A bit late on my review. This company has been great from start to finish. Had solar put in a few months ago and a company through them came out to check how efficient my house was. Well of course they would find a gas leak. GPS plumbing came out and took care of that issue will great ease. Everyone at this company was very professional and had the best work ethic I’ve seen in a while. Didn’t cut corners and explained everything in great detail every step of the way.To add to this…. Had a sewer back up last night and it was after hours. Gave the after hour person who answered some info and got a call back right away.These guys truly care about their customers way more than just the average company. Give them a call…. You wont be disappointed.

I have been working with GPS for going on 4 years now. As a former project manager and estimator for a large construction company, GPS was always my preferred partner for all things Plumbing. Max was extremely professional and was very good about explaining all the possibilities for charges before starting work. He did a clean job and got my toilet up and running again in a couple of hours. Pricing was possibly more expensive than some smaller operations, but for this mission-critical repair, they came through with no surprises, and they didnt cause more damage like my last plumber did. Would recommend GPS based on this experience.

⭐️⭐️-I am glad that we called these guys!-⭐️⭐️★ We had a major problem.★ Flushing the toilet would cause 💩 to come out of the shower drains, and the toilets would also overflow onto the floor. It was 🤢 Disgusting!!★ We called GPS (who we have used twice before) and they basically came right out. He flushed the pipe that goes from the house to the sewer line, which was totally clogged. He replaced some pipes and some caps, then replaced both of the wax Johnny-O-Rings on the toilets!★ He did a high quality job, and was done in no time. Quick and perfect 👌🏻★ The quality of the work was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★ The price was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★ The speed was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★ Would I call them again?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★ Would I recommend them?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Call these guys FIRST! I purchased a home a couple weeks ago and most of the plumbing was galvanized pipes. GPS came out and updated all the pipes and even found a problem with my hot water heater that was causing carbon monoxide to be released into my home that the home inspector missed. They installed a gas line for my pool heater. They went over and above to conceal the line under a retaining wall. I told the technician to just go over the wall but he said if it was his house he’d want it concealed. They dug under the wall and concealed one it. The estimate they gave over the phone was accurate to the final cost and it was a lot cheaper than all the other quotes I received from other companies. I am 100% satisfied with their work and professionalism!

They replaced/installed an ejector pump for us - a pump that is similar to a sump pump but handles the sewage/wastewater generated from inside the house itself, specifically from our lower level bathroom. Entire process was efficient from start to finish. I see some people online complaining about pricing. Unless you have a friend in the business who is doing you a favor - it’s costs money for plumbing, electrical, etc, not just for parts but labor - just like with a mechanic for your car. Also really large businesses (Horizon comes to mind) have a lot of overhead. I felt price here was fair and $50 service fee was waived first time they came out to diagnose because we had agreed to have them do the work for us. Good experience overall.

The girls in the office are on top of everything; kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The crew that came out, led by Tony worked exceptionally quickly and cleanly. Tony was sure to also take tons of pictures and explain what was going on during the excavation and replacement of my sewer line. He also replaced my waterline, but did so without pressure- assured me it wasnt dire to do, but also explained the benefits of doing so while already excavating. The crew cleaned up after all their work and always wore booties while entering the house. Would love to have them back to do more work!

I then had a friend tell me about GPS. They responded to our needs promptly and we now have a new water heater that was installed with expertise and care. They also looked at the work my husband had done on the bathroom and told him that everything was correct. They did not charge extra and were honest through and through. I am so grateful that we found GPS.
