Was a pleasure to work with Original Contracting, LLC on my residential home project. Project scope included a bathroom renovation, living and dining room ceiling replacement as well as multi-room painting. Michael was awesome throughout the process from a project management perspective and the quality of the work was outstanding. All work was completed in a timely manner. Tom and his team were great to work with. They did extensive work on our house. Basically they opened up our Cape. They put in 9 structural beams to remove walls plus add a master bedroom suite which included a new dormer and a full bath.. Throughout the house they added new windows, siding, floors, walls, plumbing, electrical and a kitchen. Tom is a man of integrity. You cannot do a project this size without problems. Tom and his team handled issues right away and we were happy with the solution. The longest we ever waited for an initial response was an hour at the most. I have recommended his team to many friends and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tom and his team did an excellent job making our dream kitchen come to life. Our project involved opening up a very confined kitchen to an open concept and expanding into our mudroom to provide a space that suited our wants and desires. Tom shared innovative ideas to address some of the unique challenges our space had and showed his passion for our project by sharing and touring some similar projects he had completed so we could better envision how the finished project might look. In addition, he provided great ideas for how to best allocate our money to get the best bang for the remodel buck! Not only are he and his right hand man Lenny a pleasure to work with, they demonstrated their commitment during the project to listen, be responsive, and always make things right when challenges arose. They were sensitive to the impacts such a project have on your home life. Overall a very positive experience … highly recommended!

This contractor provided A-1 customer service from start to finish. They obtained all the necessary permits and followed up with being present for all the inspections. They protected areas of my home that might be affected during the renovation (hardwood floors etc.) They had tradespeople available on the day that they were needed. Their main man Jack was truly a Jack of all trades. He was proficient in carpentry, tiling, and many other aspects of the reno. He took great pride in his work and he was a perfectionist. The renovation came out better than we expected and we were more than pleased . We highly recommend Original Contracting and we would certainly use them again.
