We can’t say enough about our positive, 5-star experience working with Nik, Maria and the Inka Construction team. We had a large deck that needed to be replace, so we took the opportunity to re-design the layout as well. From quote through completion of the project, Nik and Maria were great to work with. All communications were prompt and comprehensive. Calls and texts were always answered or returned within a couple of hours. Maria was wonderful to work with as we re-designed our deck. She provided ideas and was very much a part of the process. If there is one word to describe Nik it is meticulous. From the quality of the construction to the daily clean up, Nik and his crew paid attention to every little detail. They were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The result was a great new composite deck with a built-in area for a fire pit at a good cost. We would highly recommend Inka construction and will be contracting with them for our next project. -

Being new to the area, we shopped around for a contractor to put in some bigger windows in our home. I strongly recommend Inka for any home improvement needs. Nik, Maria and the team worked so quickly. From the day Nik came out and measured how large of an opening we wanted, to the new windows arriving. Maria was always reachable via phone or email, and always kept us updated on the status. Once Nik started the work, they completed it quickly, working late into the evening and even coming on a Saturday in the rain to wrap up the project. Definitely will be going with Inka on future projects for our home. -

After getting several quotes on repairing and replacing three decks and stairs at my house, I was extremely pleased with the quote I got from Inka construction. Not only was I pleased with their pricing. I absolutely loved their ideas. They Did the work meticulously and in record time. They take a lot of pride in the work that they do as well they should. I was able to afford them and love the fact that they are a small family owned company with great communication great cleanup and great quality work. You could not ask for anything better. The pictures don’t do it justice and I’m sure the before and after pictures aren’t in order but you get the idea. -

We could not speak more highly of Nik and Maria! Nik and his crew recently rebuilt/refinished some badly deteriorated areas on the deck and siding of our 200 year old house. They also repaired structural damage inside the exterior wall, replaced a leaky window, and left everything, inside and out, sturdy again and looking beautiful. Marias organization, patience, and outstanding communication took the experience to the next level. Just great! (Oh, yeah--excellent value for the $$, too.) -

Nik and Maria are extremely easy to work with on any home improvement project. We hired Nik to replace woodwork in our sunroom, replace rotten fence posts and re-run wire fencing along the 2 acre perimeter, build a beautiful new gate, and create a gorgeous sitting area by removing lots of overgrown and dead brush. Currently we are asking him to refinish our mahogany deck. I’m sure I can find more projects for him and trust he will be amazing. Maria has been super professional with attentive texts and giving us lots of requested information almost immediately. They are really good at exceeding our expectations!!I would add that Nik diagnosed the mold and gave some really excellent advice. He is def higher level than your average handyman! -

We had Nik and crew out to install a fence for us, and they did an amazing job. From the design process all the way through to the finished product, it was professionalism all the way. They even got it done quicker than we thought so that our daughter was able to enjoy it while she was off for summer break! We would highly recommend them! We are going to use them to replace our deck next! -

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Inka Construction Group from start to finish. I needed a patio slider swapped out and despite the small project, Maria responded to my inquiry right away. She scheduled a time for Nik to come out and take measurements - he was right on time and they provided a detailed quote for a very fair price soon after. Excellent communication throughout the process, updating me with each step of the install. Very happy with the finished product, and the attention to detail, cleanliness, and honesty (they even saved me significant money on materials when trim was able to be reinstalled) were impressive. Will definitely be calling Inka for future projects and highly recommend. -

I can’t say enough about how talented and professional Nic and him team are.They were polite, on time and cleaned up after themselves, even cleaning up areas that weren’t their responsibility.They just finished up here last week, and we’ve already called them back to do our gutters. Reasonably priced and efficient, I would have no qualms about hiring them again. Maria is also wonderful, easy to work with and responds promptly to calls. They get 5 stars from us for sure!! -

My wife and I wanted to refresh our garage doors to a more modern look (new doors, trim, and openers). The new doors themselves are outside our budget for this year but we decided to go ahead with the the new openers and new trim this year. Unfortunately, the garage door company didnt have anyone on staff who could do the trim replacement and didnt have any recommendations so we were stuck trying to find someone ourselves. Enter Inka Construction Group.It can be challenging to find a contractor who is willing to take on small jobs like ours but Maria and Nik were happy to come check out our project and give us an estimate. Their price was very good and Nik was able to start in a week.Nik was punctual and his attention to detail is excellent. He is clearly a very skilled carpenter, uses top quality materials, and has high quality tools. In addition to our garage door trim, he also replaced a wooden board under one of our back doors that was rotting with composite material that will withstand New England weather. When he was done, he hauled away all the debris and left the place spotless.All along the way, Maria was in touch with us frequently via text, keeping us apprised of what was happening with the project. She e-mailed us a detailed estimate the same day Nik came out to scope the job and sent us a new one promptly when we decided to add the board under the door replacement to the project.In the spirit of transparency, I will tell you that Nik is a very quiet person, a traditional man of few words. That didnt bother me in the least - I was looking for a skilled carpenter, not someone to tell jokes or entertain me, and Nik really delivered on that score :-)We are super happy with how the project turned out and are now looking for more projects we can have Nik and Inka Construction do for us in the future. If youre looking for someone that you can count on for your construction project, please give Inka Construction a serious look. -

Just wanted to thank Maria and Nik for being so responsive and professional. They gave me a thorough and fair quote for an exterior staircase and were helpful at every turn. They even recommended some trades people to help with other aspects of the project. Unfortunately, I had to change the scope of the project and didn’t get to have them do the work but will definitely seek them out for future projects. I have a lot of experience with home projects and they stood out as true pros. -

Nik and his team replaced our deck in early August, and they did an incredible job at a reasonable price! His work is meticulous! He and his crew arrived on time, worked hard all day long and cleaned up daily as they went along! When an unexpected delay in materials arose (manufacturer issue, not Nik), unsolicited he adjusted his personal schedule to work the weekend to complete our job! We could not be more thrilled with the finished product! Last, but not least, his wife Maria is an amazing project manager. She does an excellent job of keeping the customer updated throughout the process! Shes a true gem! She responds to early morning and evening texts so quickly, and is as pleasant as can be! We will definitely use them again (in fact, we already are) as they are so great! We highly recommend Inka! You will be happy that you did! -
