    Justin took great care of me. Very reliable and professional. Worked on my Honeywell furnace very quickly. I literally looked up everything to figure out the issue and couldn’t figure it out. He came in and less than 2 mins he knew what the problem was. I recommend this guy Justin hands down.

    The second time we’ve had to call Atmostemp for our aged AC unit. They were amazing the first time, and amazing this second time. Justin came in, gauged what I knew right away, asked what he needed to, and within minutes spotted the issue, fixed the problem, and left us getting cool super fast. Reasonable pricing too.     My technician Ray came to my home today and he educated me on my system, gave me tips on maintenance and even corrected an issue when he saw the holes in the tube/ vent coming out of my furnace that were never plugged up by the gas company safety program technicians after they performed a combustion test back in May. Now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the service I received from your company. Ray is very thorough and certainly cares about the customer.

    I called Atmostemp to get a quote to replacement 22 year old furnace and air conditioner and 10 yr old Hot water heater. Tony Hall the comfort advisor came out promptly . I was thoroughly please with his professionalism, and knowledge. I saw no reason to continue to look. I purchased my replacement through their Advantage plan, my worries are gone. Scott Swanson and Mike Quinn came out to do the install. They were neat, efficient, and friendly. After one night I noticed a drastic change in how comfortable my house felt.     Ray did a great job. I’ve had other people from atmos come in twice before for the same issue and all they did was change the filter and said everything was okay. Ray was able to run a full diagnosis and explained it very well and told me all the options available with pros and cons. He finally fixed my AC. If you don’t want to risk wasting your money on multiple visits, ask specifically for Ray

    Joshua Gagnon did a very good job installing the new furnace. However, he experienced difficulties getting the system to work properly. The slave of the master/slave thermostats refused to connect. They isolated the problem (connecting to the heat pum) and parts are now on order. After going as far as he could he and his helper (Trevor) cleaned up extremely well.

    4 stars instead of 5 b/c it is sometimes difficult to get a quick appointment for service unless an emergency, and they have changed my appointments on occasion. Technician Scott Marshall is the best, he has been providing service to us for about 20 years in different homes as we have moved. Would not use anyone else.

    I had service this past Friday on my heat - thought it was fixed after the technician left but the HEAT never came on despite the motor running. After a while later Friday, the system would just shut down after 4 minutes! Back to square one...After a mixup when I left a message the next day Saturday morning to get someone back out, I did get a call back Monday and was quickly scheduled for immediate service. Eric and G came out to troubleshoot the repair. Eric was extremely helpful in explaining why the system never worked properly after the Friday service and what he needed to do.His expertise in working on the system was very impressive.He helped me understand the issues and apologized multiple times for the call center mix up on Saturday. The system works great now and I am very happy with the service I received!Thank you again guys! Tom H.

    After suffering a ten day stretch of intermittent heat problems, which our previous service provider could not fix , we finally called Atmostemp Service Experts. Roxanne was very understanding and got us on the schedule that same day.Ray T. and Anthony arrived and were able to correctly diagnose our problem, and ordered the needed part. When they left, the heater worked without a problem. Two days later Ray came back and installed the part. He completed a very thorough inspection of our furnace and ensured that all components were optimized for the best performance.We are very happy with the response and the quality of the work performed by Ray.     On the morning of our scheduled heater maintenance, the downstairs heater started making a strange noise. When Justin arrived he quickly found the problem and ordered the new part. He said that I would be contacted within a few days to schedule the repair. Two days later I was contacted by the office and quickly scheduled Justins return for the installation. Problem solved before a serious breakdown occurred during with winter months. As always, great job by Justin.

    Our heater suddenly stopped on Sunday during the coldest spell this year. We called Atmostemp that night and technician Scott Marshall stopped by the next morning. He diagnosed the system and it was determined that the control board needed to be replaced. Scott also noticed there were several scorched wires that may show up as a problem after the new control board was installed. The part was ordered and installed the next day. Scott then painstakingly had to test each wire in the harness to determine which wires were bad. After identifying the failed wires, he was able to replace only those wires which avoided having the whole harness to be replaced. We appreciated his determination in solving the problem (and in the most economical way) and kept us informed during the entire process. We have used Atmostemp since 1999 and will continue to do so.

    Ray was very thorough in his examination of systems. Very personable.It is the company that I have been with for 38 years since my home was built, and the company itself has lost my trust due to an incident in 2020.They came through in an emergency kast Christmas, and twice last year, I inquired about the system and was told it was in good order. Now, today, it basically was the Titanic. Once you lose trust, it is very hard to make decisions.Sad after 38 years of my loyalty, I do not feel reciprocated valued for the loyalty by the company. It changed in a way that the integrity is questionable.

    Scott Marshall came to fix my heating system. He arrived ahead of schedule, fixed the system and explained what the issues were and what needed to be corrected.     8/24/23 UpdateAmeen came out today. Same great level of service as in the past.We have used Atmostemp for several years. We live in a condo and they are familiar with how to maintain the system. The technicians are always nice, respectful and communicate with you about when they will be there. Paul showed up for the last appointment and continued the positive experience with the technicians.

    They went above and beyond to get the job done right. I would like to make a special notice to Paul and Zach... They were willing to work overtime to get my job done and since this was there first smart thermostat. They had some unknowns. But instead of giving up they called the right people and come to find out Daikin sent them the wrong parts. They had no issue doing something they had never done before Once Daikin sent them the right parts. Mike, they did a great job.     Justin J. Was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he was here for AC maintenance and discovered the humidistat was not working so the humidifier was not working the entire heating season. He priced out the repair and noted it for installation in the fall...great job all around

    They are always in touch with the customer during the period of the maintenance contract, also check in the day before and day of service, do a very nice job of explaining anything that needs to be fixed, extremely reliable overall and Ive had several technicians come out, all very professional. Most recent was Justin J and he detected a leak, ordered the part, came back and did the repair in good order. Also did an excellent job cleaning, testing and vacuuming the gas heater.

    During our yearly maintenance, we discovered an issue with our upstairs HVAC unit. The technician Scott, was able to diagnose the problem quickly but had difficulty in determining the correct part number from the manufacturer. The team at Atmostemp did a great job in resolving the issue and completing the repair. Our technician Scott was very polite and professional, making sure that everything was functional to my satisfaction before completing the work. I highly recommend them.

    Your people are awesome! It all started beginning of summer 2021 that Shaun came in to replace an AC capacitor. His knowledge of the equipment and his polite calm manner made us join the maintenance program for AC and furnace. Our house is a flip, so then the waterless tank heater died, enter Darren. Big guy with big heart. He walked us through the options and we signed up for the Advantage program on a tankless water heater. Best decision ever. Forward to october 2022 and after a maintenance check, the furnace said no more. Back came Darren to walk us through the options of a furnace and we decided on going with the combo of AC and furnace unit also through the Advantage program. What a surprise that Shaun (Sr. Tech) was back with Ty to do the teardown and install of the new units. They were both amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable and with smiles on their faces. They work hard to get all done and did a wonderful job of clean up. They walked me through how to use the new thermostat and to reach out if I had any additional questions. Then, as I sit writing this review, Darren calls to confirm that all went as expected and if we are satisfied. We are satisfied and so thankful. Atmostemp is lucky to have you guys. You all are an asset to the company and are a big part of why customers come back and spread the word about you. Thank you again!!!

    Ive had an Atmostemp service contract for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided.Steve did a great job! The office called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived on time, and put on booties to protect my floors.He serviced both my units in a careful and timely fashion.     I have a combination heating and air unit on the second floor. It had been leaking but not from the unit . When they came out and checked they saw that it leaked from the wood frame when it was a heavy rain. So they saw that was something that they dont do. Anyway, Eric helped explain the situation to the Asset manager and now everything is going to be fixed correctly in a few days. I appreciated him for directing me and staying and talking to the manager. Not everyone would do that. Thank you again Eric!!!

    Our thermostat broke. We didnt know who to call, so we did a Google search, and this seemed like our best option. Eric came to our house within an hour of our call! We were amazed at how quickly he responded. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything to us. He replaced our thermostat in about 15min, and made sure it was running well before he left. What I loved was that he tried to fix the thermostat before replacing us. He was really trying to keep the price down for us. Unfortunately, our thermostat definitely needed replacing. BUT, the price was reasonable, and the service was incredible. I would definitely use this company again.

    Very good company. Been using them since 1995. Very professional, always explain the work theyre doing, timely and clean. They come prepared with the proper PPE. Always wearing a mask and covering their shoes before they enter your home. My personal choice is Eric. Does good work and he will always give you the honest truth about your system. Erics recommendations have been on time and has saved us a lot of money. I always ask for him. Very happy with this company and there is good value with their annual maintenance contracts.     A 1st time customer, we had Atmostemp service our furnace and A/C. Company called to notify me tech was on route and he arrived soon after. Anthony the service tech was top shelf, being both competent and courteous (including putting booties on when inside). Did a thorough check and pointed out (using electronic metering) a couple of small parts not functioning properly. .I chose to replace them and was glad to have the repairs made now, as they ultimately would have caused more serious problems , probably at the worst possible time. Price seemed reasonable and we plan on retaining them as our regular service provider.
