was great and the repair was well matched to the original building finishes.Joe kept me up to date on every project milestone and worked through all the town department requests. I would not hesitate to contact him for future projects. He was really positive and a pleasure to work with.

    I remodeled the back half of my oversized garage to build out a bonus room. Joe has his team were the perfect fit for my project performing exceptional work in an accelerated timeline. I would highly recommend the JFC PRO team for your construction project if you expect a high quality product, at a reasonable price, with professional communication and services along the way.In the early phases of my project, I was discouraged when other contractors would not be available to take on my project or would give me highly inflated bids. However, when I met with Joe he listened to my project requirements, expectations, and my budget. Together we were able to work out a solution that would work for both of us. Joe provide me a quote on the same day as the walk through meeting and was able to get to work on my project as soon as the building permits were issue!The JFC PRO team performed all the work to the plans and specifications. The team worked diligently with the various trades and subcontractors showing up routinely and consistently. The framers had the old garage demoed and the new frame built in less than 2 weeks. From there, the coordination between insulation, electrical, drywall teams allowed then project to keep moving along at a steady pace.At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with how the project turned out and would use JFC PROS again in the future for any construction needs.

    We had our home completed renovated on the outside by JFC PROS. Siding, roof, gutter, windows ,garage doors, front steps and railings. Very professional and nice team to work with. Joe and his team did a great job not only fitting us into their already busy schedule but also wrapping up the project in a timely manner, given the current state of the world (supply chain issues, help, etc.).     When we started to plan for our addition project, we were skeptical of who to select as our contractor. We did many interviews, took many bids and finally selected Joe @ JFC Pros primarily because of Joes professionalism, responsiveness and ability to work with us with flexibility and ease. The schedule was maintained to perfection. The sub-contractors that he brought were superb, of the best workmanship and he was always ready to listen to the challenges in the project. Joe and Russ are the kind of persons you would want to work with for your construction project, they will hear you and will provide the right advice even if that does not bring new work to them.     Joe and his team finished our basement and did a phenomenal job. Northborough inspectors were extremely picky and asked for bunch of modifications. They were very professional, calm throughout the process and did whatever was needed to satisfy their needs.     We needed a staircase rebuilt and some siding fixes around the house to get ready to list for sale. Not only did they respond quickly, they provided a great estimate and made additional recommendations for low-cost improvements we could make to the yard and house.The work is now done and it is beautiful. We are so happy with the work they did because it is done right, they showed up when they said they would, and they worked around our schedules. We will never hire anyone else again.

    My home was affected by the flood that happened in Leominster. It took some time to start the process due to insurance. My family and I are very happy with the job that they did. Theres another project that I need done and they will be the ones that I go to for it. They were able to do the job in 2 days giving Thanksgiving was literally right around the corner.     Joe, Danielle, Cristiane and Joes entire team on JFC Pros were an overall incredible group not only to work with in creating our dream home, but to get to know on a personal level throughout our nearly five month complete remodel. We met with Joe, Danielle and Cristiane once we signed on our house in Natick and the rest was history. Joe and his team were able to take our cut up house and tear down walls creating an open concept all the while dealing and handling structural issues that came our way. Joe and his team were very accommodating, easy to reach and contact, and super straight forward throughout the entire process, start to finish, even during a busy season.     Found JFC Pros through thumbtack. With no prior contacts and no major renovations done in my house, I was hesitant, nervous and frankly scared to choose a general contractor. I did a little bit of research, went through a number of reviews, spoke to a few other contractors and finally decided to go with JFC Pros. I really appreciate the way Luiz approached and presented his idea. I hired JFC Pros for my kitchen remodeling and I must say it took little bit longer than I originally expected but was totally worth it at the end. Luiz, Joe and the team were a phone call away, an sms away or an email away. Communication was not a problem at all. You just need to trust them and leave to the professionals when it comes to a project of this size. I am really thankful to Joe, Luiz, Laura, Lucas and all the professionals that helped me renovate and give a new look to my kitchen. 100% recommended.
