    Tim was excellent! Woke up in the morning to a cold house with family visiting from out of town. Called these guys in the morning and Tim came within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem.He even went the extra mile to leave and get a part and come back that same day and fix it because he understood the situation I was in. This kind of professionalism and empathy is truly one of a kind!

    Tim and Noah saved us with a brand new air conditioner during a heat wave. Tim answered all of our many questions and stayed up late to ensure we did not miss out on an equipment sale. He even was able to get us upgraded equipment. Tim and Noah worked in 100 degree weather to make sure we had a working AC unit by the end of the day. Tim even set up a large fan in our living room so my 7 month old stayed cool throughout the day. Excellent service and super hard working. I would recommend to all my friends and family!

    Great experience. Very fast service and Tim was extremely patient with all of my questions as I had many! I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer. I decided to replace it now and I’m very happy with that decision. My house has not felt this cool in a couple of years. He completed the job yesterday and has already reached out twice to make sure I’m happy with how it’s working! Will definitely stick with him for any future servicing needs.

    I had a brand new heating and air-conditioning installation. Five minutes away heating air condition and plumbing. Highly recommend them during this heat wave. came out within a couple hours. Came the following day for installation cleaned up everything. Friendly staff will definitely recommend again Never had airflow like this before in this house living here for over 12 years the house always took hours to cool off not anymore. The system is five times quieter also

    Tim was great. I called him because my a.c. wasnt blowing cold air. He came out the next morning and inspected the unit. He determined that the condenser grill was dirty and that I needed Freon. He cleaned it, added 2 lbs of Freon and it works great. Tim explained everything and didnt push buying a new unit. He is knowledgeable and does great work. I would definitely recommend him.

    Called Minutes Away for my water heater that was leaking all over and I wanted replaced. I was able to quickly text them a picture of my water heater and the pipe on top and got an estimate with in a few mins. They came out a few hours later with my new water heater and replaced it. Dealing with them was easy. Both technicians were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Also left no mess behind. The water heater works great and I will definitely be using them for any future problems.
