Writing new review since I couldnt make a new one!We used Frank years ago and had a wonderful experience. I knew exactly who I was going to call when we had a house fire and needed all new flooring. WOW! I will never go anywhere else! My floors look absolutely amazing! Thank you, Frank!

I called Frank from Chester County Carpet & Flooring to come out for an estimate because my basement floors were completely destroyed due to flooding. Frank came out personally for an estimate. Frank gave me a reasonable price and within no time the project began. Frank and his team was sufficient, professional, and respectful. I will be recommending Chester County Carpet & Flooring to anyone who desires the ideal floors.

This is the second time using Chester County Carpet & Flooring and the level of professionalism was just as high as the first. Frank Reinhardt, the proprietor, was prompt, courteous and had a good assortment of samples from which to choose. The quality of carpet was very good and the price was very competitive. When the time came for installing, Lou and his crew were on time, moved the heavier pieces of furniture, removed the old material and installed the new carpeting in under two hours for a room 24 by 8. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

I have went to Frank over at Chester County Carpet & Flooring quite a few times over the years for all different types of flooring needs. Carpet, laminate, hardwood, and water proof vinyl. He has answered my calls promptly, speaks professionally and always treated my family and my house with respect. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else!

The owner frank came out to my home with hard wood floor samples and measured My living room and dining room kitchen Powder room and family room Approximately 1900 ft.² Actually explain to me some floors had to be removed besides carpeting in the home for all flooring to be level on the subflooring was very thorough with going over the project pricing was very reasonable for the flooring that we had purchasedHis installation team was great lou is his main mechanic The whole entire project was done two days earlier than expected and spectacular we would recommend Chester County carpet and flooring to anybody their pricing and workmanship were Phenomenal we will surely use them again

This now my second time working with Frank and his crew. The first time I had Frank remodel my kitchen with new hard wood floors. Frank was efficient and very knowledgeable from the start. I loved the quality and the look so much that I decided to switch my carpets in the hallway to wood. Frank was just as efficient and professional as he was the first renovation. I’m thinking about getting new carpets for the basement!

I contacted chester county carpet and flooring to help us remodel 3 rooms in our home. let me just say frank helped us pull the theme of our whole home together. these are the highest quality carpets that i’ve ever walked on, i almost slept on the floor. frank came out himself to make sure everything was smooth, stress free, and quick when we had the carpets installed. i couldn’t have picked a better company.

I had my flooring installed about a week ago, the staff are very professional, caring, and reliable. The owner Frank was great he was able to fit me in pretty quickly & his staff did such an amazing job. Most importantly, his prices beat all the box price!
