    We recently discovered we had an infestation of carpenter ants in the fireplace. I called on a Sunday and the on-call line triaged the information and assured me that they would be able to send a technician out likely the very next day. I also texted a picture of the insects to confirm what type we were dealing with. The very next morning my appointment was confirmed. Robert was the technician who did the treatment in my home and outside. I was very grateful for the communication about what he was doing and why. Also, Robert was very cautious to not spray near common areas where my cat and dog go, as well as mindful of the outdoor wildlife that is nearby. Very professional, honest, and timely. I will definitely call Viking for all future needs.

    We switch to using Viking this year for all of our pest problems. I was anxious at over the money I paid for the service plan I have at first but after the last few visit the the techs have really put me at ease in terms of their knowledge, skills, and willingness to accommodate our unique situation.

    Austin checked the mouse traps in the attic, removing the one with a mouse and replaced it with a new trap. He checked the outside traps and found one more mouse. After replacing the bait in that one, he walked the perimeter and sealed some holes and notified me of an area that I would need further work on to seal.

    The Viking technician, Traivadi, responded to my request for service. Silver fish and spiders were appearing in my house. He treated all the areas I identified. He was courteous, explained what he was doing, and performed other routine services. Cameron is my usual technician. Traivadi treated my house in the same professional manner that Cameron usually does. Viking technicians do a great job!

    I have nothing but praises for the service that I have received from Viking Pest Control. I called for carpenter ants and bees and the information was very thorough on what the issues can arise from to the solution. They gave me a breakdown of what treatments would be used and the scheduling was a easy process. During one of the appointments it was raining, the technician applied a product that was rain proof. This application was applied outside and another appointment was scheduled to apply the needed treatment for a day that was more weather friendly. If you want annual termite treatment for your home you should give Viking Pest Control a call. The communication is top notch and the service is superb.

    My first service call I received a young man name Anthony A and he was very knowledgeable about many things. He installed a motion detectors for the mice, he cleaned old traps out from a previous company, he checked the interior and exterior. He was very intention to detail, and clean with his work.     I spoke with Kerri the second time I contacted Viking. Her customer service was pleasant and very attentive to my need. Viking sent a very nice technician out to access my problem and we discovered there was a bird stuck in my exhaust unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me or the poor bird that’s still alive after 4 days scrambling in my vent. However, I was charged a fee of $75 plus tax . I was told it would be deducted from the service. He was trying really hard to access the problem . They couldn’t take care of my issue. Since there wasn’t any service rendered they refunded my money back.

    I am a property manager with 7 properties under contract with this company. The service technicians are top notch, but the computer system needs to be replaced. I get a text that the technician is coming to a property,but for some reason they don’t provide the address of the property. So I can’t plan my day to meet the technician to tell them of any issues the tenant has. Please fix the computer so it will provide the address to be serviced.Thanks

    The fella that did the treatment was very good, professional, and seemed knowledgeable.However, the office response was lacking, and in my opinion not concerned about the Recommendations made by the field agent.According to the man on site doing the treatment he could not do the exterior of the home due to rain and wet conditions. I was told that this had to be done later.I asked in a text when this would be preformed since I was charged.I did not hear back from anyone with the exception of numerous requests for full payment.I will gladly pay the agreed upon amount when I receive the agreed upon treatment.Secondly, I was informed that if I still saw signs of insects after 7 days to call immediately for a second treatment, this was stressed repeatedly.I called for the second treatment within the 7 day period and was advised that no one was available for at least another week.The office couldn’t care less.

    I have used Viking pest control for a multitude of years. We had issues with mice more than 20 years ago, as well as our annual visit with ants in my kitchen. We also have an issue with mosquitos in the summer months as well. In my call today I spoke with Joanne concerning our next visit and she was very nice and told me that they would be coming this week. In the future we will be notified prior to Viking coming and giving a treatment. I am happy to learn this, as there may have been times that I was not aware they were coming and I went out. I always like to be able to speak with the worker so they can answer any questions I have. They are always professional, thorough, and responsible. Thank you Viking for the years of service!

    Viking performed their regular EVERY 4-Month Inspection and servicing of our Condo: Both interior and exterior.We are long-time customers of Viking Pest Control and are very pleased with the service that they provide.The Service Technician (Brian Lake) was: pleasant; efficient; knowledgeable; asked pertinent questions, if we were having any issues with pests or bugs; wore his face mask & special foot-coverings; and, performed all of the items that he was supposed to accomplish!Viking Pest Control offers us excellent Service and very good value for their Services.

    Shawn Goodlin went above and beyond at my house. He got up there on a ladder in very hot conditions and dusted the actual holes the carpenter bees made checking with his fingers!!!The other 2 technicians didn’t and thus took 3 treatments to fix my problem!He deserves more then 5 stars in my book! I was about to leave Viking but now he has restored my faith .

    I am not happy withe company. I paid for an annualTermite Inspection/treatment. I dont appear to have had Inspection or treatment for a couple of years. However the staff have been terrific. Also the phone assistance was great.

    My wife is bugaphobic.Weve had very few bug issues in our house but she wanted to get an exterminator in.Viking gave me a great price for their annual services and I was VERY happy. However, my wife wasnt... she only wanted a one time treatment.So, I had to call Viking and cancel the contract.Everyone I dealt with at Viking were spectacular !!BJ, John, Miguel were all very understanding of my plight.One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had.Thanks so much guys and Im sorry to have been a PITA !

    I was having issues with spiders inside and outside of my home. They were some of the biggest spiders I have ever seen. I called Viking Pest Control and I am so glad I did. Everyone I spoke with at Viking was very nice, understanding of my concerns and knowledgeable about my problem. Within two days, Al, the technician assigned to me, arrived to safeguard my home and my family from these huge spiders. Al was also very knowledgeable as well as very pleasant. He listened to my concerns and asked me many questions regarding the issues I was having. He asked me to describe the spiders I saw and even showed me pictures of the more dangerous types. Fortunately, I had not seen any of those kinds of spiders, but it is very comforting to know that we are protected against those as well. I am very pleased with Als service and professionalism. He treated my home with respect and wanted to make sure he covered every room on every floor. He even removed the cobwebs that were present on the landscaping outside my home. I have not seen a spider or a cobweb since the treatment. The follow-up visit is scheduled for next week. I dont think Al will find anything (alive) on his next visit. Prep is extensive, per the sheet, and I was in tears trying to vacuum every crack and crevice while spending days washing and drying ALL fabrics. Enter Tom! A walk-through put all in perspective. He was non-judgmental, knowledgeable and patient. We made a to-do list, Tom figured out how to work safely around my pets, and a weight lifted. He even had a success story about eradication, when it all seemed overwhelming and hopeless. That is what professionals do, have an effective plan to help.
