GREAT SERVICE! FAIR PRICING! A “WARM” EXPERIENCE. I found this company on a google search and was fortunate to have a welcoming experience from my first call and throughout. Nontasha answered “ALL” my questions and she single handedly earned my business with her patience and ability to listen to my needs without any bias, based on my novice experience in this space. I used this company to survey a lot I recently acquired and plan on continuing to use Padula Engineering for my land surveying/engineering needs.Because, I’m hands on and wanted to see how this company operated on site I decided meet the actual surveyors at my lot the day of the survey. The on site experience was not only a “warm experience” but educational. The surveyor on site took his time to answer all my questions and educated me not only about my property but actually how everything works in regard to surveying my particular lot, which let me know I choose the right company! Another great part of my experience was Padula Engineering was and is very responsive. Even before the actual business transaction, they returned my calls and answered every one of my questions. Padula clearly understands the concept of earning your business. Great customer service in any industry is hard to come by, but I found it with Padula Engineering.

I highly recommend Padula Engineering . I got their name from county zoning office who said they were credible and professional. I found that to be absolutely true. The engineer who surveyed my property was thorough and explained the process so I would understand what was going on. Their report was very comprehensive.Their advice was terrific. From the very first phone call, they were great to work with.

Thomas pedula was very accommodating and took his time explaining every little detail to help set up our website! I am not great with technology and he was so great explaining things to me that I would understand. He took his time and had so much patience and made sure I understood what I was doing. When I would have any questions he would answer always right away or at least the same day and was eager to help. Would work with him any day! Thank you
