LHI did an incredible job installing hardwood flooring throughout our house. This was a big project (about 2K sqft) and they handled it with ease. They helped us pick the perfect flooring and completed the entire install. They were fast, clean, and had great communication. We even had a few surprises pop when removing the old flooring... They had to remove old tile in the kitchen, but they were able to remove it with no problem. We are so grateful for the excellent service we received at a very fair price. Terrific work on refinishing my Brazilian cherry hardwood floor. I received 4 estimates and though LHI was the second highest out of the 4, but I felt most comfortable going with Serge and his team and it turned out to be the right call. Serge was the only estimator who explained that Brazilian cherry hardwood should not be stained and only naturally clear coated. They also were the only company using dustless sanders which was a big selling point for me.My floors are now brand sparkling new and look exactly like they did when they were first installed almost 20 years ago. I will be using LHI again very soon for other projects around the home.

This prompted me to visit the showroom. Though not large, the showroom is very well organized, well stocked and visually appealing.

Ordered Indusparquet Brazilian cherry 3/4 x 5.5 which is not easy to source. Serge found it quickly and had it in-store for pick-up within a couple of days. Greg met my wife and I for the pickup and had it loaded within moments. Both Serge and Greg were knowledgable, professional, and curteous. Nice. Also, my wife and I took a few minutes to visit the LHI showroom and we were impressed with their selection and quality of items. We plan to use LHI for future purchases. Highly recommended.

I hired LHI to remodel my rental property. They originally came out to quote replacing the luxury vinyl flooring for a turnover but was told that they do everything including electrical, painting and carpentry and bathrooms. They came in slightly higher than some lesser known companies I won’t quotes from but I felt very comfortable hiring LHI given that they are a one stop shop and their glowing reviews.3 weeks later my rental looked better than when I purchased it freshly built by Toll brothers.The entirety of the work was completed to perfection in my opinion and given the results I am inviting them to work on my own home next. Had LHI remodel my master bathroom and replace hardwood with new wider boards of engineered water proof hardwood. I wondered into LHI showroom while waiting for my daughter at a dance school next door.I was not planning on replacing my floors but had some time to spare so I wondered in.Browsing I realized how affordable their Coretec luxury vinyl is and decided to get an estimate to lay coretec over our hardwood floors that got beat up over the years.The price was way too good to pass on and they even offered financing, so we decided to take a plunge and get LHI to install this gorgeous luxury vinyl throughout our home.My home now is the envy of the neighborhood and LHI flooring have found a loyal customer for life. I hired LHI to fully remodel my parents 2 level home in preparation for sale.They replaced pretty much everything, from kitchen and bathrooms remodeled, to all of the flooring replaced with a gorgeous hardwood Boen floor, all of the light fixtures upgraded to LED ceiling lights and home fully painted.They have done it all on budget and within a limited time.I could not thank Serge and his staff enough for a job well done and a final home of my parents dreams delivered in celebration of their retirement.My personal home is only 6 years old but I will sure be calling LHI anytime in between and 5 years down the line when we are ready for a remodel of our home in west chester.

Bargain of a deal. Bought LM engineered hardwood from them for just $3 per square foot on clearance. Saving as much as I did on this otherwise an $8 per square foot floor (per my online searches) I figured I will have them install it too instead of attempting as a diy task over ohh so many weekends. Their installers actually work for them and are good craftsman. A+ grade for quality, price and craftsmanship.

Wide variety of flooring solutions to choose from and a really good competitive pricing. They have access to flooring products that major retailers like home depot and lowes doesn’t carry, not to mention the products that LHI’s Flooring Showroom carries is BETTER than the ones from the major retailers!If you’re looking for new flooring, I would recommend stopping by their showroom. It is definitely worth a visit!I was able to find great flooring for my basement and will visit again when I remodel my bedrooms in the next upcoming months.

LHI flooring showroom is the perfect one stop shop for flooring. I was able to get a beautiful mercier engineered hardwood floor for an incredible price that I wouldnt have found anywhere else. Serge and Greg are wonderful to work with and I will be using them again soon in the near future!
