The issue I had was with a shower and prior installation by a different company. The techs determined the problem and explained it well. Part of the wall had to be opened up to gain proper access. I told them I could do that and they said they would come back the next day. They arrived and accessed the situation. They were quick in completing the work and explaining what they did as they went. Both techs were great And the work was awesome. I recommend Earl’s for your plumbing needs.

I can’t believe the service I received. This company is phenomenal. They go so far as to send a text with a picture of the person coming to my home and give a brief bio on him. From Eric that talked with me when I called this morning, to Dillon that came to my house and did the work THE SAME DAY, the service and professionalism was beyond exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about them. Earl’s has a customer for life! Dillon you were so kind and went out of your way to help. I can’t say thank you enough.

Edit: they no longer return my phone calls to try and come out and finish what they started. Do not use them. They never want to do the job right. 2 months after their visit same problem is back but I can’t get them to get back out here. Just a let me call you back and don’t hear from them anymore.Very professional and great company. Realized the equipment they had would not be a permanent fix and getting back with me to finish with the solution. Cast iron pipes can be a problem and they have driven right through it. They will be coming back with a more permanent fix with a credit to what I originally paid. Very professional team and would love to have them out again.

I called Earl’s this morning to fix a clog somewhere in the lines that had half the house backing up. The phone was answered promptly and they were able to get me on the schedule same day. The guys called to let me know they were 15 minutes out, introduced themselves and got right to work. After some digging to find one of the clean outs they found the problem quickly and got it fixed. Earl’s is now my go to plumbing company and I would absolutely recommend them!

I had two other plumbing companies come out “ one after being scheduled for well over a month “ and neither company had the knowledge to install a tankless water heater that I had already purchased. He also reconnected a lot of loose pipes under my house that came loose when the house was moved. He did an exceptional job and his prices are very competitive! I had a faucet start leaking about two weeks later and he promptly came out and capped it for me at no additional cost! Great guy to work with!

There was one issue that may have to be addressed in the distant future that I knew nothing about. It is fine now. But Zach explained to me how I would know if and when it would need to be addressed. Other than that, the assurance that all is well underneath my home eases those concerns since it was built in 1905. That, along with the cost of my repair, makes this a very reasonable and affordable expense. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

These guys are really good. I have a very heavy cast iron sink with drainboard. It is 100 years old! Plus, my backsplash is rock, the actual rock on the interior of the house. Due to well water my faucets went bad and had to be replaced. This required pulling the sink. Not an easy task but they got it done. I am very happy.

Iam so relieved i called Earls- the technicians kept me updated as to when i could expect them & sent me a photo along with information regarding tgeur training. I was very impressed as they came in and were able to locate the leak, explained to me the options i could take along with how much it would cost. Tgey even went above and beyond by removing a cabinet for me so that they would be able to make the repairs needed. They repaired the leak within a couple of hours, they cleaned up afterwards and billed me exactly what he had quoted me. Im so please and relieved!
